Valerie opened the oven lid, then took out her freshly cooked cookies. Vale smiled gently at the results of his cooking.

"Ben put the cookie dough in!" vale said as he placed the hot tray in a safe place.

"Why are you cooking this much cake?" ask Ben after doing his job.

"Valerie, you know I just want to see you happy" said Sean softly. Vale feels very guilty, but success must require sacrifice.

Vale nodded quickly with a happy smiling face.

"Sean, look at me cooking this all for today. Beautiful no?" vale said he showed me the beautiful cakes he made.

"Pretty. Remember, don't get tired baby." Sean warned.

Vale nodded. "Ben helped me." replied Vale.

Sean stared fixedly at his wife's smiling face brightly. How much he misses that woman in front of him. Sean was really tormented by longing.

"I don't like you being around that guy named Aiden. Why did you invite him?" sean asked who suddenly changed his facial expression.

"Aiden was very nice to me, he was my little friend too" Valerie replied.

"Sean, I want to shop for baby equipment, but there is no Mall" said Vale sadly.

Sean nodded. "Awhile more. Wait for me in a moment okay." Sean said earnestly with confidence.

Vale nodded. "You have to keep it." threatened Vale.

Sean chuckled and nodded reassuringly to Vale.

"Valerie." The voice of Grandma called out to him.

"Yes Grandma?" vale shouted in response to his Grandma's call.

"Melanie and your friend have arrived."

"Yes, Grandma, I'm coming."

Vale stared at Sean with a hurried face. "I welcome guests first, we'll talk later. Bye dear, muach." Sean chuckled and finally the video call connection ended.

Vale stepped towards the living room and looked at Melanie with a big smile. "Mel." said Vale shouting in spirit.

Melanie immediately hugged Valerie tightly while laughing freely as if she had not met for years.

After a few minutes, Vale stared at Aiden who was standing at his feet. "Hi Aiden." said Vale, then hugged Aiden briefly.

Aiden was still speechless with a shocked and confused face. Vale stared at Aiden with a look of wonder. Vale followed Aiden's eyes to his distended stomach.

"Yes, I forgot to tell you. I'm pregnant." Vale told Aiden.

Aiden was surprised by the puffed eyes and gaping mouth. "Sean did it. He's a dick." Melanie told Aiden as she patted Aiden's shoulder to wake him up.

"Hehe." Vale chuckles.

"Then, congratulations" Aiden told Vale, giving Valerie some of the things he bought. Melanie gave me the things she brought.

"Wahh, thank you."

"Oh yeah, this is Gilbert and this is Ben."

They knew each other and mentioned each other's names.

"You must be hungry right, we have lunch first yuk." invited Vale who was taken by all of them.

They ate their lunch while having a light conversation. But if Vale and Melanie are together, the dining table becomes very crowded because of their mouths that can not stop. If it wasn't for Grandpa reminding them, they would definitely not be silent.

Sean stepped down the corridor of the hospital in quick steps. His eyes were looking for the room he was looking for.

Once he could, he went inside without knocking. Apparently, Gregory was lying weakly on a hospital bed with a hose on his nose and hands. His eyes were tightly closed.

Sean turned to the sofa where his father and stepmother were there. Pavlo immediately stood up, stepped closer to Sean and slapped a hard slap across the man's cheek.

"All because of you. Grandfather is like this because of your defiant attitude." shouted Pavlo angrily.

His stepmother immediately stood beside his father to calm the middle-aged man's emotions. Sean smiled obliquely, then looked at his father with a triumphant face.

"Grandfather is lying down and no one is leading the company at the moment. It's time to choose who leads the company." said Sean smiling mockingly with piercing sharp eyes.

"Broody brash."

After that Sean came out of the crowded room with his cold face. Close the door of the room tightly, then reach for the phone in his pants pocket.

Put his finger there for a while, then put the phone in his ear.

"Tell the shareholders to come to the meeting tomorrow."
