Chapter 9's

No time has gone to show it's time for lunch. Tighten my body and my stiff neck. My stomach has been struggling to fill since. But I have to go see that crazy guy first.

I let out a rough sigh and calmed myself down to be patient dealing with a man like Sean. I closed my Macbook slowly, then moved out of my place and out of my room.

I decided to go to the cafeteria first to buy something nice to eat. With a lazy step, I took the elevator to the cafeteria and stepped towards the drinking machine.

I put in my money and took a can of cola from there.

"Vale." I turned my head to look at Melanie who was running with breathless breath.

"Why do you have to run around like that?" I was confused while holding my colaku can in my right hand.

"Vale, hot news" he said with enthusiastic eyes, typical of a Melanie who is always grumpy and can not be silent if you want to gossip.

"What?" I was lazy with a face that didn't care. To be honest I'm not a gossip-loving woman who would gather in one place just to talk about other people. That's really not my style.

"Angela, his girlfriend Mr. Boss is coming at this time." I immediately glared and gaped wide with the news of Melanie.

"You sure?" I made sure with a face of disbelief. I glanced at my watch which showed 10 minutes after lunch hour. Do I still have to see him?

"Vale, you think I fucked like you. She's Angela, everyone knows who she is." said Melanie, looking at me in annoyance.

"Yes... Ja.. I'm afraid." I replied annoyed at Melanie's taunts.

"You already know that Mr. Boss already has a lover, you shouldn't be playing Vale fire." I fell silent at Melanie's words and stared fixedly at her. Did I play with Sean? But he pulled me. I feel like my chest is claustrophobic for some reason.

"I don't want to play with fire. She's the one who pulled me and held me by her side, am I wrong Mel?" I said with a sad tone. To be honest, my feelings were mixed. It felt like my heart was pounded by an invisible object.

"All you have to do is reject Vale" he said, clutching my shoulder.

Suddenly the phone I was holding rang and showed an unknown number.

"Hello."

"Darling, why haven't you come yet? Are you still not satisfied talking to your best friend?" my body stiffened perfectly. I glanced at Melanie who was also looking at me with a suspicious face.

No, Sean is an arrogant man who doesn't want to be denied. Everything must be under his control. Sean could've hurt Melanie right now and Melanie would've been really upset if she knew I was still in touch with Sean.

"Ah... Yes Bi, what? Grandma's joints hurt again? Why not take him to the hospital?" with a worried tone and face I made up, I stepped away with my phone in my ear and asked Melanie for permission by pointing at my phone.

I walked quickly with a face afraid of being discovered. I let out a sigh of relief as I turned into the empty elevator hopping.

My phone was still faithfully in my ear, while a little bit of weirdness from across it.

"Did you just call me Auntie baby?" asked Sean with his gel. I looked at my phone irritatedly, as if it was Sean.

"Didn't your girlfriend come to see you? why are you still calling me baby as you please?" I was upset with a frustrated face.

"You jealous?" she asked in an amused tone and I was sure she was putting on her slanted smile, just like the smile she always showed me.

"In your dream." I closed the phone connection upset, then opened the cola in my hand violently.

I gulped the colaku until half was exhausted, until finally the elevator stopped right on the floor of the President's room. I took a quick step still with the cola in my hand, then walked into Sean's room after knocking a few times.

I stared at a beautiful, very beautiful woman sitting gracefully on top of Sean's sofa room. While Sean sat in his big chair while looking at me fixedly.

"Excuse me sir." I said politely, bowing my head. I hid my colaku behind my back, because there was no way an employee would dare to bring food and drink to the President's room.

"Is she the woman who made you break up with us Sean?" I was stunned while looking at Sean who always looked at me fixedly. Not even looking when Angela spoke to him.

"From the beginning we never dated Angela, between us is just a mutually beneficial relationship" Sean said, turning to look at Angela, then Sean slowly looked back at me with his eagle eyes. Sharp and Piercing.

"I need a bed-warming woman and you need popularity." This jerk said that to Angela, but his eyes were fixed on me and at the end of the sentence was clearly a slanted smile printed on his lips.

"Go from here! You're wasting my time with my woman." said Sean, staring intently at Angela. I saw Angela's hand clasping tightly as if she wanted to hit something. Angela grabbed her bag rough, then stepped past me with her sharp gaze.

The woman deliberately hit me hard on the shoulder, so the cola I was holding behind my body fell on the floor and my heels.

"Come here! I've called CS to clean it up." I turned to look at Sean who stepped towards the sofa and sat there very handsome and dignified.

"I've missed you so much so soon." This is the umpteenth time the words were said from Sean's mouth. I stared at his face because I didn't know what to do.

"Lake in!" I wanted to get out of Sean's body just after the knock on the door. But Sean's hand firmly gripped my waist so I couldn't get up from above his body.

"Sean." my ringis slow, for fear that anyone who enters will find out how cheap I am right now.

"Excuse me sir" he said. I was still gripping Sean's suit while hiding in his chest.

"Just do your job, then go outside when you're done!" sean said coldly.

My ears clearly heard every noise of the cleaning device. I raised my face to look at Sean who was smiling amusedly while stroking my back.

I looked at her angrily, while covering my face with my long hair so that CS wouldn't recognize my face. I hit his chest softly and rebelled small.

"Let's Sean!" I whispered in a very small voice but with a threatening tone and a furious look.

"Don't want to." she replied casually while smilingly mocking me.

"What if he knows me?" mishikku upset. Sean's hand slowly rose and stopped right on my cheek. Take it gently.

"That's good, which means my plan is getting to a bright spot." I'm silent about trying to figure it out. Is this all one of Sean's plans? Ah... Certainly is. But the purpose for what? What to make me look cheap when I get snuggled with him. No. gabe... Can't do.

"Still want to get away, baby?" ask her with a wry smile on my face. I flinched as his hand tried to push my body from above him. Suddenly I held both my hands around his neck while shaking with a sullen face.

I like Sean being sweet, but Sean is Sean. It can be terrible at the same time. But I like his laugh, I like his smile, I like his gentle gaze, I like him to be warm to me, I like his attitude as if loving me.

No. gabe... Sean was just obsessed with me. And my current job, just mustn't fall for his entire role, bore him as quickly as possible to me.
