Chapter 88's

Flashback.

"Give a job invitation letter to Valerie Vasylchenko who just graduated from Oxford University" Sean told the CEO who works at his Aliano's Corporation.

"Good sir."

One Week Later.

Valerie began working at Aliano's Corp as a high-paying regular. Valerie didn't even think she would be accepted to work for such a large company and of course she didn't want to waste it.

Valerie worked diligently as a new member. But one thing that made it difficult was, the house he and his grandparents lived in was very far from the company.

Because of this, Valerie rarely goes home to her Grandparents and lives in an apartment near the office. Valerie works hard to raise money to buy a house close to the office and live with her Grandpa and Grandma together.

One Year later.

Sean stared at the house he had built with a proud look.

A man approached with his head lowered. "Master, the house you asked for is done, so what next?" ask the man.

"Sell." replied Sean casually.

The man beside Sean was shocked. "Sell it to him" Sean said, handing a picture of a woman to the man beside him.

The man received the photo sheet and looked at it with a confused face.

"Sell at a cheap price and make him want to not have to buy this house" said Sean.

The man fell silent, then nodded in understanding. "Good sir."

Three months later.

Valerie opened the door of the house she had just bought with an astonished face. Her Grandpa and Grandma who were behind Valerie smiled proudly.

"Happy dear, finally your ideals materialized" said Grandma proudly.

The first major project that Valerie led worked incredibly well. The project was even invested by many funders because it was amazing. Since then, Valerie has been elected by the leadership for the promotion.

Valerie nodded and smiled so widely. That day, he felt proud of himself for making Grandpa and Grandma smile happily to see him succeed.

But one thing Valerie did not realize, there was someone behind the screen who always paid attention to her.

Three years later.

Sean stared at a house he always looked at from a distance. Just stand while continuing to stare towards a room with the lights still on.

Sean stepped into his room, walked up to his computer desk and opened a surveillance camera he had installed in the room.

Sean stared fixedly at a girl who he had always noticed since long ago until now was staring at his laptop carefully. Valerie seemed very focused on her work.

For years he waited and finally he was able to show himself. Tomorrow is the day that he and Valerie will finally have their faces fixed. Sean took over the leadership of his own company which had been led by the people he hired. Sean stared at his computer screen showing Valerie at work.

Until the girl finished and finally slept quietly on the bed because of fatigue.

Sean smiled slightly, then walked out of his room, out of his house.

Step into Valerie's house. Opened the fence casually, opened the door so casually as he knew the entire security key in the girl's house.

Sean went inside the girl's room, walking silently in the middle of the dimness of the room.

Standing staring at the girl who was now sound asleep under the blanket.

Without lingering, Sean lain in the blanket, hugging Valerie's body carefully. Smelling Valerie's scent turned out to be so intoxicating.

The smell is fragrant and calms the soul. Sean grabbed Vale's hand and grasped it tightly. The aroma that was so intoxicating made him unable to hold back.

"You're Mine."

Sean subconsciously tainted Valerie's exposed neck skin, causing a red rash.

Sean shook himself. No, the time is not now. Sean hurriedly left from there so that he would not do more than that.

From that day on, the story of the two men began.

Valerie looked towards Sean with a gawking face. Hearing her past story with Sean that really made her distrustful. Valerie fixed her open mouth.

"So, you're the older brother I used to help?" ask Vale.

"Seriously?" Sean smiled, then pinched slowly on Vale's cheek.

"Seriously dear." replied Sean full of gentleness.

Valerie shook her head in surprise. "Why didn't you tell me from the beginning we met?" ask Valerie.

"Because I don't want to tell you" Sean replied.

"Why?" vale asked with Sean's reply.

"Because I don't want you to see me like I did in the past. I used to be a coward, I didn't want you to see that side for the first time" Sean said. Vale cringing.

"I want to succeed in my own efforts. I have to prove it to be able to attract Grandpa. I want you to see me now."

"Right, and you showed me your side of the jackass for the first time" Vale sneered and managed to make Sean chuckle.

"So, you've been in my room so easily, because you know Grandpa?" ask Vale again who was replied by a nod by Sean.

"Then have you been helping me?" ask Vale.

"You work at my company, because I know your great abilities" said Sean, who managed to make Vale blush embarrassed.

"Then what about the house, and others?" ask Vale again.

"I just wanted to give you the gift of the house because of the great success of your first project" Sean replied.

Vale was silent with a softened eye view. Vale looked at Sean with a sparkling face. Valerie quickly throws herself into Sean's arms and Sean swiftly catches Valerie's body.

Sea rubbed Vale's back up and down so gently. Valerie tightly hugged Sean's body as if Sean was going far away. Vale drowned his face in Sean's neck.

"Don't leave me." said Vale desperately. Sean smiled.

"I'm not leaving, you're my only goal" replied Sean, who managed to make Vale fall deeply on Sean.

Until his chest hurt just by thinking about when Sean went away from his life.

"I Love you." sizzled Vale.

"I Love you too." replied Sean as he kissed Vale's temple.

Valerie smiled broadly behind her arms, and so did Sean. Sean hopes time can stop at that time, where there is only him and Valerie and there are no people trying to separate them.

Sean stepped into his room with a faint smile. After leaving Valerie's apartment, Sean comes to her office.

Sean opened the door and saw two men he knew so well.

"Long time no see Brother."

There were two men sitting on Sean's sofa in the room. Ben and Gilbert, Sean's best friends since they started their careers together in college. Sean stepped inside his room casually.

"What about your girl?" ask Ben to tease Sean.

"I heard you were engaged to Annastasia Petrova and will be married to her soon" Gilbert added.

"I'm sorry we couldn't attend your engagement ceremony because of work issues. But on your wedding day, we'll make sure you attend."

Sean shakes. "I also didn't expect you guys to come on that shit show" Sean said.

Gilbert and Ben frowned in wonder. "Are you guys being betrothed?" ask Ben.

Sean nodded. "I should be able to take Romanov if I want to live freely without the pressure of Dad and Grandpa." Sean said.

"Is it because of that girl?" ask Ben again who answered a short nod okay Sean.

"You sure? Remember, your grandfather was very clever! The girl could have been in danger." Gilbert added.

Sean remained silent. Of course he knows how Grandpa and his father always direct their lives after they want. Sean is not a puppet and heir to wealth. Sean doesn't need that clan if he's just a tool.

If his grandfather had a plan B, of course Sean had a plan C and D. He knew his grandfather and the way the old man worked.

This time Sean no longer wants to be volunteered. It's time for Sean to break free and be free.
