Valerie POV

I looked at the elevator in front of me in silence. The elevator opened and I got into the empty elevator. My hand stopped in mid-air just as I wanted to press the numbers on the elevator.

It says the number 77. I wanted to push the button and meet someone on the floor. However, I strengthened my heart and quickly suppressed the number one.

It didn't take long, I finally got to the ground floor. I set my foot in the office lobby with a flat face. Trying to ignore all their whispers and glares at me.

Succeeds. I managed to seem unconcerned. But my heart hurts back there.

I gave my car keys to officer Valet to get my car out of the basement.

While waiting, I reached into my cell phone to ask where Jovan's sister was saying she wanted to pick me up.

The exact time, it turned out that Jovan suddenly appeared from inside the taxi that had just stopped in front of him.

"Vale." I smiled back at his greeting.

Brother Jovan hugged me for a while while pecking my forehead fast. "How about we have dinner first before we go home?" take Brother Jovan with an enthusiastic face.

I nodded in agreement with a sincere smile. Until officer Valet came and brought me my car.

"Thank you." I said to him and he smiled and thanked me again.

"Come on!" take brother Jovan. I nodded again and got into the car that Jovan had opened.

POV Author

Valerie gets out of her car after Jovan opens the door for her. They both stepped into the restaurant.

"Wouldn't you say something?" valerie asked in surprise with raised eyebrows. Valerie suddenly remembered that her brother had just met Sean today.

Valerie could see the look of pity on Jovan's face that was now looking at her. "Why?" ask Vale again.

Jovan smiled faintly, then stretched out her hand to rub Vale's soft cheeks. Vale was silent looking at Jovan's facial expression. He was worried about that expression.

While Jovan is speechless seeing Vale and his mind drifting into all the conversations between himself and Sean.

"You really love him?" ask Jovan suddenly.

Valerie speechless. His mouth was tightly closed and tears felt like they wanted to come down after remembering Sean.

"I don't know the answer." said Vale slowly. Valerie clasped Jovan's hand on her cheek.

"What is my sister talking to him about?" valerie asked with a faint smile.

"Your circumstances look the same. He is as pathetic as you are, even worse" said Jovan, rubbing Vale's smooth cheek.

Valerie speechless. "However she should take care of her health" Valerie said slowly with a worried and sad look.

"He'll finish everything Vale.  Trust her." Vale's eyes seemed to be teary hearing Jovan's words. Her lips trembled uncontrollably withstanding her tears.

Until a drop of her tears came down and she nodded with her mouth closed. He'll trust Sean, even if his heart hurts. Valerie clasped Jovan's hand growing stronger to feel the power she was stirring. Her tears fell again for a few times.

"Today's latest news. After breaking up with Angela Dortmund, young businesswoman Sean Matthew Aliano leaves for Russia to betroth Russian Princess Annastasia Dannif Petrova."
