Chapter 31. Funeral

Giani decided to take his father's body and intend to immerse it today as well. Ben immediately ordered his men to take care of all the business needs of the grave of Professor Gilbert.

Jarret and Jackson seem disappointed that his mother did not give them permission to see his grandfather last time.

Even so, the two boys chose silence. They could feel the deep sadness that her mother was now feeling.

Along the way Giani just silent and looked dreamy. Ben takes Giani and his two sons to his mansion. There was no rejection at all from Giani. Even when Ben opened the door for Giani, the woman went down in silence.

Ben takes Giani to the living room, although he wants to bring the woman into his room, but he fears it will provoke Giani's trauma.

"Rest first. Jarret and Jack need a break. Later in the afternoon we will go to the funeral together," said Ben. Giani looked over and nodded.

Ben closed Giani's room door. He met his two sons sitting while observing every corner of the room in his house.

"Boys, you want to help me?" ask Ben.

"What kind of help does daddy want? But you're just a kid, Dad. We didn't promise we could help you." Ben smiled and rubbed Jack's head. While Jarret just kept quiet without answering Ben's request.

"Look, your mommy is grieving right now. Would you like to persuade mommy to stay here? after all, your grandfather's house is already on fire and cannot be occupied.

"On that, we can't promise, Dad," Jack said. He glanced at his brother as if asking for approval.

"I can't help. For me as long as mommy is comfortable wherever she will stay, I will go with mommy. Although that means if mommy chooses to return to Sidney, I will still support mommy's decision.

"Boys, I think we need to talk seriously. You two come with me." Jarret and Jack immediately stand up and follow his biological father into a secret room.

"Master," Sapa Ramos bowed respectfully.

"How's it?" ask Ben without saying anything.

"Sabotage." Ramos' short answer made the eyes of Giani's two children widen in shock. Ben remained calm. He had expected that, but what was his motive?

"Say what uncle means?" jarret asked, his eyes sharp and piercing. He advanced in front of Ben and looked up at his father's assistant.

"The fire that took place in Professor Gilbert's house was purely sabotage," Ramos replied. From the voice of the man, it sounded trembling. Ben could feel his assistant looking very disinclined at his first son.

"Why?"

"Daddy is also working to catch the culprit, Jarret. Daddy doesn't know what the motive is. Therefore, Daddy hope you want to persuade your mommy to stay here. This is for the safety of mommy and you."

Ben looked expectantly at his two sons. He could see a huge glint of anger in Jarret's eyes. While Jack was just silent, even his silence could carry quite a powerful aura. Ben doesn't know what they'll be like when they grow up. Because from childhood they have been terrible for children their age.

"Where do you know that sabotage?"

"Can I borrow a computer?"

"Use as you please, Jarret."

Ben took Jarret and Jackson to his seat. Jarret turned on his father's computer. Even without being told the access code, Jarret could easily open it. Ramos rubbed his nape. He was horrified by the greatness of his superior son.

"His CCTV was also tampered with?"

"Most likely yes" said Jarret. He kept moving his fingers to enter some code. His face looks very serious. Ben just stared at what his son was doing as he folded his arms around his chest.

Ben's smile was printed clearly this time, when the image appeared on his computer.

"Sister, did you hack the satellite again?"

"This is all I can do. Eyes must be returned with eyes. If this is really sabotage. I'll make sure to get justice for grandpa."

"Mom." Jarret and Jackson looked anxiously at his mother. Ramos immediately grabbed the two boys and took them into the car first.
