If a person can master the technique of meditation stage 1.focus meditation, then he can enter into the realm of the pana.
If he mastered the 2nd technique.mediation of the soul. then he can enter the 2nd realm of the soul.
If he mastered the 3rd technique of taste meditation, he could enter the 3rd realm of the Spirit realm
If he mastered the technique of 4.single meditation, he can enter the 4th inner realm.
Prince Shun land has mastered the 3rd meditation technique of Taste meditation, by itself prince Shun land enters the 3rd realm of the Spirit realm.
In the dimension of the Spirit realm knows no time and place.time in the dimension of the Spirit realm seems to stop in the real world.
