The End of the Waiting

The End of the Waiting
Undecided

Amara showed no reaction. He turned back to face his three friends with a faint smile on his lips.

“That's his wife, huh? I just found out,” said Amara. There were no shakes in his tone, not even with his usual expression.

Maybe people will assume that what is done now is just a pretense. However, that's not true at all. Amara really no longer felt anything when she saw Haris together with his wife.

“Iya, if not wrong he is the younger brother of one of the lecturers at Unusa. But some say his father is also a lecturer in Al-Azhar,” said Dini as if he knew best.

“Kok you know, Din?” Ayu and Nisa stared in full search.

Dini chuckled softly. “Gok can su’uzan, woy!” he said, rolling his eyes. “My husband's family got their wedding invitation. I also know from my husband,” he continued.

“Kok can?”

He laughed again softly. “Come on, I don't want to show off and be counted as arrogant.”

Ayu and Nisa were like thinking about the possibility. Meanwhile, Amara immediately chuckled softly like she knew something.

“Yang her husband sultan,” said Amara as if sneering.

Dini was married three years ago along with one of the watchmakers. An early only ordinary woman from a modest family could fit into the circle of a wealthy family. Whether it was called fate or luck, the woman obviously looked so happy.

Dini looked towards the table where Haris and his wife were. The man seemed misbehaved because he was clearly convinced that this was currently the subject of women's chatter.

“Don't be stared at continuously, later he gets bigger head,” nagging Nisa doesn't like.

“That's it, the patient Mara. He's handsome and nice, but he's not your soul mate. God has prepared the best soul mate for anyone who is close and obedient to Him.” Ayu said wisely and understandingly.

Amara nodded. He turned his head for a moment, staring intensely at the affection of the husband and wife, assuring himself that there was no longer any sense left in the heart. Whether it's love, anger or disappointment.

Maybe Haris felt the topic of their conversation, until not thirty minutes he took his wife away.

Amara who used to not be interested in this is now starting to want to plunge.

“I'm coming, can't I?”

“You're serious, Mara?”

Amara nodded confidently. “Yups. Can ya?”

“But you're in the cottage, Mara.”

“I can permission every month. If for good things, sure deh umi and ustadz would love permission.”

“Oke, I'll call.”

At half-twelve, Nisa and Ayu leave first. Ayu must return to the school where she teaches, while Nisa must return to the company where she works.

“By the way until when will you be in the cottage, Mara?” ask Dini curiously.

“God willing, just pray for the best.” Amara smiles.

“I'm glad to see you changed so much. Indeed yes, that time was able to change many things.”

Amara nodded in confirming. Time can change many things, one example of itself.

Time is a journey. Where every trip will leave an impression and a deep message.
