Ten days have passed since Bimo's departure. Dinda and Adit had already returned home after a two-day stay at the mother's father's house. They also did their usual activities.
During the day in Adit's room, two handsome and established men had just finished lunch together on the sofa.
"How's Dinda doing, Mas Adit? After that incident, is she okay?"
Andi hasn't seen Dinda since lunch. To be honest he was indeed worried about Dinda's condition which he had already considered as his own sister.
"Good, mas. But it seemed that his mental state was a little disturbed due to yesterday's incident. Actually I can't bear to see it that way, but I'm also confused how to.."
Adit sipped his bottled drink quickly. His face began to imply anger.
"He's traumatized?" Andi could guess right away.
Adit nodded and leaned his head back. The shadow of Dinda's face every waking up, making her take a very heavy breath.
"Every day, he woke up with a frightened face, a trembling body and full of cold sweat. Sometimes even with a cry."
"The rest is actually he remains normal and active as usual. Only that sleep disturbance still made him weak."
Andi also took a long breath. He can understand Adit's feelings. He had also felt what Dinda was feeling at the moment, even in different situations and positions.
He lost both his parents and brother in a short time. Then when he was about to graduate from college, he also had to lose someone he loved very much.
In contrast to Dinda's current situation, she was abandoned by a friend but in a sudden condition had to witness firsthand the moments of her friend's departure.
Not to mention some bad events that happened to Dinda when faced with Sinta and had to accept the reality of the miscarriage she experienced. Very heavy and not easy, that's for sure..!!
"Mas Adit doesn't want to take him to a doctor or a psychiatrist?"
"I persuaded him, my. But Dinda refused. He does not want to be considered to have a mental problem. I told you that we would only consult about the fears that continue to loom over him."
Andi rolled her eyes upward like she was thinking or remembering something. Soon he held his sitting position.
"I remember, I had a friend who is now a psychiatrist, Mas Adit. Can I try to ask him about the problem Dinda had with him?"
Adit thought for a moment. Maybe he had to try himself without his wife's knowledge. All he thought about was Dinda's health and her recovery from the fear of loss and the trauma of death.
"Can we try, ma'am. But please don't let Dinda know first." Pinta Adit after confirming the offer of assistance from Andi.
"Okay, mas Adit. I'll call him first and make sure it's time to meet him."
Andi helps Adit clean up the rest of their lunch trash. After that he took the phone in his pocket.
For a while he kept moving his index finger across the screen, looking for contact with a friend he wanted to contact.
After finding her, Andi immediately made a call. Shortly after, the call was connected.
"Yes, hello?" There was a voice of a woman across the street.
"Assalamualaikum, Princess."
"Vaalaikumsalam, Andi. Tumben you called me? It's been a long time since we've met.." Reply Putri, the name of Andi's friend who works as a psychiatrist.
"Yes Put, I'm sorry I'm busy with my work, just like you are too?"
After a bit of pleasantries and greeting each other, Andi immediately conveyed his intentions and goals. All the things about Dinda that had been told by Adit, he told the whole thing to the Princess. Including the chronology of events before Dinda experienced her current trauma.
"Like that, Put. Do you have time for me and her husband to meet you in person? Or I'll just adjust your practice schedule, how?"
"Alright, Andi. Now I have a practice schedule at Mitra Keluarga Hospital until three in the afternoon. You can meet me here. Go straight to my room and tell the nurse on duty if you have an appointment with me."
"Yes, Put. We'll come there after this. Thank you very much for your help."
Andi closed her call and saved her phone back.
"Today we can meet him, Mas Adit. He practices until three in the afternoon."
"Then we go there now, Mom. I'll ask permission to Papa's room first. After Dhuhur prayer, we immediately leave."
Adit seemed very excited to immediately go see the psychiatrist Andi's friend. All he hoped for was the recovery of his beloved wife Dinda.

At two in the afternoon, Adit and Andi arrived at the hospital. According to the direction of the Princess, they went straight to the Princess's practice room and informed their arrival to the nurses who were guarding there.
Unbeknownst to them, as the two of them walked into the hospital and passed through the registration lobby, from a distance a pair of eyes saw their arrival and observed the direction of their destination towards the second floor.
Meanwhile, Adit and Andi who had been invited into the practice room Princess, immediately greeted by a beautiful and sweet-faced woman who immediately stood up and approached them.
"Hi Andi, how are you?"
The princess kindly and very familiarly greeted Andi with her warm handshake. His gaze then turned to Adit who was standing beside Andi.
"My news is good, Put. Oya, introduce this to my boss at the office who wants to consult you."
"Mas Adit, this is Princess. She's the fiancee of my college friend."
Adit extended his hand and introduced himself.
"Addit. Sorry to interrupt the time."
The princess welcomed Adit's hand with a smile. For a moment his gaze was fixed on Adit's face which made Adit immediately release his hand and avert his gaze.
"I noticed, why is your good looks almost the same? Eleven twelve with my future husband, hahaa.."
Andi who already knew the slightly flirtatious nature of the Princess just smiled in response.
"All right, please sit down. Let's talk about what Andi told you earlier."
The three of them sat down at their respective places. Then the Princess started to open her voice and give her explanation.
"Look, if you hear the story earlier, I tend to think toward PTSD, which is Post Traumatic Stress Disorder or post-traumatic stress disorder. This disorder is related to a frightening event that someone has experienced and the event affects the daily life of the person."
Adit and Andi listened carefully to all the explanations from the Princess. One by one the Princess tried to be digested well by Adit.
"For your wife's case, the main cause of her trauma is because she suddenly saw the death of someone in this case her best friend, causing a traumatic effect in the form of excessive feelings of anxiety or fear."
"In addition to other follower factors, that some time before he also experienced persecution that made him injured and miscarried. The events gathered together into one in his subconscious."
"General, the anxiety arising from the traumatic event, is most often accompanied by sleep disorders in the form of recurring nightmares, or the appearance of shadows from the event continuously. This will usually take place within a few weeks but some can be up to several months."
"That's it..?!"
Adit was surprised to hear the Princess's final explanation. His face looks riled up. He could not bear if Dinda had to experience it for so long.
"Not everything is yes. If the trauma is still within the limits of reasonableness, it will not be that long. Two to four weeks will recover."
"Your wife's working? I mean, there's more to it than taking care of the household?" The princess asked again.
Adit immediately nodded his head.
"Yes, he works. He's got a cafe business."
"That's better. By doing his routine daily activities, his time will feel useful and not wasted. His mind will also be more open and not confined to one thing or problem."
"And if there is a problem, make it a habit to immediately solve it, can be by telling stories and sharing with the closest people. Remember, avoiding a problem will not solve that problem. Just like saving it, it will only magnify the problem itself, and it can become a time bomb that will someday explode as well."
"One more time, if you have time take your wife on vacation. Going out into the open is great for the relaxation process."
Adit understood everything the Princess said. As her husband and closest friend, she plays a vital role in helping Dinda escape the traumatized noose that still shackles her soul.
He hopes that the trauma experienced by Dinda is still in its early stages and does not become excessive. So that the recovery process can take place easier and faster.
