Thank You for True Love

13 SECOND PROPOSAL

Six months passed so quickly. I am grateful, my script and Adit's thesis completed in one semester, according to our initial target.

Now we just have to wait for the graduation time to be held next week.

"Darling, we'll be out tonight, right..?" Adit reminded me of his invitation yesterday.

"For a long time, I missed walking with you.." Adit sulked making me laugh seeing his hopeful face.

"Don't be too drama ah., not every day we also go together. Go together but take the encryption material everywhere. Path together but mind everywhere, hahaa..." My reply continued to tease her while recalling our troubled times when completing the thesis yesterday.

I saw Adit chuckling, maybe he was also remembering our struggle to finish the thesis.

"Yes, finish eating and take you home first. I'll pick you up again tonight."

We ate our lunch and left the campus cafeteria. Today we went to campus for a bit to get a toga shirt.

That night, Adit picked me up and took me to dinner. Unusually, he just kept quiet the whole way. Just focus on driving his car through the hustle of the city, until we reach a house. Modern architecture house with a minimalist concept, looks magnificent even though not too big.

Adit steers his car into the yard of the house, and stops right in front of the garage.

After turning off the car engine, he rushed down, walked around the car and immediately opened the car door for me.

"Come, out.."

Adit opened his voice with a smile on his lips, extending his hand to take me out of the car. I received a helping hand that he immediately held very tightly.

"Darling, whose house are we in..?" I asked him who was only answered with that shady look in his eyes.

"You will know for yourself.." He led me to the front door of the house. Unlock it and then open the door wide.

"Welcome, my beloved future wife..." Smile on Adit's face. While I'm still full of big question marks. He took my hand into the house.

"Don't say anything first, just follow me, come on.."

The first room I saw was a living room that was equipped with simple but memorable luxury furniture.

Next Adit took me into the living room that was directly connected to the kitchen and dining room.

While parallel to the living room earlier, there are two rooms each on the left and right sides facing the middle room.

And on the back side, there was one main room that was larger than the two previous rooms. The room had two doors, one main door that also faced the central room, and one more door at the end of the room that leads directly to the back porch equipped with a small garden with green grass.

"You like this house, honey..??" Adit stood before me, in the main room I was still watching closely.

"A beautiful house. Very pretty.."

Honestly I admit the whole house is perfect in my opinion, and it seems to be in a special design according to the character of the owner.

"Beautiful to its inhabitants later..." Adit completes my answer.

"REally..?"

"Beautiful to you, who will stay in this house with me.."

Instantly I was stunned to hear Adit's words.

"I..?! What do you mean..??"

Adit who stood before me advanced his steps closer to me. Holding both my hands and holding them softly.

Glekk..! Suddenly my breath was closed. Can't believe it, that's what I was thinking.

"You don't believe it, do you? But I really don't lie.." Like a fortune teller, Adit can read my mind.

"You know, baby, this simple house, and that fancy car I always carry with you, which I purposely prepared long ago for you, for my future with you.."

My eyes began to feel soaked and poignant that it blurred my gaze. I'm still trying to hold it down so it doesn't fall off.

"I'm sorry, because this is all I can prepare to start a new life that we're going to live soon.."

"But I'm sure that with you always by my side, I can definitely do better, so that I can give you more beautiful happiness and more.."

I surrendered. Finally spilled tears that I had been holding back, flowing rapidly no longer unstoppable.

"So..." Adit held back his words and let go of his grasp. He knelt down in front of me and took out a small object from his pants pocket.

"Will you marry me..?"

Adit held a ring that he held out toward me. And I don't want to think about anything else, I answer immediately.

"Yes, I want to. I want to marry you..!"

Adit smiled in relief with a happy look clearly visible on his face. He pinned the ring he was holding onto my ring finger.

"Thank you, baby.." I saw her eyes glazed over.

I can't say anything more. I looked at the ring that had been beautifully coiled on my finger.

"I should be thanking you. I'm so happy..."

That was all I could tell her, accompanied by tears that still wet my face nonstop.

Adit stood right in front of me.

"Don't cry anymore.."

His hand held both of my cheeks, and with both of his thumbs, he wiped away all of my tears. Then he pulled my hand slowly, out of the master room, towards the sofa in the living room.

He took some tissue on the table and gave it to me.

"Clean that up your snot! Like a child crying until his snot comes out all..." Laughing softly and looking at me.

Immediately I was ashamed to hear Adit's words. I took a tissue from him and immediately cleaned my whole face.

Adit...., you ruined our romantic moment..!! I screamed loudly in my heart.

And finally, tonight we close by ordering dinner through an online app, then enjoying it together on the front porch.

As with the emergency proposal at that time, this second time application will never be forgotten..
