SUPPOSE THAT...

SUPPOSE THAT...
VERACITY

After driving Angela and her Grandma home, around 8pm Dave was back at his Daddy's House.

He ran his grey Lamborghini Huracan EVO slowly as he walked along an asphalt road nearly 1/2 km from the main entrance gate to his parents' spacious courtyard.

"But Dad never cared a little about me or Mom for years."

Dave recalled the conversation he had with his grandmother when they were both sitting on the VVIP bench and watching Angela's ballet.

"Mom was sick, lung disease gnawed at his body, and his hair...." His teary eyes looked at his Grandma, he could not continue his sentence when he remembered his mother's long hair that had completely grayed.

In the dimness of the audience seats, he could see his grandmother's face wrinkled sadly with reddened eyes holding back tears. "That's your Mommy Dave's choice..." Stalk his Grandma's palms to her cheeks.

She knew her grandmother was trying to dampen the emotional turmoil that was starting to rise.

"Look at your Mommy like that, do you think Grandma's not hurt...??"

The words of his Grandmother who was accompanied by his voice that sounded hoarse because it held back crying again ringed in memory.

"Grandmother's Mother."

He saw his grandmother suppressing his voice so that no one would hear.

"Compared to your Grandfather who always exploded whenever your Daddy's name was mentioned, Grandma was the one who was more angry because of your Mommy, Grandma's only daughter, the only one, to be someone who languishes like that because of his divorce..."

Dave gripped his car tightly when he remembered his grandmother who had to tear up when telling his mother, making his anger burn even more.

"Dave.apparently I do love you..."

Returning the prowess of Kirana's sad face that was under her and menagkup both cheeks looming, making Dave rub rough his own face.

"What do you think...??" Dave hit the driver of his car upset, then drove his car to get to the main house.

Thinking he'll be wearing the car the next morning, Dave just parked it on the edge of his father's spacious porch. And when a Male Servant in charge of parking her car into a side garage, she refused and kept carrying her own car keys.

"Go home drunk, and now you don't want to talk to your own parents ??" Andreas' voice was rising.

Kirana who was sitting on the bed was shaking her face with a frowning forehead, while Jonathan was still beside her.

"Andre, it's okay.maybe Kirana needs some time alone, she's just recovered." his wife standing next to him tried to spread it.

Though his wife should be the one who was angry, because he bothered to bring food to his son's room, but even Kirana did not want to look at him.

"He was sick because he was drunk." Husband says. "What else is he doing at the club there, until he comes home with a red mark on his chest."

Kirana's eyes rounded at her father's words, she turned her back to Jonathan and pulled his collar down. There he could see there was a purplish red mark that no matter how many times he rubbed but still did not want to disappear.

"Andre !" Marisa looked at her Husband with a frown. "Why talk about it when there's Jon...??" she said, looking at her husband asking for her understanding and patience in facing their daughter.

Kirana immediately looked at Jonathan, they looked at each other with Kirana's eyes as if she did not believe, why there was a kissmark on her chest.

"I'm not like that !" Kirana got off her bed. "I remember, there I was just drinking, nothing more" he said. "Jon, I didn't do anything !" he turned to Jonathan who was standing by the bed with a huffed face.

"After you drink, you remember what happened...?" asked her father made Kirana stunned.

He who has now changed from pajamas to shirts and knee-length shorts with an infusion hose that has been removed, trying to remember what happened after. But he really can't remember it.

"I don't know why there's this sign, but I really don't." Kirana looks emotional. He looked at Jonathan, there was an uneasy feeling as the narrow-eyed man just looked at him and looked down.

"Daddy is disappointed in you Kirana, you can get drunk like that and..." Andreas no longer knows how to express his feelings that failed to educate his own son.

Kirana was annoyed that everyone was accusing her, her eyes were already glazed, she clenched both her hands tightly. He tried to hold back his heart, but could not. "Why didn't Daddy ask me why I got drunk like that...??" ask her with a trembling voice.

Everyone who was there looked at each other.

"Kira..." Marisa came forward and was about to hug her daughter who was standing trembling with her tears already flowing. But Kirana backed off and refused the embrace of her mother.

"Austenia !" snapped his father did not like his attitude that refused his wife's embrace.

As Kirana looked at Jonathan, she was ashamed that Jonathan was here. But for days he held her back and it made his mind even more uneasy.

"...why is Dave younger than me...?" he spoke slowly, making Father and Mother surprised. "Shouldn't..should Dave be older than me...?" he asks. "He's the son of Daddy's wedding before his., right..??"

Andreas was shocked, he did not expect Kirana to ask that.

Kirana looked at her mother who looked shocked, making Kirana's feelings sliced because it was like confirming that what Dave had said all along was true. "Say Ma'am." she said in a trembling voice withstanding sorrow. "Am I the child you didn't want before..??"

Marisa's face was staring at her daughter who was now an adult.

"Why is everything so quiet...??" Kirana laughed blandly, she wiped her tears flowing from the corner of her eyes. "Daddy doesn't like me drinking, does he...??" this time Kirana looked at her father whose face was covered with fainting. "Drunk, wearer.free sex..."

Andreas's eyes were rounded.

"How many bottles did Daddy spend in one night...?" Kirana said bitterly.

Jonathan fell silent, not expecting to hear all this.

"Kirana." rebuked her mother when her husband was unable to say what her son was accusing her of.

"Does Mom really love Daddy...??" kirana looked at the 43-year-old woman.

"What are you talking about, son..??" marisa's eyes are already glazed. "Of course I love your Daddy so much" he said.

Kirana sobbed, she held onto her chest that felt pain. He who had previously accused Dave of lying, seemed to have to swallow a bitter pill for the reaction of his parents.

"...Be honest, ma'am." she said in between her tears. "...Am I a child of rape...??" his question made everyone in it surprised and looked at him.
