Section 8

In the evening Agnes dressed up beautifully. Agnes said goodbye to her mom and dad to go to dinner. Agnes also said goodbye if going to the Club, after dinner.

Jimmy picked up Agnes. Jimmy was stunned to see the beauty of Agnes. Jimmy smiled handsomely looking at Agnes. Agnes and Jimmy get in the car together. The car left Agnes' mansion.

Jimmy and Agnes are equally silent. Jimmy glanced at Agnes. Agnes bit her lower lip feeling awkward because Jimmy's whole trip just kept quiet. Agnes did not know where to start talking from, and what to ask. Agnes mustered up the courage to ask Jimmy, despite the doubts in her heart.

"after dinner don't want to come to the club with me? I'll introduce you to my friend. They're also curious about you." Bring Agnes.

"i can't go home late Agnes. Tomorrow I have an important meeting at the office. I have to get everything ready for tonight. Can I not come? You're not angry, are you?" Jimmy refused subtly and gave an excuse.

"no problem, sorry to get you in trouble Jimmy. I hope you don't think negatively of me, I'm going to the club because my friend invited me." Agnes doesn't want Jimmy to misunderstand.

"hey, I'm not that kind of guy. Do what you like, what your favorite is. What do you want, I just want to see my loved ones happy and laugh off without a burden. I don't want to rule you, curb you let alone demand you be the woman I want to be. Your life is your life, you live it. I'm only a companion, but I'll try to be a good companion for you." Jimmy explained.

"hmmm. You're Jimmy's sweet guy, I love it. Thanks, all this time all the men set me up. This is it that's making me depressed. Unlike you, I won't let you down Jimmy. I promise to always keep my attitude." Agnes is impressed by Jimmy's open speech and attitude.

"later don't come home late, do I need to pick you up?" Ask Jimmy.

"no, I can go home with my friend. No need to bother, you're busy with your work." Agnes smiled.

"it's fine if it's your will. Can I ask you one thing?" Ask Jimmy.

"what?" Ask Agnes.

"keep your heart for me. I don't want my woman to turn to another man at the club." Said Jimmy.

"haha.." Agnes laughed, "I've got a good escort candidate, I won't do anything stupid to pursue the uncertain. To me, having you is my luck Jimmy." Answer Agnes.

Jimmy gently rubbed the head of the Agents, "the sweetness.." Jimmy smiled.

After a long journey, they finally arrived at a restaurant. Agnes doesn't know that Jimmy has thrown her something special. Jimmy opened the car door and got out of the car, Jimmy closed the car door and walked quickly to the other side of the car, opened the car door and greeted Agnes. Jimmy reached out, Agnes welcomed Jimmy's hand and got out of the car.

Agnes clasped Jimmy's hand tightly. Jimmy closed the car door. Agnes's hand position changes, now Agnes embraces Jimmy's arm and walks hand in hand with Jimmy into the restaurant. The door was opened by the waiter, a servant gave a bunch of red roses to Agnes. Agnes was surprised and accepted, as the foot stepped in the rain of flowers fell. Agnes was surprised.

Agnes looked at Jimmy, Jimmy smiling handsomely shrugged his shoulders. Agnes blushed in embarrassment, her feelings mixed. This is the first time Agnes has been treated sweetly by a man. Agnes smiled happily. Jimmy and Agnes sat down at the prepared place.

Apparently Jimmy, had ordered the restaurant specifically for dinner with Agnes. Jimmy's preparing a surprise for Agnes. Jimmy pulled up a chair and asked Agnes to sit down, Agnes complied and sat down. Jimmy pulled out a chair for himself and sat down.

The waiter comes around Jimmy and Agnes, tucking in the food Jimmy ordered. Agnes was impressed, Jimmy did the unexpected. Jimmy served Agnes well, from helping Agnes cut the steak and feeding Agnes. Agnes felt like a princess of a king who was being pampered.

"jimmy's Thanks.." Agnes smiled.

"there's still something else Agnes." Said Jimmy.

"what's that?" Ask Agnes.

Jimmy stood up from his seat, walking closer to Agnes. Jimmy grabbed Agnes by the hand and knelt one foot in front of Agnes. Jimmy pulls out a diamond ring from his suit pocket and proposes to Agnes.

"i know, we just met and got acquainted. Even if it's just an arranged marriage, I'd like to officially propose to you as my wife. I am not a rich man who has a lot of money. But I'm a hard worker, and I'm sure I can give you what you want and need. I sincerely love you Agnes, from the very beginning I met you. I've fallen in love with you. I'm so happy when you want to be fooled by me. Tonight, in this place, was witnessed by many eyes. Would you be my wife, Agnes Carney?" Jimmy proposes to Agnes, giving Agnes a surprise.

Agnes was surprised, Agnes was touched by Jimmy's words. Agnes nodded slowly at Jimmy, Jimmy smilingly putting the ring on the ring finger of Agnes' right hand. Jimmy kissed the soft back of Agnes' hand and stood up. Agnes stood up and hugged Jimmy.

"I'm happy Jimmy, thank you. Your sweet surprise touched me. " Agnes cried, "i'm happy, this is the first time a man has truly loved me." Agnes felt overwhelmed.

Jimmy hugged, rubbed Agnes' back. Jimmy smiled, gently rubbing Agnes' back head. Jimmy took off a hug and wiped away Agnes' tears. Jimmy kissed Agnes on the forehead.

"promise me, never cry again. Don't be sad baby, I'm there for you." Jimmy said softly.

"you're Jimmy's best man, I love you.." Agnes smiled.

"i love you too honey." replied Jimmy.

Jimmy brought his face closer and gently kissed Agnes' lips. Agnes pokes her hand around Jimmy's neck and replies to Jimmy's kiss. Jimmy hugged Agnes' waist tightly.
