Section 31

Kenneth returned to the mansion at almost midnight, the situation was already very quiet, all the servants had already fallen asleep. Kenneth walked slowly towards his room, as he passed Agnes kenneth's room seeing the door to Agnes' room slightly open. Kenneth held the doorknob to close but out of curiosity to see Agnes, Kenneth decided to go into Agnes' room.

Kenneth opened the door and stepped in, Kenneth closed the door slowly. His feet stepped, his eyes probing for Agnes' whereabouts. Agnes was not in bed, Kenenth looked at the terrace of the room.

Agnes sat in the room staring at the sky. Kenneth stood beside Agnes.

"What are you doing? You forgot to close your door." Kenneth.

Agnes was startled, looking away at Kenenth. "Ken.. have you gone home? Already eaten?" Ask Agnes.

"Hmm. I've eaten. My mom forced me to eat a lot of food earlier." Answer Kenneth.

"You want to sleep, sit beside me and see the stars together." Take Agnes with a sweet smile. Agnes patted the chair beside her.

Kenneth sat beside Agnes, staring at the sky. "Tonight there were only a few stars." Kenneth.

"Yes, they're hiding because there's an ice guy staring at them." Answer Agnes origin.

Kenneth frowned looking at Agnes. "You mean?" Kenneth brought his face closer to Agnes's.

Agnes frowned, forcibly turning away the face of Kenneth who was looking at her with her hands. "Don't look at me like that." Agnes.

Kenneth held onto Agnes' hand which touched her face. Grasping Agnes' hand, "your hand is cold. How long have you been out of the room? Come in, the night breeze is not good for health." Kenneth spoke very softly.

Agnes immediately pulled her hand quickly. "I'm fine." Answer Agnes.

Agnes looked back at the sky, as did Kenneth. Agnes' stomach suddenly hurt. Agnes grimaced with the pain, "ouchhhh" complained Agnes.

"What's wrong?" Ask Kenneth.

"My stomach hurts," Agnes' voice restrained.

"ill? Why?" Ask Kenneth.

"It's okay, it's normal when my moon cycle comes. I'll get some warm water first." Answer Agnes.

Agnes stood up from her seat, walking into the room. Kenneth felt very clumsy, following Agnes into the room.

Kenneth returns to see Agnes's nightgown stained with blood. Kenenth stops Agnes from leaving her room.

"Agnes, you better change your nightgown." Kenneth's voice stopped Agnes's steps.

Agnes stopped and turned her face away. "What's wrong?" Agnes curious.

Kenneth rubbed his nape, hesitating to speak. Agnes looked at her dress, feeling no problem and was fine-witted.

"Mm, that's. In your dress there's a blood stain. Tell you what, you change your clothes first I'll prepare warm water for you. Ok," Kenneth came out of Agnes' room, and Agnes was still ashamed for the second time.

In the kitchen Kenneth meets Hana's aunt, Kenneth greets Hana's aunt.

"Bi," call Kennerh.

"Yes, sir, what need is there? Do you need anything?" Ask aunt Hana.

"Agnes is having a stomachache because of the moon, can you help me prepare something to relieve it? Or do I need to go to the drugstore to buy painkillers?" Ask Kenenth.

Kenneth prepared warm water, Aunt Hana looked and smiled. "Master.if the pain of the mistress will usually drink warm water and warm milk. It will also compress his stomach. I'll help you get some warm milk." Answer Hana.

Kenneth stood waiting. About 10 minutes finally all ready to be brought into the room. Kenneth went to the room with a glass of warm water and a glass of warm milk.

Kenneth opened the room door with one hand slowly, and the other hand carried a tray. Kenenth came in and closed the door with her feet. Kenneth walks to meet Agnes, Agnes is already on her bed with her book of stallions.

Kenneth put a tray on the table. "Aunt Hana's getting you milk." Kenneth.

"Oh, thanks. You're not sleeping?" Ask Agnes.

"Yes, in a minute. Hmm, my mama wants me to take you to our house, want to eat and talk together. That's if you don't mind." Kenneth delivered his mother's message. "Forget it, you must be busy working. Next time I come visit, I'll get out of your room, you sleep!" Imbuh Kenneth who shortly stepped away.

"Let's go tomorrow!" Answer Agnes.

Kenneth stopped his steps, "tomorrow? You sure?" Kenneth doubted Agnes' reply, turning his face to look at Agnes.

Agnes nodded, "hmm. neither have I visited for a long time, I miss them." Agnes smiled beautifully.

"If you've decided it's good. Go to sleep, I'll go back to my room." Kenneth turned around and left immediately.

Agnes smiled widely, Kenneth who today is different from the previous days. Agnes looked at the glass of warm water and milk beside her.

"This man, in fact, has a gentle and kind heart. I don't know why just because he was dumped into a cold wild man. Is that why she is a woman lover? Have many women? Mmm, maybe this is called retribution." Guman Agnes shook her head slowly.

Agnes took a glass of warm water and drank it. Her stomach was getting warm, Agnes hoped that her stomach would start to improve after drinking a warm drink.

Kenneth ran out of the bathroom, walking towards the bed. Kenneth lay down origin, took a deep breath and stared at the ceiling of his room.

Kenneth thought back to his father's words, before returning home to the mansion, his father reminded him to think carefully about the offers that had been conveyed while in the workspace.

Kenneth was silent, Kenneth looking at his folded hands on his lap. James held Kenneth's hand tightly, Kenneth looked at James and was surprised to see his papa (James) smiling warmly.

"Papa tau, papa has always arranged for you, arranged for your brother as well. I'm sorry papa son, papa just wants the two sons of the Alexander family to be successful, reliable. Now I realize, everything is not true. Your life will not rule it again, your life is yours. Keep fighting my son, you know you can." James patted Kenneth on the shoulder.

Kenneth felt moved, hugging James. "Pope.." Kenneth crying in the arms of his father, Kenneth felt binging. His mind was completely muddled, his feelings were already mixed.

"Papa, forgive Kenneth! Sorry Kenneth! Sorry.." Kenneth sniffles.

"It's okay, papa understand how you feel. It must be painful, if papa is in your position papa will also be very disappointed. Papa's proud you've survived Ken, never give up." James tightened his arms, rubbing Kenneth's back.

Kenneth took off a hug and wiped his own tears. Kenneth realized that had disappointed his father a lot. Not without reason, Kenneth just felt like living a free life without pressure, without coercion without demands. I want to enjoy life without being in the middle.

After a difficult time, Kenneth got up and stood firm. Kenneth changed everything from his appearance and attitude. Kenneth who was always neat, became a mess no matter the appearance anymore, Kenneth's attitude was colder. Kenneth likes to flirt with women, and teases women. Kenneth tries to forget his past, but Kenenth's heart hurts even more. Kenneth kept swearing in his heart, feeling the world was unfair to him.

"I'll think pa, papa don't expect Ken too much either. Ken doesn't want you to be disappointed again, again and again. Okay?" Kenneth looked into James's eyes as if he wanted to say something, as if his eyes wanted to scream to convey how difficult the road Ken was going through.

"Good, what if at the end of this month you represent papa coming to the party? Papa will send you the address of the party later. Come as a representative of Alxander. Papa wants you to learn to know a lot of people, and the outside world besides your night world." James explained.

"Yes, Kenneth understands." Answer Kenenth.

(The flashback ends)

Kenneth thought again, thinking whether he would really be able to run his papa company well? During this time Kenneth only saw his brother who was busy taking care of the company without interference.

"Maybe it's time for me to help you, whether this is the right decision or not. Looking at the papa who kept begging like that, my heart ached and tight." Kenneth Guman.

Yawning feeling tired and sleepy, Kenneth slowly closed his eyes and fell asleep in his sleep.
