Section 38

Kenneth escorts Jesika to Jesika's old house. Kenneth looked around the house of Jesika, an old house filled with memories.

Jesika stands at the door of her house, "thanks Ken, sorry to trouble you. Go home, I don't want to bother you anymore." Jesika.

"Umh, okay! Take good care of yourself, Jesi. I still have business, I'll go first." Answer Kenneth.

Jesika nodded, "hmm. be careful Ken." Jesika stared at Kenneth's departure.

Kenneth waved as he walked, got in his car and sped away, leaving Jesika's house. Kenneth's going to the funeral, Kenneth wants to see Jimmy.

Agnes was in her room, Agnes contacted Alfred. Want to make sure back about the file he gave.

(Conversations on the phone)

"Hallo, yes, miss." replied Alfred.

"Al, have you taken care of it?" Ask Agnes.

Alfred was silent, rethinking Ben's words, "of course I've taken care of the madam, as you command." Answer Alfred.

"I'm sorry, lady, I lied. I don't know what the master's plan is, for now I also have to play the game played by Mr. Carney." In Alfred's heart.

"Do you intend to change your decision, miss?" Ask Alfred.

Agnes shook her head, "not Alfred! I just wanted to make sure you did your job, that's all. All right if it's like that, I'll wait for the results." Answer Agnes.

"I'll give it to you right away when the divorce papers have been issued miss." Alfred replied reassuringly.

"Mmm, okay! I close first, thanks for helping me." Agnes.

"Yes, both ladies." Answer Alfred.

Agnes ended her call, put her phone on the table. Agnes lay down and looked at the ceiling of her room.

"Next I have to figure out how to explain to papa. Papa will definitely be disappointed with my decision, how is this?" Guman Agnes was confused.

Aunt Hana opened the door slowly, "miss.there's someone who wants to see you." Said Hana's aunt standing in front of the door.

"Who bi? I don't have any appointments with anyone." Answer Agnes.

"Mr Jasson, are you ready to meet?" Auntie Hana asked again.

"Ottnie?" Guman Agnes, Agnes got up from her bed and got out of her bed. Agnes walked over to Aunt Hana. "Make bi drinks, I'll meet him. Come on." replied Agnes.

Agnes closed the door of her room and walked towards the living room, to meet Othniel.

Agnes saw Othniel standing looking at her picture. Agnes said, "hi, Mr. Jasson, what do you see?" Agnes.

Othniel turned his face to look at Agnes, "hi.. You didn't go to the office today? I came to your office earlier, your secretary said you were busy. I was wondering, what are you doing Miss Carney?" Othniel seduces Agnes.

Agnes sat on the couch, "hmm. I'm taking care of something. What's the important thing about meeting me?" Ask Agnes.

"I just wanted to make sure you were Agnes, that night you were suddenly gone. And since then there's been no news from you, I'm worried. Are you all right?" Ask Othniel curiously.

"I'm fine, what are you worried about Ottie?" Agnes smiled beautifully.

Othniel smiled faintly, "so who is that man?" Othniel looked at Agnes. "The man who suddenly pulled your hand and took you away." Othniel explained.

"He's my husband" replied Agnes.

"His husband is he jealous of you being with me? Did he misunderstand?" Othniel.

"Maybe, don't worry about it. You're not going around town?" Ask Agnes.

"I should have left, but I don't have much time. I'll be back in Japan in a few days. I still have to finish things." Othniel looked around the living room.

"really? That fast?" Agnes looked disappointed, "we just met after such a long time. You left that fast?" Agnes was sad.

"If you have a lot of time, come with me. Invite your husband too, you can take a honeymoon too." Othniel gave advice.

Agnes fell silent, Othniel felt awkward. "Agnes, is there something? What's the problem?" Othniel sat down beside Agnes.

Agnes cried, "me and her can't be with Othie, we're getting a divorce." Agnes complained.

Othniel frowned, "don't cry, speak well first." Othniel calms Agnes, embraces Agnes and rubs Agnes on the shoulder.

Agnes finally opened her voice, Agnes told Othniel everything. Agnes tells from the beginning, where Agnes married Jimmy, Jimmy died in an accident. Before Jimmy dies, he asks his brother Kenneth to replace Jimmy and marry Agnes.

Finally Agnes and Kenneth married, Kenneth was cold and did not like Agnes too much. I often ignore Agnes.

All went the same for more than a month, until finally at the time of the incident at the party. Kenneth's emotions and losing control, Kenneth ends up doing that to Agnes. Agnes felt disappointed and upset. It was unexpected that Kenneth would be rude and brutal to her.

Almost a week Agnes thought, continuing to look at the documents that had been signed with Kenneth. Every day thinking and setting hearts until finally Agnes decided to return with Kenneth, opening a new page.

Agnes comes to Kenneth's apartment, when she reaches Kenneth's Apartment, Agnes sees Kenneth getting in her car and darting away. Agnes followed out of curiosity, until Kenenth arrived at the cafe. Kenneth meets a woman, long talking the woman away, Kenneth chases and the woman collapses.

Kenneth takes the woman to the hospital, Agnes hears the unexpected, the woman is pregnant. Not only that, Agnes also saw Kenneth and the woman hugging. Agnes had already set her heart on divorce with Kenneth.

Agnes finished telling the story, Agnes sobbed. "I can't stand it anymore, I want it all to end." Agnes.

"Agnes, listen to me. Have you asked Ken who the woman is and what their relationship is? Don't be so reckless." Othniel gave advice.

Agnes shook her head, "it's not necessary anymore, I very clearly saw Kenneth being gentle with her. It's so different from her attitude towards me." Agnes wiped her tears, rubbing her face gently.

Otniel diam, tidak bicara apa-apa. Tiba-tiba saja Agnes mengatakan hal yang tidak terduga. "Otnie, boleh aku ikut denganmu ke Jepang? Aku akan tinggal di sana beberapa minggu untuk menenangkan diri." Agnes menatap Otniel.

Othniel was confused, "hmm.. are you alone?" Ask Othniel.

"Take it with Uncle Ben first, I don't want to be accused of kidnapping people's wives. If Uncle Ben agrees then I'll also agree to you coming with me." Othniel explained.

"Yes, I'll visit my papa and ask permission. There's something I want to tell Papa, too. You take it easy, no one will accuse you of such an accusation." Agnes smiled again.

Aunt Hana came with a glass of orange juice and setoples cookies. Put it on the table, in front of Othniel.

"Please sir.." Aunt Hana let Othniel taste the dish.

"Thank you aunt Hana, it looks like aunt looks younger." Goda Othniel.

"Young master is very articulate, I'm sorry first. There's still a lot of work inside." Aunt Hana steps away leaving Agnes and Othniel.

Agnes stood up from her seat, "Otnie. You drink your juice." Agnes said and walked away.

Othniel stared at Agnes' departure, taking her phone out of her suit pocket. Then talking to Ben, Ben heard a conversation between Othniel and Agnes.

(Conversations on the phone)

"Uncle, what's the next step?" Ask Othniel.

"Just wait until Agnes comes to me, your job is quite good Othnie, sorry if uncle troubles you this time." Ben said.

"Don't hesitate uncle, Agnes is like my own sister. Okay uncle, if there's no more duty for me I'll close the call. Because after this I have to go see my friend." Othniel stared into the house, in case Agnes came.

"Okay, have fun." Ben ended his call.

Othniel looked through the screen of his phone, his friend had sent a message, already on his way to the designated place. It wasn't long before Agnes came, seeing the busy Othniel.

"What's wrong?" Ask Agnes.

"Agnes sorry, I have to go. I have an appointment to meet my friend." Othniel stood up from his seat, staring at Agnes.

"OK, go. Don't keep your friends waiting. I'll talk to my papa and call you. Give me your phone number." Agnes thrust her phone at Othniel.

Othniel took Agnes's phone and shared her mobile number. "Keep well, if it's gone I won't give you my number again." Othniel smiled again teasing Agnes.

Agnes kept Othniel's mobile number, driving Othniel out the main door of her mansion.

"Be careful in Othnie.." Agnes waved her hand.

Othniel rubbed Agnes' head gently and went to get close to her car. Othniel opened his car door, got in his car and closed the door again. Othniel opened the car glass and waved, Agnes waving with a sweet smile that adorned her face. Staring at the departure of Othniel who slowly disappeared from his sight.
