Substitute Husband

Section 36

This morning, Agnes woke up early. After thinking long, and setting her heart, Agnes wanted to try repeating a new page with Kenneth.

Agnes felt herself being selfish, however, when Kenneth did so was also not in a conscious state. Kenneth is also legally her husband, there should be no problem. Just because she was still not ready inwardly, Agnes became annoyed and disappointed. Agnes doesn't want to break her promise to Jimmy.

Agnes finished her breakfast, Agnes left her mansion. Agnes wants to see Kenneth at the apartment, wants to explain everything. Agnes brought along the documents Kenneth had signed. Want to show if the document will be discarded and they can start all over again from the beginning.

Agnes hoped that Kenneth would hear her explanation, although it was too late that Agnes still had to explain. His heart would not calm down if it did not straighten out the matter. Whatever Kenneth's gonna say Agnes's ready, if Kenneth wants to come back it's better.

Agnes's on her way to Kenneth's apartment..

Kenneth dried his wet hair. Kenenth looked at the screen of his phone, Kenenth got a message from an unknown number, and after opening it was Jesika's phone number.

After the incident, Kenneth had already deleted everything. Including Jesika's mobile number, for Kenneth there is nothing more to save. Keeping Jesika's memories would only make her hurt.

(Fill the message of Jesika)

"Can meet? I want to talk to you, Ken. Come to the coffee shop, I'm waiting for you. JESIO"

Kenneth was upset, yet curious. What did Jesika say. Kenenth did not reply to Jesika's message, Kenneth put his phone on the table and changed clothes.

Finished changing clothes, Kenneth reflected. Kenneth wants to go visit his brother Jimmy, Kenenth wants to vent his complaints to Jimmy. He apologized for not being able to keep his promise.

Drrr..

Drrrr..

Drrrrr..

Kenneth's phone rang, calling from an unknown number. "Jesica.." Guman Kenenth stared at the screen of his phone.

Jesika's call ended, before long Kenneth's phone returned to vibrate. Jesika calls Kenneth back, Kenneth hesitates but eventually receives a call from Jesika.

(Conversations on the phone)

"Hallo, Ken.." Jesika's soft voice.

Kenneth was silent, still remembered the voice of Jesika who had always missed him.

"Ken, do you hear me? Ken's.. Kenneth.." call Jesika over and over again, jokingly disperse Kenneth's daydreams.

"Mhh," Kenenth snorted.

"Ken, have you read my message?" Ask Jesika.

"Hmm" replied Kenneth.

"You're coming? Ken. help me.." Suddenly Jesika cried.

Kenenth frowned, Kenneth could imagine how Jesika's face when crying like that.

"Jesi, are you okay?" Kenenth said worriedly.

"Uh, I'm sorry. I'm fine, Hikk.." Jesika's voice trembled, Jesika sobbed.

Kenneth closed his eyes and opened his eyes again, Kenneth let out a heavy sigh. "Where are you?" Ask Kenneth.

"I. in the coffee shop" replied Jesika.

"Wait for me, I'll come see you. Don't do anything stupid!" Kenneth closes the call from Jesika.

Kenneth put his cell phone in his pants pocket and rushed out of his room. Kenneth walked out of his apartment.

Agnes's car entered Kenneth's apartment's front parking lot. Agnes is looking for a parking space, not until the car engine is turned off Agnes sees Kenneth in a hasty step out of her apartment building. Kenneth got in his car and sped away.

Out of curiosity Agnes followed Kenneth. "Why is Kenneth running around? Is there a problem?" Guman Agnes's.

Agnes continues to follow Kenneth, Kenneth unaware that Agnes is following him. Kenneth stepped on the gas pedal and accelerated the speed of his car. Agnes was increasingly curious, what happened so Kenneth had to speed up the speed of his car.

15 Minutes later..

Kenneth's car stopped at a cafe parking lot. Kenneth got out of the car and rushed into the cafe.

From the car Agnes saw Kenneth walking quickly to someone. Kenneth approaches an unknown foreign woman. Agnes continued to look from afar at Kenneth and the woman.

Inside cafe..

Kenneth walked quickly to Jesika. Jesika looked very pitiful, looking down at the hand on her lap.

"Iron.." said Kenneth.

Jesika raised her head to look towards the voice that called out to her. Jesika looked at Kenneth, Jesika's eyes were puffy, cheeks were thin and there were bruises on the face.

"Hi Ken," said Jesika.

Kenneth pulled out a chair and sat down in front of Jesika. "You.. What happened to you?" Ask Kenneth.

Jesika looked back down, her head shaking. "Nothing happened, I'm fine. Sorry to bother you coming, are you busy?" Jesika shifted the topic of conversation.

"No, I'm being free." Answer Kenneth. "You're with Theo?" Kenneth asked.

Jesika shook her head and cried, Jesika could no longer stop her crying. "I'm alone, I'm running away from him." Jesika answered in her tears.

Kenneth was surprised, "what do you mean?" Ask Kenneth. "What happened to you, Jesika, you look so bad." Kenneth kept staring at Jesika.

Jesika was silent, clenching two hands on her lap. Feelings of sadness, annoyance, disappointment, and also guilt mixed into one.

"Sorry Ken, maybe this is the punishment God gave me because I played you first. I'm really sorry, I just came here to apologize to you. It's ridiculous, (Jesika smiled thinly) has been apologizing to you for so long. I'm sorry Ken. sorry.." Jesika covered her mouth with two hands holding back so as not to cry.

"Hey, calm yourself, Jesi! Don't think about what happened in the past, forget it." Answer Kenneth.

Jesika wiped her tears, smiling beautifully at Kenneth. "I think I misjudged you Ken. My eyes have been blinded by love so I can do evil things like that to you. I must still apologize even if the apology cannot bring back everything that has happened in the past." Answer Jesika.

Jesika came back crying, "sorry Ken. It seems like I have to leave now. I'm sorry, I'm so sorry to have made you in such a difficult time." Jesika.

Jesika stood up from her seat, and walked away leaving Kenneth. Kenneth chases Jesika, Jesika leaves the coffee shop followed by Kenneth.

"Jesika.." call Kenneth, Kenneth reaches out to Jesika's hand.

Jesika felt dizzy, her gaze suddenly darkened, Jesika fainted. Kenneth catches Jesika's body before falling to the floor, carrying Jesika's body in his car and heading to the hospital.

It was unexpected that the incident was seen directly by Agnes. Agnes was surprised, according to where Kenneth went to take the foreign woman.

Agnes was curious as to who the woman with Kenneth was. Agnes was curious as to why Kenneth looked so frantic and deft, as if the woman was so important.

During the journey Agnes thought. Many conjectures and prejudices were in Agnes' mind. Kenneth's car entered the parking lot of a hospital building. Agnes also parked her car, Agnes came down because she was curious who the woman who was carried by Kenenth entered the hospital.

Agnes snuck, peeking from afar. Kenneth looked frantically pacing in front of the examination room. About 10 minutes later, the doctor came out and called Kenneth. Kenneth entered the room, the doctor left the room.

Agnes walked up to the room, the door of the room was not tightly closed. Agnes peeked, her eyes widened to see Kenneth hugging a woman. Kenenth and the woman talked.

Situation in the examination room. A moment before Agnes came and peeked.

Jesika is hysterical, Jesika is shocked to hear that she is pregnant. Jesika thrashed to hit his own stomach, not wanting to smear the fetus in his womb.

"I hate her, I hate her." Jesika said banging her stomach.

"Jesika stop that." Screeched Kenneth, holding Jesika's hand.

"Let me go Ken, I don't want to put this kid away. I hate Theo, I hate him." Jesika is crying hysterically.

Kenneth felt pity, hugging Jesika. "Pacify yourself, all can be well discussed. Don't hurt the baby in your womb, okay?" Kenneth tried to make Jesika's heart calm.

Jesika clenched tightly to Kenneth's body, crying as she pleased. "Don't go, I'm scared." Jesika's hoarse voice.

Kenneth took off a hug, tightly holding Jesika's hand. "Hmm, I'm not leaving. I'll take care of you and keep you company." Kenenth answered with a smile.

Kenneth tries to comfort Jesika, Jesika is not in good shape. Jesika and Kenneth's conversation was heard clearly by Agnes. Agnes was surprised, covering her mouth with two hands, Agnes wrongly guessed that the baby in the womb Jesika was the child of Kenenth. Agnes felt disappointed, her heart was broken, again her heart was in pain.

Agnes shook her head slowly, "man Breng**k!" Agnes said softly.

Agnes turned around and left the room. Agnes held back her tears, coming out of the hospital building. Agnes ran in her car and cried. His chest felt tight, his heart was so sick as if he was hit by a spear.

Long as Agnes cried, Agnes saw the file of her divorce papers. Agnes wiped her tears and regulated her breathing. Agnes took her car away from the hospital building.
