3 MONTHS LATER

As Mbah Brahma suggested to me, that I should be able to sort out what kind of activity I should live in order to strike a balance between my soul and body. To find peace between my heart and my mind. To be able to think clearly and brightly in my life.

From there, I began to change my life. Starting from how to eat usually at will, starting from the menu until the time. I am now learning to be more disciplined so that what I eat can be beneficial to my body, not just full and throw away.

I also started doing sports. Not a heavy muscle sport, just jogging around the house or a leisurely walk on a Sunday morning in the park not far from home.

Mens sana in corpore sano, meaning that in a strong body there is a healthy soul. From that expression I try to change my way of thinking and living slowly because in the adventurer of my life, I need a physically fit, a calm and clear mind, as well as a healthy soul so that they can't take advantage of me and take away me.

Maybe I should go with the flow because what I'm seeing right now, isn't what it should be. I'm sure the college officials know what really happened.
