Some people came up to me and Timothee when we had already passed the exit of the ER room. Their expressions were truly panicked.

“We apologize for our actions that have offended you.”

They tried to hold Timothee's hand to beg. But the Timothee I know has no pity in the least. He brushed off their hands and took me to his car.

The man's expression had not softened even though he had driven his car away from the hospital.

I took my foot out of the gate and waited for Timothee, who was near.

Lucy was not far from me. He and his mother were already forbidden to roam around my house, but it seemed that the ban was not heeded by the two of them.

I could hear the sound of her footsteps walking towards me. I don't want to ignore his existence. I turned my head in the opposite direction to him, waiting for the appearance of Timothee's car.

I laughed at his words that seemed to be the one who was suffering the most right now. It was as if he had been the victim of the injustice I had done. Really shameless.

“I wasn't that stupid to the point of not knowing that you and your mother were compensated after your mother divorced my father. My father even financed your college until it was finished, even though you are still in the fourth semester.”

I pointed my index finger at him while occasionally pushing his shoulder with my index finger. I knew clearly that he wanted to make me feel sympathy and guilt for what happened to him and his mother. Of course it would never happen after what he and his mother did to me.

As if unaware of how she was currently positioned, Lucy raised her tone. His unhappy expression was no longer hidden.

The car that Timothee was driving arrived right after Lucy yelled and said about my meeting with Alexander. There was a part of my heart that wished Timothee hadn't heard it, but there was a part of my heart that told me to be stupid about it.

My palm landed back on Lucy's cheek. The girl fell silent after I slapped her cheek. Her hand held her cheek that was flushed after I slapped it. She looked at me cynically after I slapped her. He seemed to be very unaccepting of what I just did.

“Jaga what you said!” I said in a threatening tone while pointing my index finger right in front of his face.
