Red Yarn (Oshi No Ko > Aqua X Kana)

Let's Stop

Aqua waits for Kana in the agency's lobby. Kana is still in Miyako's room, chatting with Mem and Ruby. Mem asks Kana to stay the night, but Kana repeatedly rejects the invitation, because her father has to work tomorrow.

"I'm delivery! You stay here!" exclaiming Mem while hugging Kana's arm. "Seriously, I'm really missing!" 

"I have to get permission first." Kana smiling. "My dad's around here, so I'll let him go!" continue Kana.

Mem stood up and nodded. Kana's out of the agency building. He crosses paths with Aqua, but since Cana and Aqua have made up their resolve not to have any more contact, Cana simply bows to Aqua and passes away.

"Should it be like this?" tanya Aqua stood behind Kana. For a moment Kana stopped.

"Yes, gotta!" answer Kana sure.

"I can't believe you're this selfish." Aqua looked at Kana's back. "You should have kicked me out that day, why did you ask me to stay in the village? You should be pretending to be amnesiac now. Why did you even go here!"

Ruby and Mem peeked at Aqua and Kana who were at the doorstep of the agency building.

"Yes, I'm just making sure of a few things." Kana looked at Aqua's eyes.

"Have you confirmed? And are you sure about what you saw?" aqua asked as if knowing what Cana meant.

"Yes, that's for sure. And it's pink now." Kana smiled wryly. He did not understand how the promise that Gorou and Sarina made had a different color of thread. Aqua's yarns are still blue, while Ruby's colors are pink.

Aqua looked into Kana's eyes. He still wanted to fight, but why did Kana always refuse and unilaterally break up? It is not exhausting if the same thing is repeated.

"If you want me to stop, I will stop," Aqua's voice swallowed. His heart and mouth had never been in line before Cana.

"Yes, I'm asking you to stop. How hard you try I'll stick to my selfishness." Kana returned Aqua's gaze, making Aqua have to turn her gaze away and lower her head.

"Then stop being my friend. Gone from my sight," Aqua's voice shook. He was very unwilling to say this sentence but he also did not want to continue to remember and communicate with Kana.

"Yes, okay." Kana replied in a loud voice. He did not believe Aqua would say that to him. A sentence in which he can no longer see his face. There was a sense of tightness in Kana's heart, she didn't expect to have a special relationship with Aqua, but she still wanted to be a friend to Aqua. 

"Go away. I don't want to do this kind of thing half-heartedly." Aqua hardened her jaw, she held all her emotions. Trying to raise his head to look at Kana's face. "Go!" exclaim Aqua slowly.

Kana bowed politely, unable to look at Aqua's already flushed and frustrated face. "I'm leaving. Tell Mem I can't stay tonight." Kana stood up and smiled. "Women…"

Kana stepped away from Aqua, moving away with wide and fast steps. This is the end of her love story. The feeling that he had been craving for so many years, finally ended with this. There is no more story with Aqua. There would be no more friends like Aqua, hoping that it would be impossible for Cana.

Mem, who felt he had once connected the two, finally walked out of Miyako's room looking for Aqua. The blonde-haired young man was already on the rooftop of the building, looking at the darkening afternoon scene. Mem pulled up a chair and sat down next to Aqua.

"Where's Karma's sister you always call, right?" ask Mem.

"I don't want to talk about it." Aqua stood up, intending to leave Mem.

"You told me once that if Kana died, you would be completely destroyed. And now that he's alive, you still want to deny your feelings?" ask Me again.

"You don't understand, he doesn't want me to go near him. And that was the final decision from him. So, I don't want to be his friend, see him or call him either." Aqua looked at Mem with a cold face.

Nodding his head. "Yes, if I were Kana it would be like that." Mem stood up to Aqua. "What did you give him before? Did you ever say you liked her? You just keep teasing him, right? Makes him misunderstand your good attitude towards him. Do you think that behavior doesn't suck?"

Aqua recalls the time when she met Kana again in high school, asked her to be an idol, invited her to play baseball. And all his activities with Kana, even had time to ask Kana out and avoid it as far as possible.

"You always harbor your feelings, and say that you don't like Kana. Just keep going until you see him dead and alive again." Mem gave an annoyed look at Aqua.

"Do you know I've told him my feelings and he's rejected them? So don't just blame me." Aqua tried to defend herself.

Mem snorted in annoyance. "Then you gave up?" ask Mem. "You know how much Kana likes you? Do you know that she cries and grieves every day? Have you ever seen him date someone else to forget you?" Mem looked at Aqua annoyed. "She keeps harboring the feeling that even if you're just dating Akane, she keeps on liking you even though you're sticking abnormally with Ruby. He continues to like you despite knowing how rotten and full of lies you are! He loves you very much!" 

"Enough, you don't understand. The problem is not just feeling!" exclaim Aqua annoyed. "I'm really just gonna forget it."

"Yes, it's up to you." Mem stepped out of the rooftop feeling annoyed. He already said what he wanted to say. Kana still likes Aqua, seen from the look in Kana's eyes on Aqua according to Mem. It made Mem even more sad and finally hurled a swear word at Aqua.

Ruby always looked at Aqua. After the events in Kyoto, Miyako reduced some of Aqua's schedule for her break. Ruby who passed by in Aqua's room peeked at her brother who was sitting daydreaming in front of the laptop. Almost a day Aqua daydreamed. 

After Kana's arrival yesterday, Ruby was increasingly worried about Aqua's health, who never had breakfast and went straight to filming. Aqua and Kana's conversation that Ruby didn't really understand also made Ruby think about it.

Something's wrong with Ruby's feelings. He began to feel hurt, when he saw Aqua again meet with Kana, plus Kana who looked more beautiful and mature.

If Kana is Karma's older sister, Ruby's suspicions are finally answered, that Kana is the one Aqua often contacts. It made Aqua laugh, smile even to the point of crying just because they were fighting. 

However, Ruby did not want to conclude that Kana was Aqua's favorite person. Because Aqua had always looked like a friend to Kana, and vice versa.
