Red Yarn (Oshi No Ko > Aqua X Kana)

One Day at the Farm

Kana was already standing in front of the Ishigami family's cattle ranch, with a black hat, denim overalls and a dark blue long-sleeved shirt. She tied her hair to make her movements easier that morning.

"You've always been the most diligent." Ishigami smiled at Kana. "Today we have someone new, so you can help him as much as you can."

With a black T-shirt and black trousers Aqua goes inside the cow pen, not to forget the army green boots.

Kana rounded her eyes, making sure her eyes didn't look wrong. Last night he did hear Aqua's voice, but he could not believe that the one standing before him was now Aqua. Her hair had been dyed to black according to the advice of Kana's father, Arima Akino.

"Daraburi, Arima…." Aqua raised her hand.

Still shocked and trying to digest what was going on in front of him. Can't you understand, is this one of his dreams and he's still sleeping, or is this indeed a reality?

"A-aqua!" kana finally.

Finally Kana mentioned Aqua's name without shouting for help. There was a feeling of relief when he saw that Kana was not afraid when he saw her. Even Aqua widened her smile, stepping closer to Kana.

"Why are you here?" asked Kana with a loud voice. His face looked even more confused and more astonished as Aqua smiled broadly at him.

"Please help today, senpai." Aqua bowed politely while holding back laughter looking at Kana's expression that she missed so much. 

"Senpai?" Kana half yelled to relieve her groggy feeling. "Call as usual! Sounds ridiculous!"

"It turns out you were right Arima Kana yes," Aqua said as she closed her mouth and turned her face away, holding her laugh. The atmosphere of the conversation with Cana was the thing Aqua missed the most. Although now they seem awkward, but it feels very pleasant.

"Why is he here?" kana asked Ishigami.

"She was learning about farming and farming for the drama she was playing next year." Ishigami answered while giving Kana an iron bucket. "You teach him yes, I have to keep an eye on the other cage."

Kana opened her mouth in disbelief. Even Ishigami had already stepped out of the cowshed without giving her any more instructions. In addition to Kana, there are several other workers who help take care of Ishigami's farm, for the cowshed, with these fewer cows Kana taking care of with Karma.

"So, what to do?" tanya Aqua made Kana aware from her regretful expression towards Ishigami.

Not wanting to dwell on her thoughts about Aqua, Kana finally grabbed the iron bucket and gave it to Aqua.

"Wear your mask, take the stroller outside, they should be fed first." Kana stepped out after wearing the mask properly.

Aqua followed Kana's steps out of the cage. As Kana said they prepared cow food outside the cage. Piled some straw into the stroller, took it in and put it in a special feeding place for the cows.

Get back in the cage with a stroller full of food. Kana deftly even without speaking does her job well. Aqua who was basically smart, easily helped Kana without complaining and asking. Because Kana was very good at raising cows.

"You can rest. I'm going to bathe some cows with another worker." Kana opened her mask and gloves, took a breath. His face was red, a sign of exhaustion.

"Is this your job every day?" aqua asked as they sat in front of the door of the cowshed.

"I only work half a day, like no other until the afternoon." Kana answered while drinking water from her bottle.

Unexpectedly, the job of feeding cows turned out to be very tiring. Though only piling straw and back and forth to the cow pen. The stroller used was very heavy. Unsuffered by Aqua, Kana with her small body could do this kind of work every day.

"I helped bathe the cow, I also need to know how." Aqua stood up, approaching Kana.

The blue-eyed youth was already exhausted, but seeing Kana who was still having activities, plus no complaints from her mouth, made Aqua realize that she had to come with Kana and learn a lot from her.

Kana put her gloves back on. He grabbed buckets, brushes and soap to bathe the cows in the cage. Aqua followed behind Kana. Many times Aqua praised Cana who was very deft and very good at doing her work. It never crossed Aqua's mind that she would do the job of bathing cows and working on a farm like this.

"You should bathe the cow first, after that you can milk the milk to give to the calves in another stable." Kana explains while rubbing the cow's body with a brush. "For cage cleaning here, there are already workers in particular. So, if you want to ask, you can ask the officer directly."

Aqua rubbed the leg part of the cow while listening to Kana's explanation. Unlike the past where Kana always raved at length about whatever she saw, especially about Aqua. But, now Kana is more often talking directly to the point without wanting to comment on many things. Is it because he is still traumatized, or because he is not used to chatting with Aqua anymore?

"Come to the other cow!" take Kana while stepping into another cow inside the cage.

There were about five cows in the cage that Kana took care of. Other officers helped Kana on Ishigami's orders. Some others are busy cleaning the cage, some are looking for cow feed for the afternoon.

Kana thrust the bucket at Aqua. "This is the most exciting…." Kana smiled broadly as she squatted under the cow's feet. 

"A-kun.." call Kana in doubt. Aqua looked at Kana. "Wear this, and look at what I'm doing."

Aqua rubbed her hands with gel. If you hold two******cow with both hands, gently press *****cow until the milk comes out. Making sure all the****** had come out of the milk, Kana looked at Aqua again.

"Come closer, you should try." 

"Is that easy?"

"Try first, I'll teach." Kana answered while changing her position. 

Aqua approaches Kana and tries to hold the ******cow. Pressing her slowly, but not out her milk at all. Aqua tried again.

Kana chuckles softly. "Soft is not slow." Kana gives an example to Aqua and exits milk from *****cow.

Aqua came back to try and milk that came out a little. He looked at Kana who was so enjoying milking cows. In fact he is not bothered with the form*****cow or cow leg and so on. 

"Like this!" Cana held Aqua's finger with her finger, giving Aqua an example. "Easy? There is also a lot of milk coming out. If you don't properly remove the milk, the cow will hurt." Kana smiled and immediately pulled her finger from Aqua's hand.

"Why don't you use a milking machine?" ask Aqua.

"Because the residents here are very dependent on Ishigami farms and farms, so Ishigami-san does not buy advanced tools. So that all the inhabitants can work and make money." Kana answered while continuing to milk the cow. "The inhabitants of this village there are only 50 heads of families. Education in this area is also only up to SMP only. When High School they have to go to another village to continue studying."

Aqua was still milking the cow with ears that heard Kana's explanation. He could not believe two years did not meet Kana, the girl already sounded like someone else. The way he talks is more mature and calm.

"Why did you get here?" ask Aqua.

Kana stopped her hand, staring at the half-filled bucket of milk. His gaze was difficult to interpret by Aqua.

"My father worked here, so I came with him here" replied Kana.

"Are you happy living here?" aqua asked this time she looked into Kana's eyes.

"Of course!" kana replied with a fluffy smile. "I don't even want to go back to Tokyo, I'm afraid to go there."

Aqua turned her eyes. "Wherever you live, every place feels good" Aqua said and returned to milking the cows.

Kana squinted her eyes in wonder. "You always make other people misunderstand, huh, Ah-kun…."

Aqua smiled faintly, there was a red tinge on her cheek. His chest was like someone wanted to explode, tickling himself to continue smiling. Her work today, made her realize that Kana was indeed her role model.

"Waaah! Getting tired!!!" kana exclaimed out of the cowshed that afternoon. Get ready for the lunch Ishigami provides to her and Aqua.

"Where's your house?" aqua asked Cana and tried to chase after Cana.

"After the clinic" replied Kana. "Ah-kun, did you see me last night at the clinic?" kana asked as she glanced at Aqua beside her.

"You passed out when I just arrived in the village, and the boys asked me to help you get you to the clinic."

"You dye your hair because I scared you last night?" ask Kana again.

"It seems I'm the one who's scaring you." Aqua replied without looking at Kana.

To be honest it was painful for Aqua. Seeing Kana who was like possessed when she saw herself. But, Aqua was eager to remain able to talk and become familiar with Kana. So, she dyed her hair in black with Ishigami's help.

"Are you sure scared, huh? I heard from dad that I relapsed into screaming like crazy." Kana closed her mouth and chuckled softly.

"Sorry, Arima…." Aqua stopped her steps. "Because of me you're suffering more and more…."
