Mika desperately tried to refrain from turning her head towards Kai. The anger in his heart grew even more intense when he saw the guy. Although they were now only four steps away, it was as if there was a barrier in their midst.
We have no proof. Not necessarily Kai who killed Nagra.
Mika repeated that statement repeatedly. As if he was convincing himself not to act rashly by expressing his disappointment and anger at the guy. Yet, still. There was something in him that did not accept. There was an urge that made him want to immediately channel tantrums to the guy.
“Lo why, Ka?” ask Anggita. Her forehead wrinkled as she looked at Mika's face which turned red.
Mika shook her head, then forced a smile. However, it is not Angita if you can not see the strange gelagat in Mika. The girl almost resembles Raga. At any given moment, Anggita can read it just by looking at facial expressions. To her, Mika was like an open book. It is too easy to know the contents in certain things.
“Lo any problems with Kai?” ask Anggita, once again.
Hearing the name called, there was something that seemed to hit his heart. He stopped breathing for a few moments. Then, a long hissing. He does not know why at a time like this, it is precisely the memory of his days with Kai that appears in his head. With his anger erupting, he was still unable to avoid other feelings that had grown for the man. The corner of his heart ached, remembering the reality he found today and the series of memories with Kai. It managed to raise a single question, with no answer in him. Is he in love with the wrong person?
“Gue y'all from earlier. Turns out, even here.” Mika turned her attention to Raya who had been sitting next to Anggita since when. “Eh, this. There's a pussy from the guy behind lo.” She handed over a chocolate bar to Mika. There was an annoying teasing smile on the girl's face. If in her usual state Mika would instantly interrupt, then now she just threw a line of forced thin smiles.
Mika took the chocolate. Twisting it in the hand. Then, return it to Raya. “Please, return to him.”
“Why?” ask Anggita and Raya almost simultaneously. Surprised by Mika's attitude which suddenly turned cold.
Wh why? Why do other people always ask that question, when something is not going as usual? Can't they just shut up, and do what he asks? For now, Mika was completely fed up with that question. Questions that seemed to force him to give an answer, even though his heart was very upset.
Because I don't want to get the same question. Mika was forced to take back the chocolate. Then, put it in your pocket. Without looking towards Raya and Anggita, he spent the rest of his sotos that were already almost cold.

It would be a lie if Kai said he didn't hear the girl's words. Even with a half-whispering voice, he could still catch it clearly. Including, a furious and disappointed tone in Mika's voice. He was pretending not to know, though his heart kept wondering.
What has he done? He could not answer that question at all. Aren't they okay this morning? Couldn't Mika still smile at him? Or, is the girl having monthly syndrome? With all his heart, Kai held back his steps to not approach Mika.
Kai did not know the answer to the question, until the bell rang. Just as she was about to get up from the canteen bench, Mika was already standing next to her. The girl's face was crumpled, cold, flat, and angry. An expression that Kai had never seen all this time. To any extent, Mika never put such a face in front of her.
The girl placed her gift of chocolate on the table, accompanied by the sound of a buzz. He even believes that the chocolate has been broken into two parts.
Kai looked up, trying to catch something from Mika's gaze. However, there was only emptiness and voidness in that brown iris. Coupled with a sharp, drawn gaze. He wanted to ask, what is it. Unfortunately, Mika has already taken steps.
“Mika!” call Kai. There was no sign of stopping Mika.
Kai ran, breaking through the crowd of students who were about to return to class. It only took a few seconds, until he could hold Mika's wrist. With a single jolt, Kai managed to make the girl turn her head towards him.
“Lo why? I got it wrong?”
I was wrong? Mika really wanted to laugh hearing that. How could Kai say that with a plain face. It was as if the incident in the apartment had never happened.
“Lo why?” ask Kai, again. And this time, it was met with a snorting laugh by Mika.
“Lease!” snapped Mika. One word filled with emphasis and coercion, making Kai have to decipher the check. “Starting today, don't ever see me again! I don't want to see Lo!”
I-lo. Mika never mentioned it, except to friends of her age, to two people who made the girl as happy as Ronald and Abi, and to the one who the girl hated. The one Mika hates? Is Kai in that position? Kai really can't understand Mika's change today.
“Gue is wrong what is the same lo?” Kai hissing. Anxiety slowly crept to the surface. Presenting a bewildering cry of fear in Kai's heart.
Without answering that question, Mika left. It was no matter Kai who called out his name.
Kai wants to catch up with Mika, but is oblivious when his gaze falls on a teacher walking towards his class. With a heavy heart, Kai let Mika leave just like that.
♥
How does Mika feel now? He doesn't know either. Too many things filled his heart and mind, so not a single piece of matter entered his brain. In his head, there was only about Kai, Nagra, and the recorded video.
“Lo to UKS only?” Anggita's question jolts Mika's consciousness. He almost squealed, if not immediately covered his mouth with a palm. “Later, I'm the permission to guru.”
There was worry on Anggita's face, which made Mika smile thinly. Actually, going to the UKS is not a bad idea. It's just that, he was afraid if his feelings were getting irregular when he was in the quiet room. Finally, he just shook slowly. Then, pretend to take notes in his book.
For the rest of the day, Mika was completely unable to concentrate. Every material delivered by the teacher, as if just passing in his ear.
“Gue back first yes,” Mika said to Anggita, just seconds after the last subject teacher left the class. Without waiting for an answer from Anggita, he ran away from the room. Raga was waiting in front of her class. Without wasting much time, as well as before Raya and Anggita dropped suspicion, they immediately headed for the school parking area.
“You're sure we can find something inside Nagra's apartment?” asked Mika, when he was on the Raga bike.
Raga handed the helmet to Mika, nodding. “No harm we try to find there. It could be, the killer or Nagra leaving something.”
Mika did not answer. He just put on his helmet, then patted Raga's shoulder gently. Give a signal for the guy to immediately drive the motor.
There was a thump in Mika's chest, when Raga's black motor left the school parking area. Through the rearview mirror of the Raga motorbike, he had seen Kai behind him. The guy dropped a glance at her, with an illegible look in his eyes.
Mika was trying to ignore the pain in her chest. Killing every inch of feelings that had grown for the guy, even though he was not sure he could.
Nagra once said that he should be honest with himself. However, how can he be honest when he does not understand his own feelings? She falls in love with Kai. He loved the guy more than he ever felt with Raga. No. gabe. He never really loved Raga. He only makes the guy as a backrest when lonely. He just loves Kai.
It's just, when the reality of this morning was revealed. One by one the feeling, incarnated the sword eyes that were preparing to kill him. Not piercing yet, just scraping the wound bit by bit. Perih became one with a sense of disappointment and anger in him. Surprisingly at a time like this—when he was only one step away he found a bright spot for the death of Nagra—ia actually regretted having been saved by Kai that day. He regretted that Kai saved him from his stupidity that day. Because, that rescue was the beginning of his feelings for Kai turning into the real thing.
Had it not been Kai who saved her that day, the feelings for that guy would not have grown this deep. Had it not been Kai who saved her, she would not have had to go through so many memories with the guy. And if it wasn't Kai who saved her, she wouldn't have had to feel this way now.
The series of words that formed in her heart made Mika completely unaware, if Raga's motorbike had entered the apartment parking area. The downing in his heart is getting better. There was fear and anxiety that enveloped. What if Kai really killed Nagra? Perhaps it would be easier to answer that question, if he never knew Kai and fell in love with the guy.
