CLAUDY'S SICK

Shortly after we delivered sister Nisa to her house, we arrived at the housing that my daughter and I were going to live in. We had a stop at one of the supermarkets to shop for some needs that if Claudy and I needed in the house, not me who went down shopping I asked brother Roni who was shopping.

''This is the home address that is on this certificate deck. Brother's house is on the left side of your house and Hendrik's house is on the right. If you need help just call your brother or Hendrik'' said brother Roni when the car has arrived in the yard of a very luxurious and large house. I did not even blink because I was amazed at the grandeur of the building in front of me now.

''Come on in the deck, you have the keys to the house right?'' Ask Roni who made me realize.

I nodded then handed the key to Roni's sister.

''Why is it given to my sister? You dong who opened this house you are not the house of brother, hehehehe''

I grabbed the key and put it in the keyhole after I prayed first.

The sound of the keys is twisted and there is a view inside this house. I was again amazed by the contents inside my parents' house. Never could I have imagined if I would set foot in a house this big, what else to have it.

''Grandpa, please enter the room there. Lay Claudy down there brother will call the doctor in this complex to come check on your daughter'' said Roni's foot pointing to one of the sealed room doors, then contact someone.

''Yes, sister'' I said and then asked Claudy to enter the room. When he had just opened the door of the room, a heart-wrenching sight also seethed before my eyes. How not in there I saw a picture of my parents hanging beautifully on one of the walls of the room.

''Whose room is this?'' Claudy asked softly when I had laid it on a large bed or people used to call it king zise.

Claudy just nodded her head, then closed her eyes slowly. I then touched his forehead, now he does not have a fever anymore but rather feels cold. I panicked immediately shouted to call brother Roni, before long brother Roni came with a woman who I thought was a doctor. Seen from the clothes he was wearing.

''According to my prediction, my mother's child contracted dengue fever but not yet certain. The nurse will take a blood sample and we will check it. But mother's daughter had us infused because she lost a lot of fluids, so she felt weak''

''Do whatever is important my child can be healthy as before doc. The matter of any cost I will definitely pay, do my best for my daughter'' said I as I continued to rub my daughter's head which now had slightly pale lips.

Before long the sound of a car stopping in front of the house, I who was still traumatized by the shock was making my body tremble again.

''Calm down the deck, if you're worried they're doctor Yuli's friends. Those bad guys won't be able to come in here, you're safe here' said brother Roni to calm me down.

The doctor and the nurses then did the treatment to Claudy, I just stared at them doing their duty. Brother Roni remained faithful to accompany me in this room. After almost an hour, the doctors and nurses had finished their work.

Doctor Yuli and the nurses then leave while two of their nurses are assigned to stay here to monitor Claudy's condition. Brother Roni drove them to the night, after the sound of a car driving away from the yard shortly brother Roni back into this room.

''Grandpa, take good care of Claudy, if you need anything, just tell the two nurses. I want to go to the house first clean and change clothes after that I just came back here'' said brother Roni before passing leave me in this room with two nurses.

''If you need anything, you can tell us both.'' said one of them.

I just nodded with a smile to them, I saw they were still standing next to the bed where Claudy was. Pity is seeping in the recesses of my heart, how very responsible they both are.

''Can you please look at Claudy for a moment, I want to go to the kitchen first'' I said to both.

''Well ma'am'' answered them almost simultaneously which I replied with a smile.

I rushed to the kitchen and made some warm tea, we happened to stop by at the supermarket to buy some groceries before coming here.

I made three glasses of warm tea and poured some biscuits into the jar. I put it all on the tray and then I took it to the room. As I was about to arrive at the doorway, I heard footsteps approaching, I hid behind a closet peering at who was coming. My heart was so relieved when I saw Roni's feet coming, I continued my steps carrying this tray to the room.

''Drink first sus'' I said to the two who were sitting on the chair beside my daughter's bed.

''Thank you ma'am, there's no need to bother'' said them.

I put the tray on the nightstand next to them sitting then I sat on the other side of Claudy's bed. I didn't realize Roni was already in this room.

''Rest the deck, it looks like you are also very tired, you have to rest because no one takes care of Claudy if you are sick, '' said Roni.

''Yes ma'am, there are we who will take care of Claudy'' said a nurse named Debi. Yes, the nurses in this room are named Debi and Irma.

I looked at Robin, he nodded his head, I was indeed feeling very tired but my eyes could not be closed many things were raging in my mind.

''You also rest, I will take a mattress and pillow first so that you can also rest. Or you want to sleep in the next room also can''' said brother Roni to the two nurses.

''We are here sir, we are not sleepy and this is our duty'' said Debi and followed by a nod of the head by Irma.

Roni rushed out of the room and soon returned with a fairly large mattress, with Hendrik carrying a pillow and blanket behind him.

He asked the two nurses to rest, he would be on guard. While I don't know when I fall asleep myself, it's probably because I'm so tired that I fall asleep quickly when I lay my head down next to Claudy.
