Back to the Office

"Hallo?" Rainer greeted the caller who interrupted his activities that night.

"...."

"Felix?" 

Rainer only realized Felix was the one who contacted him that night after hearing the voice and ascertaining the name on his phone screen.

"...."

"How can you?"

"...."

"Why so fast?"

"...."

Rainer sighed heavily while staring at Nayra who was still trying to catch her breath. The look in my eyes still pours deeply as I look at Nayra's face.

"alright. Book a ticket tonight for me. We met in person at the airport" Rainer said, ending his call that night.

After turning off the phone call, Rainer approached Nayra who was sitting back. The look of their eyes met. Rainer immediately gave a kiss on Nayra's lips that had swelled because of his actions.

"I have to go to Singapore tonight. There's an office business I have to deal with with with Felix. You're okay I'm staying a while, right?" rainer asked as she moved her lips on Nayra's cheek.

"Eh, i-yes." Either Nayra can digest Rainer's words or not. However, he immediately nodded in agreement.

"alright. Tomorrow, go back to the office and start working on the work you have left behind for a few days. I'll be right back when my business's done."

Nayra nodded. "Yes." Yeah."

Thirty minutes later, Rainer was gone. He drove straight to the airport in his own car. Mama Rainer who was staying at Rainer's place, was angry because Rainer left Nayra. However, he finally allowed Rainer to leave after knowing what happened to his son's company.

That night, Nayra first slept in Rainer's room. Actually, Nayra had been pacing around in the room a lot. Only, that night she had just slept there with a new status as Rainer's wife.

The next morning, Mama Rainer went straight back to the main house early in the morning. In fact, mama Rainer refused to eat breakfast because she had to go home soon. Inevitably, Nayra just obeyed the request of her in-laws.

That morning, Nayra only had breakfast with sandwiches. He was lazy to cook and eat it himself. After enough, Nayra immediately took a shower and prepared. That day, Nayra had to go to the office. He also had to do his abandoned work these few days.

After all was ready, Nayra rushed to depart. Luckily Nayra still had a set of work clothes at Rainer's place. He had planned to pick up his clothes later after work.

Nayra set foot into the lobby. Since Rainer's penthouse and office distance were not too far away, Nayra decided to book an ojek online. If using an ojek, Nayra can arrive at the office in just fifteen to twenty minutes.

After exiting the elevator, Nayra immediately walked towards the side of the lobby. There, usually the online motorcycle taxi will wait for the people who have ordered them.

However, Nayra's footsteps came to a halt when she heard a voice calling her name.

"Nay, wait!"

Nayra immediately stopped her footsteps and turned to the source of the voice. His eyes opened wide when he saw who had called out to him.

"Aaron?" Nayra muttered as she saw the man walking closer towards her.

"Can we talk for a second?"

"Eh?"
