I'm Serious

The image is still. I don't know why he felt embarrassed to answer Felix's question. And, of course, the silence of the image makes Felix can guess if what he asked earlier was indeed true.

Felix breathed his heavy breath before making a sound. And, this time he ventured to turn around to stare at Citra. Felix wanted to explain the misunderstanding clearly so that Citra no longer had any ugly thoughts about him.

"Cit, what you think is not true. Sorry if I said it wrong. But, I mean my offer wasn't like that."

"It's true that I want to give a complete family to Finn. I want to give a good mother to my son. But, not only that. I need a wife too. I need friends to live this life. It takes friends to share happiness, joy, sorrow, even share burdens."

And, apparently Felix's efforts were quite successful. The image that was still busy fixing Finn's blanket to cover his actions from Felix's eyes, immediately blurted once he understood the purpose of Felix's speech.

"What the hell, Om." The image immediately turned to any direction because it felt embarrassed.

However, Felix still wants to convince Citra if she seriously wants to make Citra as wife and mother Finn.

"Cit, I'm serious about what I said. I want to marry you not just because I want to give my mom to Finn, but for me too. I need you as a wife. Partner in life" Felis said with a serious expression.

"Ehm, is this about Felix seriously?" Citra asked me.

"of course. You can see my face is serious like this, Cit." Felix slightly pursed his lips in annoyance.

"I-I mean, um Felix seriously wants to get married? With me? Why?" The image emboldened myself to ask.

Before answering Citra's question, Felix turned his back. Now, Felix's position is sleeping on his back next to Finn who is still cool about the source of his natural nutrients. I don't know why Finn didn't go to sleep. Perhaps, he wanted to ascertain what answer Citra would give to his papa.

"As I said, Cit. I'm not a single man who can freely choose who my life companion will be. I've had Finn in my life. Finn needs the figure of a mother to accompany his growth later. She also needs the affection and attention that a real mother should have for Finn. And, as a father, I can see all Finn needs about the mother figure, it's on you."

"I can't give Finn another mama but you, Cit. Not necessarily my partner will be able to give all the attention and affection to Finn like you. I can't risk that much for my son. As for you, all the complete packages needed by Finn, are in you, Cit. So, I can only hope that if you consider my offer."

"In addition, I personally need you too, Cit. It seems, I-I like you, Cit," Felix said as he turned to Citra.
