Still Lunch

"Aaaa," Rainer pointed his spoon in front of Nayra's mouth.

Inevitably, Nayra opened her mouth as well. He feels sorry if he does not have time to taste his favorite seblak.

And, again, the lunch was spent by Rainer and Nayra. They shared food as before. In fact, now Rainer casually enjoy seblak when still in the original wrap.

Just like that, after eating Rainer went straight to the bathroom. He was really uncomfortable if he did not clean his mouth after eating.

While Rainer was inside his room, Nayra hurriedly cleaned up the rest of his lunch. After that, she immediately went to the toilet to tidy up her makeup because soon she will be in the meeting.

And it's true. About five minutes after Nayra returned, Rainer walked up to Nayra and asked her to bring all the meeting materials to be discussed. Luckily all the material that will be discussed at this afternoon meeting has been prepared since last week. Nayra did not have any difficulties.

After everything was ready, the afternoon meeting began. As usual, Rainer immediately asked for a report on the progress of the work being done by the team. They all told me what they had accomplished.

The meeting lasted until the hour of office. All seemed tired because Rainer asked for some changes to the concept which Rainer said was not fitting.

Despite having to repeat several parts, the team members still follow Rainer's direction.

After finishing the meeting, Nayra and Linda both walked towards their respective rooms. Linda intends to take Nayra to the boutique to prepare the dress they will wear for the office anniversary event which will be held in about two weeks.

"Sorry, Lin. If I can't today. I'm really tired. After all, I also still carry my things. How could we walk while I drag the suitcase so. What do people say later?" Nayra immediately pursed her lips.

Linda who had just remembered that immediately patted her forehead.

"Ah, yes. You're right, Nay. Tomorrow we'll buy the dress. Anyway, it's still two weeks, right?"

"Yes." Yeah."

"Who, by the way, do you have plans to go to that party with?"

Nayra turned to the side and looked at Linda's face with a sad look. He shook his head while continuing his footsteps.

"I don't know who I'm going with. Most like last year went with you" Nayra said, pressing the elevator button. Yes, Nayra and Linda are already in front of the elevator that will take them back to her room.

Nayra entered the elevator as soon as the door opened. Linda followed Nayra and stood next to her best friend. Nayra did not pay attention to Linda's nervous behavior. 

However, when she was about to get out of the elevator, Linda stopped Nayra's footsteps about to walk into her room. Nayra's forehead wrinkled as she looked at Linda's unpleasant face.

"What's up, Lin?"

"Ehm, i-it, Nay. Actually, there's something I want to tell you. But, I don't know where to start." Linda looks increasingly unpleasant.

"Eh, what's wrong? Justsaytheword. Everything's fine, right?"

Linda nodded her head. "Yes. Everything's fine."

"Then, what's the problem?"

Linda was seen observing Nayra's expression. He could see his best friend's face looked very tired. Therefore, Linda decided not to tell Nayra anything that day.

"Hmm, I'll tell you next time. Now, it's time to go home. Yuk, I'll take you home."

Nayra's face immediately sumringah when getting a ride.

"alright. I get ready first" Nayra said as she rushed back to her room to pick up her belongings.

Linda was still staring at Nayra's departure. He could only sigh heavily.

"Why is it so hard to tell Nayra that I already have a partner, huh?"
