Whose son?

Felix walked with a mind breezed. He began to prepare some answers that would not have made Rainer angry. Felix also thought about what if he had told Rainer the truth.

Felix hasn't got his best answer yet, but Rainer is already waiting for him in front of the room. Felix can only sigh heavily while walking toward his superior and best friend.

"Hi, Boss," Felix said with a grinning smile.

Rainer did not answer Felix's greeting. Rainer's hands were folded in front of his chest. He was still staring at Felix with his sharp gaze. 

Felix stepped closer to Rainer. He tried to be calm despite knowing his mistake for ignoring Rainer's phone two days ago.

Rainer was still silent as he stared resentfully at Felix. He waited until Felix was really in front of him.

Once in front of Rainer, Felix still displayed his sinless face. He still commented on the smile as if he had no mistakes.

"Why is his face so bent? Didn't get rations from Nayra?" ask Felix.

Rainer snorted angrily and unraveled his hand held. He was still staring intently at Felix.

"Where have you been, Lo? Remember coming into the office?" sindir Rainer's.

Felix thumped a lip. He put on a relaxed expression when in fact was afraid if Rainer went berserk. Actually, it was common for Felix to see Rainer go berserk. Rainer will immediately get angry if there are things that are not in accordance with his wishes. 

However, Rainer's angry behavior has gradually reduced since marriage. I don't know, what drugs Nayra gave to make Rainer can be a little benign.

"Hehehe, sorry, Boss. Yesterday was very busy, did not have time to open the phone," Felix replied again with a grin. He tried to be normal with Rainer.

"busy? What's more important than your job, Lix? Busy, at least reply to my message. You know because of your carelessness, we almost lost the opportunity to work with Adyatma's Property. You know exactly how we've been trying to get that cooperation all this time, right?"

"Denger Lix, I don't care if your actions only have an impact on yourself. But, I will not stay silent if the consequences of your actions harm the company and ultimately result in employees who depend their lives on this company," Rainer said at length.

Glug.

Felix swallowed his saliva hard. His face suddenly pias when Rainer said that earlier. Actually, Felix had a reason why he didn't have time to open the phone when Finn's first night was in place. She had a hard time babysitting the baby boy.

Actually, it's not Rainer's fault for reprimanding Felix that way. He did not know what happened to his assistant and best friend. Rainer is just acting as a leader who must think about his employees.

Rainer was still staring at Felix with a sharp gaze. Actually, he did not want to scold Felix considering that this time his best friend made a mistake.

After taking a deep breath and exhaling, Rainer immediately led Felix into his room. He wanted to hear what reason made the man ignore his messages and phone yesterday.

As soon as the two of them were already sitting face to face in Rainer's study, they still seemed to be silent to each other. After a while, Rainer opened his voice.

"Now, tell me what your reasons are" Rainer said. He still looked at Felix with a serious expression.

Felix sighed deeply and exhaled slowly before answering Felix's question.

"Two days ago, I was really busy, Rain. I didn't hold my phone for long. In fact, yesterday afternoon my phone was dead and I wasn't aware of it."

Rainer's forehead wrinkled. He was quite surprised by Felix's words. Felix is not that ordinary. He is the type of person who has a fast response.

"Tumben your phone was dead. Usually, your phone is on twenty-four hours like Nayra's phone. Your client is more connected than I am."

Felix nodded his head approving of Rainer's words.

"Lo's right. But, yesterday I was still overwhelmed, Rain. Where to hold the phone."

Again Rainer's forehead wrinkled. He still couldn't digest Felix's words.

"Obviously? Mean lo?" ask Rainer.

Felix stared fixedly at the two Netra Rainer. He was wondering whether to tell Rainer the problem or not. But, because Felix wanted to ask Rainer for help, so he decided to tell her what happened.

"Ehm, in fact, yesterday I was busy taking care of my son" Felix replied.

Rainer still frowned confusedly. "Kids? Whose son?" ask Rainer.

"Ehm, my son. Perhaps," Felix replied hesitantly.

"He, how?"
