Linda's Story

It didn't take long, Nayra, Linda and Resta had already arrived at the restaurant. They immediately moved to the room that had been prepared for them in accordance with the package obtained.

Linda and Resta, unceasingly amazed. They were quite happy to get a chance to eat in a place like this. As for Nayra, she had had time to accompany Rainer several times, even papa Jimmy to meet clients there.

"Waahh, it's lucky we can eat in a place like this. Thank you, Nay," Linda said, still admiring the place and their lunch menu.

"Yes, Mother. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to enjoy this facility. I've never eaten in a place like this either" said Resta.

"Either. If it wasn't for Papa Willy's giving, I could have gotten this package, too. Limited," Nayra replied with a chuckle.

After that, the chat between them was again done while enjoying lunch. Every now and then, Resta would join in as Nayra and Linda chatted.

"So, you broke up because Haris' sister forbade you to work?" ask Nayra to Linda.

Linda nodded in agreement. He was still chewing and swallowing his lunch before answering Nayra's question.

"Yes. Actually, I don't really care if I have to stop working, Nay. But, there was one word he said that I couldn't accept."

Nayra's forehead creased as she turned towards Linda.

"What do you mean?"

Linda sighed heavily before answering Nayra's question.

"You'll know that I'm paying for my sister's education, Nay. My parents, they're old. I forbid them to work too hard. I want them not to think too much about the cost of living so as not to burden them."

"However, when Haris asked me to get married, he said that I should cut ties with my family. Of course I refused it. I thought I forgot what the skin was, " Linda said with annoyance.

Linda's explanation immediately made Nayra surprised. He did not expect that Haris would do such a thing. In the past, as far as Nayra knew, Haris was a wise and very attentive man. But now, I don't know why he could change like that.

About an hour later, they finished lunch. They immediately prepared to return to the office.

"Calm down, tell me if it's new from here" replied Nayra.

Not yet Linda answered Nayra's words, a voice called Nayra's name. The three of them turned to the source of the voice.

"Lho, Mommy? How come it's here too?" nayra asked puzzledly when she saw her husband was there.

"Lunch with the client. Have you guys eaten?" rainer asked as he looked towards the three of them.

"Already, Sir. Just now," replied Resta.

Rainer nodded his head in understanding. After that, Rainer immediately pulled Nayra's arm to get closer to her.

"Go back to the office with me. Your car, let's take Resta and Linda" Rainer said.

Nayra immediately nodded in agreement. He turned his head towards Resta and Linda alternated.

"You guys just take my car. We'll see you at the office" Nayra said.

Linda who heard that, immediately felt uncomfortable. He immediately protested to Nayra.

"Nay, how can you leave me? We're going together, when are we going home alone?" Linda is still trying to persuade Nayra.

"Eh, who says it yourself. There's still a restaurant, right?"

"Yes, but...," Linda had not yet finished her words, suddenly Rainer had already replied.

"If you want to be with us it's okay. But, do not be surprised if you will see the 'live show' in the car later," said Rainer.

"Eh, li-live show?"
