Already Move On

Nayra was quite surprised when she heard Linda's explanation claiming that she was currently close to a man. In fact, there has been no official relationship that came out of the lips of the two who stated that they are currently dating.

However, the age of the two who are not young anymore, does not seem to need a sentence phrase that states if they are already dating. They are quite aware of each other's feelings from the attitudes and actions they take.

"So, are you currently close to Kak Haris?" ask Nayra to make sure.

Linda nodded her head. He was still staring at Nayra's expression. Linda is worried that Nayra will return to her past.

"Since when? Why don't I know it at all? You purposely hid it from me huh, Lin?" Nayra piqued her lips. Seen once if at that time Nayra was upset.

Linda hurriedly shook her head quickly. His right hand was stretched out to hold Nayra's hand.

"No. It's not like that, Nay." Linda hastily explained her reason for hiding the closeness with Haris to keep Nayra feeling. "I have absolutely no intention of hiding this from you. It's just, I want to keep your feelings."

"We both know who Haris really is. She is Helga's older sister, your ex-boyfriend who has made you hurt. I don't want to make you even sicker if I find out about my relationship with him, Nay." Linda explained with an unpleasant expression.

Nayra was quite surprised to hear Linda's words. He did not expect his best friend to think about his feelings. Nayra was really lucky. 

However, it seems that Linda's guess was wrong. It was true that he had a relationship with Helga, the man who had betrayed him. But now, Nayra no longer had any feelings about her past story. Nayra has forgotten her past story. In fact, he had met Helga several times, and already had no feelings.

Nayra was still staring at Linda's face. Nayra feels guilty when she finds out that her best friend has to hide her relationship because she wants to keep Nayra feeling.

"Lin, I'm sorry if you've been feeling depressed about having to hide your relationship status. I really don't know if you have any connection with Kak Haris."

"Honestly, I'm fine, Lin. I have completely forgotten my past. I've moved on. So, you don't think I'll remember my past if I see Kak Haris."

"Sister Haris has nothing to do with my past, Lin. When I was dating Helga, I met with Haris several times. He is quite good and very mature. So, I'm sure she won't be like her sister" Nayra explained to Linda.

Linda seemed happy to hear Nayra's words.

"You're serious, Nay? You okay if I get close to Haris? If I had a relationship with him?" ask Linda to be curious.

Nayra shook her head. "No, Lin. I'm it's okay. In fact, I'd be very happy if you'd already found a good man for you."

Linda nodded her head while saying thank you. He was so grateful to have a friend who understood him.

Afterwards, Nayra and Linda continued to eat lunch. Sometimes they also chat and tell stories about what they will do at the office anniversary event. After their lunch was over, Nayra and Linda immediately prepared to return to the office.

Once at the office, Nayra and Linda immediately went to their respective rooms. Nayra also immediately did all her work that had piled up.

So busy, Nayra did not even realize that the superior had been standing at the door of her room since a while ago. Until a deheman awakened Nayra from her concentration staring at a computer screen.

"Eiemm."

Nayra straightened her head. He saw Rainer already standing and leaning by the door.

"Eh, Mr Rain? What's up, sir? Can I help you?" ask Nayra while standing up.

"Already, Sir. I just sent it to them."

"good. Recap everything and make it in one file. Take notes on every part I marked. When you're done, send it to my email," Rainer said, turning around.

"Good, sir." Nayra replied even though Rainer did not hear it.

Once Rainer was out of sight, Nayra hurriedly worked out what Rainer had ordered. It didn't take long, Nayra had already finished what her boss had asked for. He also sent the data to Rainer's email.

After finishing Rainer's work, Nayr wanted to continue his work. However, the sound of the phone ringing interrupted his intention. Nayra immediately picked up the phone call.

"Hallo, good afternoon."

"..."

"Oh, for tonight?"

"..."

"good. I'll tell Mr. Rain. After that, I'll confirm to you."

"..."

"Good afternoon."

Nayra put the phone in its place and immediately moved to Rainer's room.

Tok tok tok tokk

"Lake in."

Nayra immediately opened Rainer's office door and walked in. He stood in front of Rainer's desk to convey the message he had just gotten.

"What's wrong?" Rainer is still focusing on his computer screen.

"There was a call from Mr. Jimmy's secretary, sir. He would like to invite you to attend his latest soft opening restaurant. Hows it? Are you willing to attend?"

Rainer turned to look towards Nayra. He seemed to think of something before returning to voice. "alright. I'll come tonight. You're coming with."
