My Love is Blocked by the Holy Promise
Chapters. 3. Galih Arrival

(POV) Fatimah Azzahra

My name is Fatimah azzahra at my mother's house and my brother calls Zahra. After finishing college I continued PGPAUD until it was finished. At that time, it was urged to establish an Early Childhood School (PAUD) named PAUD Buah Hati Bunda. I tried my luck by enrolling as a student at the school. It turns out good luck is on my side.

Exactly two years ago I started my career as a PAUD teacher. A profession I have always dreamed of.

But at my age who is no longer young for the size of a village girl, I have not yet found a life companion. Not that I don't sell, nor am I too picky. I don't know how many young men from this area have come to my house to propose to me. But everything was rejected by abah on the grounds that I had been betrothed to a young son of his best friend from the village of Padang Sawit.

Among them is Galih my college friend a handsome young man the son of a famous vegetable sprayer in this area. Actually I fell in love and was amazed by Galih because he was a smart and hardworking young man. We often met while studying in the same campus.

Although on the sidelines of college he pioneered the business in the culinary field, but the value is still good. He graduated with a Coucloud grade. Several restaurants have opened.

Galih came home three times to propose to me, but three times I rejected him. But it felt like there was no benefit I lamented my love that ran aground before docking.

In my school, I taught often times I was ridiculed as a virgin who did not practice. Because among all the PAUD teachers, I'm the only one who's not married.

Today, my mom is not usually busy in the kitchen.

"Mom again said, from earlier Zahra saw mama busy in the kitchen," I tried to ask mama.

"Mama is making a favorite awug-awug bu Wajirah. Today the plan is they will come to introduce his new son who came from the city with you. Please help mama grate coconuts but be careful not to let your fingers along with the shredding," said mama while handing a basin containing coconut complete with grater.

Actually I already know who Dewanta son of Sukarta palm oil businessman from the next village. Yesterday I just met him in the rice fields while looking for wild kale for vegetables. But I don't know him personally.

After a while chatting with him it turned out that the person was relaxed and humorous.

But it seems like he's a coward. I was very nervous when I got to know him. After a while we talked. I felt comfortable, there was happiness, sometimes my heart trembled as we stared at each other.

"Zah, you sure want to marry this timid me, have you ever had a lover or a man who caught your attention.

How about we open up to each other so that there are no secrets that we hide so that we can fight together to foster love and love. I will always take care of you and love you because that is part of my duty as a husband. Anyway instill in your heart that I'm more handsome than he said," which I responded by showing both my thumbs a sign of agreement.

Now replace me who will tell you my past. Actually, it's been six years that I've been in a relationship with Fira, me and him love each other," said brother Dewanta, his net looked forward to whatever he was looking at, there is a pain in the chest when you hear what it is showing. But I remained silent waiting for sentence after sentence to come out of his lips.

"But dad wanted me to marry you, with a heavy heart I broke off the relationship with Fira. Because for me, I can't be happy without my father and mother's blessing. For me their happiness is my happiness too. I don't want to hurt them by refusing this match. Yesterday when I met you in the rice fields my slow wounds that were so painful for the agony of my love for Fira slowly disappeared.

And today, when I know that the woman who attracted my attention is you, my heart is already steady I want to marry you," Sis Dewanta smiled with a smile that was so sweet in my opinion.

"Dewanta, Zahra let's go in and you've been waiting for you in the guest room," my mother suddenly behind me surprised me. Me and my sister Dewanta stood up and stepped into the living room. Immediately I approached my brother to sit next to him, but I felt that something was pulling the tip of my veil. When I looked back, it turned out that Dewanta's big hand was pulling the tip of my hijab. I saw his face hinting that I should sit next to him. I immediately abandoned my intention to sit next to my brother and moved to sit next to Brother Dewanta. Everyone present there immediately smiled at each other.

"Dewanta, Zahra, as our parents had already done deliberation and had decided that in another week we will be held a proposal and a month later only ijab kabul and reception. For all events let this old man handle. Your job is just to prepare yourself and record who your friends will be invited to. The note left it to your mom or mom" said Dewanta's dad.

It did not feel like time passed so quickly, brother Dewanta and his parents also said goodbye to coming home.

The news of the wedding between me and Dewanta's brother has spread throughout the village. The application event has taken place, now we just wait for the day H.

"Mom, Ms. Zahra said she wanted to get married, congratulations ma'am, it was not in vain to wait so long for the kayah," said one of the student's parents named Watinem's mother.

"If you may know how much it costs, who knows I can owe," Lastri said.

"Bu Lastri is how, the dowry will be owed, which is really just a ma'am," said Mrs Watinem.

"It's okay mom Watinem, if you can't say who knows I can ration to buy kouta, enough to read the novel online," lastri bu ngeyel. While I was only flabbergasted to hear the debate between the guardian mothers of the PAUD Buah Hati Bunda.

"The money is intended to appreciate a woman, so it is not to be given" I explained to Miss Lastri.

"Oh so, so it can't be owed by Ms. Zahral," I just shook my head with a smile.

After teaching PAUD Buah Hati Bunda I stopped by the rice stall bu Narsih. I do often eat here because in addition to the good taste the price is affordable.

By walking in waves Narsih bu welcome my arrival.

"Waduh-waduh what will the prospective bride eat?," said Ms. Narsih.

"As usual bu lalapan thigh chicken, sambal petai sama oseng-oseng mandai.

"Before a minute, I prepare," replied Ms. Narsih. Not long ago my order was on the table.

I immediately bribed the food and right at the mouth of the three handsome men who had been chasing my love sat in the chair right in front of me.

"Mas Galih, um how are you," I said very nervously.

"My news is not good. I just came from the city because I heard about you getting married to a young man from Padang Sawit village" said Mas Galih with a flat face.

"Why did you accept him to be your husband Zahra and you never loved him. I know you only love me, don't you, you better marry me don't have to ask your parents for your blessing" said Mas Galih.

"I do love you Galih, but I'm not married to me without my parents' blessing. The one who caused me to exist in this world, the one who gave birth to me and raised me. I and sister Dewanta, among us there is no love, but we both have good intentions to serve both parents in order to seek the pleasure of Allah SWT.

we'll be fighting each other to love each other, so stop chasing after me. If indeed mas Galih really loves me ikhlaskan I married a man of my parents' choice," said I began to sob.

"if that is your will, fine!!, may your marriage be happy even though there is no love at this time, I say goodbye," Galih passed away leaving me.

"Mas Galih's...

How about Galih mas eat first," I screamed to call Galih mas, but Galih mas already hunted away.

Suddenly

meoooong.....

I was surprised, all my rice orders that only three mouthfuls I ate turned out to have been exhausted. I saw no visitors around. My eyes switched to cashier shirts, it turns out that Narsih was snoring, she was asleep. While in the chair near the storefront where in the various menus selling bu Narsih, husband bu Narsih was cool asleep with saliva flowing in his lips. I immediately got up and put the money for the food I ordered and ate the cat at the cashier's desk, then passed away leaving the shop of Narsih
