Kansha's entourage arrived at Hangeung Hospital. Seli was examined by a doctor. Kansha.
Seli tried to move her sprained left leg and a voice sounded when her leg joint was moved. Seli grimaced in pain.
"The injury is quite severe because when moved the joint makes a sound. It seems that because you wear high heels on uneven terrain causes a higher level of risk. I have already treated it and it might be causing some uncomfortable pain in the meatime."
The doctor's words made Kansha look at Seli who is now being gnawed by the nurse. Then the way, Seli might not be able to get on the plane when his leg is injured. Seli may be able to get on a plane but surely it will not feel comfortable.
"We have to take a plane this afternoon, can it still be?" ask Kansha.
"Of course, I will provide a medical letter registering this but since this cast is in place for less than 48 hours, normally the cast has to be separated by lengthening it to avoid swelling during the flight." replied the doctor.
Kansha. It still feels uncomfortable for Seli.
"Thank you, doc."
"Don't forget to redeem the medicine in the pharmacy. Get well soon." reply doctor.
After the examination, Kansha, Seli and Arvin sat on one of the chairs in the lobby.
"I'll make up for the cure first. Arvin, please take care of Seli." said Kansha.
"Good ma'am." reply Arvin.
Kansha leaves them and walks towards the pharmacy. Before long, Kansha arrived, she waited in the reserved seat.
"Mrs. Seli Devita." call the pharmacist.
Kansha hurried up and approached him. Kansha then explained about any medications and how to take them. After that, Kansha thanked him and just paid for the treatment.
As soon as it turned around, Kansha who was focusing on the drugs of Seli, was hit by someone. Seli's medicine fell to the floor.
bruccous
"Oh, sorry" said the man. He crouched down to pick up the drugs that were also scattered.
"It's okay. This is your medicine." Reply Kansha was about to give the person medicine but as soon as Kansha turned her head, her face turned startled.
"Alvaro's? What are you doing here?" exclaim Kansha in shock. He realized that the man who hit him was Alvaro.
What is this guy doing here? And medicine? Whose drugs are these?
Kansha immediately recaptured Alvaro's medicine bag.
"Kansha's? Please return it." pinta Alvaro who was initially surprised to see Kansha's presence now turned frantic when the drugs were in Kansha's hands.
Kansha hurried to her feet, "Tell me first, what are you doing here? And what are these drugs?" todong Kansha's.
Alvaro stood up, looking at Kansha. "Please give it back." pinta Alvaro.
"Tell me first, what is this drug? You sick?" kansha asked as she brandished the medicine bag.
Then Kansha's eyes turned to an object that Alvaro was holding, "And what is this?" Kansha immediately snatched the envelope with the hospital logo from Alvaro's hand. Alvaro couldn't stop him.
"Kansha, give it back now!" press Alvaro starts losing patience.
"Jawab my question first." replied Kansha did not want to lose.
Alvaro exhaled softly, he did not believe that Kansha was so stubborn lately.
"What are you doing here?" ask back Alvaro diverts the topic.
"Don't try to divert the conversation. I know there's something you're hiding." replied Kansha.
"Where do you know what I'm hiding? You might even have a secret."
Kansha narrowed her eyes, "I came here because my secretary was sprained and this is her medicine. Already satisfied?"
"Now tell me, what are you doing here? And what kind of medicine and envelope is this? You sick?" todong Kansha's.
Alvaro shook his head with his trademark warm smile, "I'm just plain sick." he replied.
"Don't lie. If it is just ordinary pain, it is impossible for you to go all the way to Korea." refuted Kansha.
"I'm a traveler, right?" reply Alvaro lightly.
Kansha stared intently at Alvaro, "So you won't be honest with me? All right, there's a lot of doctors I can ask you about this drug" he concluded.
Kansha wordlessly then walked away looking for a doctor she could ask. Alvaro who saw her frantically rushed after Kansha. But too late, Kansha had even arrived in front of the pharmacy. The girl planned to ask the pharmacist.
"Hello, sorry disturbing. I want to ask what medicine is this?" kansha asked one of the pharmacists.
The pharmacist took the medicine that Kansha showed then read the name of the medicine.
"This is a mediciene to prevent infection due to swelling of the spleen." replied the pharmacist.
Kansha's eyes were wide-eyed, swollen spleen she said?
"So, can you explain what the letter is?" Kansha thrust Alvaro's envelope with the hospital logo into the pharmacist's hands.
The pharmacist accepted it and opened it and read a sheet of paper. His serious expression made Kansha unable to guess what happened.
Before long, the pharmacist handed the envelope to Kansha again and said, "Splenomegaly. Patients named Alvaro suffered from spleen swelling diseases due to accident trauma." explained the pharmacist.
"WHATS?!" kansha was surprised not to play. So Alvaro really got sick?
"Is this a severe illness?" ask Kansha again worriedly.
"Kansa!" alvaro's voice stopped Kansha and the pharmacist's conversation. Kansha looked back, seeing Alvaro coming in droves toward him.
"Sorry" Alvaro told the pharmacist and Alvaro immediately took Kansha away.
"Take me off!" sentak Kansha's. Alvaro released his check.
"Splenomegaly. Explain what it is to me!" sue Kansha.
Alvaro let out a frustrated sigh "I can't explain it. I'm even still confused." reply Alvaro.
"You think I'll believe it?" exclaim Kansha upset.
"I'm really serious. I was only asked to come here by my doctor because I have much more experience with the disease. I have to talk about the surgical procedure." said Alvaro unconsciously slipped.
"Operation? That bad?" kansha was surprised.
"Ma-I mean.it's not too bad. I'm just discussing the possibility." Alvaro replied stammered.
Kansha gave a loud sigh. He held his hair in frustration.
"Kansha, don't think too much. I'm it's okay. It's not a serious disease. Even if I have to lose my spleen, I can still live" Alvaro said calmly.
"Spirin swelling? the operation? without spleen? And you're still that calm? If I'm going to be almost crazy." Kansha jolted even more upset.
"Luckily it's not you who's going through it." - timpal Alvaro smiled.
"So, what did the doctor say?" ask Kansha seriously.
"I was just told to get regular treatment, fortunately the disease is not too severe" replied Alvaro.
Kansha sighed, she took a step forward then her hand raised patting Alvaro's head slowly. "You're being tested. You must stay strong." comfort Kansha.
Alvaro. Kansha's slow pats with this close range warmed her heart. Alvaro is not really calm, sometimes he is worried about this disease. At a time like this, he needed support. And Kansha did it for him.
"You patted my head like a mother to a child." commented Alvaro jokingly.
Kansha's voice turned upset, "I'm being serious, you're kidding me. Ck ck."
"I'm sorry. But you have time to have a child. You are getting older." - mocked Alvaro.
Kansha was upset, her hands raised again to pinch Alvaro but not because of her vibrating phone.
Drrt
Kansha picked up her phone that she was holding in her blazer pocket.
"This phone saved you from my deadly pinch." Jutek Kansha before answering the phone. Alvaro just chuckled.

Alfin moved away from the crowd of people who visited the mother. He had told Aisyah to take care of him while he was out for lunch.
Alfin arrived at the Rose cafe, he was waiting for his brother, Alan who was still on his way. While eating, Alfin contacted Kansha.
His call was immediately picked up by Kansha.
"Hello." said Kansha across the phone.
"Kansha, it's Alfin. Am I bothering you?" reply Alfin.
"I should have said that, why did you call me. Is the show over?"
"What way?"
A moment from there, quiet,
"Your sister's proposal."
Alfin breathed out softly, "Mas Alan withdrew his show."
Back silence. Kansha was silent for a moment before replying,
"of course. But I think Mas Alan is also up to something. I don't know for sure." replied Alfin.
"I'm sorry. It's all my fault."
Alfin let out a long sigh, "To be honest, I'm sure it's not your fault. I don't know why I think someone's gonna want to bring you down."
"If I could be honest, too, I wouldn't have done that to you. And I'm sure the guy actually originally wanted to target me."
After hearing Kansha's words, Alfin frowned. "What do you mean?"
"You know, because I'm also allergic to peanuts."
Alfin surprised. He widened his eyes. So indirectly, Kansha is indeed unlikely to be the suspect. Or is it true that Kansha said, that Kansh was actually the original target.
"Then, could it be Ayesha? But Aisyah knows that you're allergic to peanuts. He may not want to harm my mother. Even if it was, he couldn't possibly make it that clear." Alfin said confusedly.
Kansha was silent again.
"Do you remember what the doctor said? Not the nuts that are the culprit but the powder that contains the nuts. I don't think Aisyah knew that it was peanut powder."
Alfin's stunned. Also true. But if it is like that, it means..
"Could it be, is there someone helping Ayesha?"

Alan went straight to the hospital as soon as he finished checking the CCTV. His face turned cold after finding out who the suspect was. Alan until now did not understand, the reason that made the man hurt his mother. They had spent their sorrowful days together, but with courage he did so to his mother.
Then Alan met with Dr. Nadine, the doctor who treated Aisyah. They exchanged greetings.
"Sir Alan, there is something I want to say about Ayesha's condition" said Nadine's doctor hesitated.
"What's up, doc?" alan asked confused.
"We're just talking in my room" said Dr. Nadine.
Doctors Nadine and Alan walked into Doctor Nadine's room. After arriving, Doctor Nadine invites Alan to enter.
"Please sit down, Mr. Alan." said Doctor Nadine as he sat in his chair. Alan is sitting.
"The Ayesha disease." Doctor Nadine said with great doubt. Alan was guessing what the beautiful hairy doctor wanted to say.
"He's all right? Or is the illness getting worse?" Alan immediately felt anxious.
"I know that the lab results haven't come out yet. But I have one real condition." said Dr. Nadine.
"How's doc?" asked Alan curiously.
"I'm sorry to keep this a secret or lie to you. But Aisha didn't get sick at all."
Doctor Nadine's words make Alan freeze.
"I did not initially want to do this despicable thing, lying to the patient's family about his actual condition. But I had to. My coworker's cousin threatened me to do it. His father was the largest shareholder in the hospital. He threatened me to manipulate the results of Aisyah's examination or I was fired from here. My co-workers don't know about this threat. He also asked me not to do it again" said Doctor Nadine feeling guilty.
"Therefore, even if I am ultimately fired, I will still tell you the truth. I am ashamed of this noble profession." he continued.
Alan nodded in his chair. He felt hit by reality. Aisyah, since when did that innocent girl dare to lie even this big? More people are helping him. Alan was very disappointed.
"So you said, your coworker's cousin threatened you to do it? Who?" ask Alan.
"Name Aura. I don't know his full name." Answer Doctor Nadine.
Alan scrunched his forehead, he seemed to have heard this name. Even he felt familiar.
Wait for..
Alan realized something.
Kansha!

Alan walked quickly to the nursery. Once inside, there was only Alfin alone who was playing the game.
"Where's Ayesha?" ask Alan.
Alfin interrupted the game and turned to his brother, "Aisyah is out with her family who just came. Alan why so long? Aisyah's family kept asking questions."
"I even waited for mas in the cafe but mas did not come." he continued.
"Telfon Kansha, and ask about Aura" Alan said, not heeding Alfin's answer.
"What's wrong?" alfin asked confusedly.
"Telfon it." said Alan.
"Oh okay." Alfin said although confused.

Kansha, Seli, Arvin and Alvaro are on their way to the hotel. They agreed to resign the flight because of Seli's condition which is not possible. Alvaro also went with them.
On the way, Kansha's phone rang. He stared at the screen of his cell phone that displayed Alfin's name as his summoner. Kansha answered.
"Hello." say hello to Kansha.
"Hello, Kansha. Sorry to interrupt?"
"No, what's up?"
"I want to ask you something about Aura."
Kansha frowned, "Aura? How did you know about Aura?" kansha asked confused.
Alvaro who heard the name Aura called, immediately turned his head.
Suddenly there was a rustling sound on the phone.
"Did Aura's cousin work at the hospital?"
Kansha. It's Alan's voice.
"Kansha?"
Kansha awakens from her complacency.
"I don't know about that. But wait a minute."
Kansha closed the speaker of her phone and looked at Alvaro who was sitting next to her.
"Is there a cousin of Aura who works at the hospital?" ask Kansha.
Alvaro nodded, "Yes there. He's my college friend."
"Oh okay."
"Yes there." Kansha replied to Alan.
"His name?"
Kansha turned to Alvaro. "His name?"
"Denan." though confused, Alvaro still answered him.
"Name Kenan." Kansha replied again to Alan.
"Is Aura's father her biggest shareholder?" ask Kenan again.
"I think I've heard of it." Kansha tries to remember. Before long, he flicked his finger, "Ah yes, some time ago, Aura's father and my papa had worked together. He said the Aura company had a double-digit deficit, so he asked my papa for help or else all the shares in the hospital that made him the largest shareholder would be sold." Kansha explained.
As soon as Kansha replied, there was no response from Alan. Kansha is confused.
"Hello, Alan? What are you suddenly asking about?" ask Kansha.
"Hello Kansha, it's me, Alfin. Alan just left suddenly." Alfin answered him.
"Ah so." sighed Kansha somewhat disappointed.
"I'm sorry, but you're asking me why Mas Alan suddenly asked about it, I don't know either. He just told me to call you." said Alfin.
"It's okay I understand. Alan may still be mad at me." - Kimpal Kansha was lethargic.
"I hope you understand him. There's a lot going on with Alan lately. I'm sure he'll get better with you soon." comfort Alfin.
Kansha nodded softly, "I hope so too."
"Oh yeah, when are you going home?"
"Tomorrow morning."
"Then, safe flight. I'll close it first."
"thank you. See you soon."
"See you."
