For Caramel to conceive a child is a miracle, imagining a living being in your body. Caramel could only feel the movements of her fetus while inside her stomach but now she could see a real miracle before her eyes. Caramel is grateful that God chose her to be a mother. All of Caramel's pain, fatigue, and agony evaporated away after seeing the face of her tiny baby. He did not believe in love at first sight but now he does. Caramel has been in love with her baby since first sight.

"Are you awake?" Rafka blinked her eyes watching Caramel wake up from her post-surgery sleep, "drink ya." He gave a glass of water to Caramel. "You must be thirsty."

"Can I have a drink?" Caramel hesitates to receive a glass from Rafka.

"Yes, the doctor said you can drink a little water after two hours of surgery." Rafka helps Caramel straighten his head for a drink.

"Thank you." Caramel finished sipping half a glass of water.

"Would you like to see our baby?" Rafka rubbed Caramel's head after returning the glass to the nightstand next to the bed.

Caramel nodded, she indeed wanted to see the baby's face once she woke up. Because Caramel's baby is below normal weight, doctors must place her in an incubator to keep her temperature warm.

"We should immediately give him a name." Caramel and Rafka had already prepared some names for her child but after the baby was born they became worried.

"May I give him the name Arnesh?"

"What does that mean?"

"Arnesh from the Sanskrit language means ruler of the sea because he has fought with you against the storm at sea."

"Agreed." Caramel nodded in agreement to the name.

"Arnesh Pradipta Aditama."

"Why wear Aditama?"

"Because it's our son, it's not fair to just use my last name."

Caramel smiled, she did not even intend to enter her name on the child. But because it was Rafka's decision, Caramel would approve it.

Rafka helps Caramel move into a wheelchair slowly. Caramel's post-surgery body is still vulnerable so Rafka must treat her gently.

"I've contacted Mama and Papa, once I heard her grandson was born they immediately wanted to follow here but since the plane ticket was up, maybe they could only come here after the turn of the year." During the Caramel break, Rafka contacted their family in Jakarta.

"Geez, he's sleeping." Caramel's eyes glazed over to see their baby in the incubator. Can't wait to pet the baby but Caramel has to be patient until Arnesh is allowed out of the incubator. "Bothful baby." His whisper with a trembling voice.

"She'll be healthy soon because she can't wait to see her Mama Papa." Rafka rubbed Caramel's back.

"Thank you for the beautiful name, Arnesh would be proud to have that name." Caramel turned to Rafka and developed her smile.

"Yes." Yeah." Rafka nodded with a smile to Caramel.

They looked at the tiny body of Arnesh who seemed to be fast asleep.

"How!"

Caramel and Rafka both turned to the end of the corridor, as Jane and Doni walked towards them. Even Jane was impatient and half ran over to Caramel.
