Chapter 15 (MCL)

The day Hanna was waiting for arrived. He can't wait to visit Malory's ranch as promised by Will. Below, Julia was waiting for him as well.

Is there a saying that a woman's heart is as deep as the ocean? that is what Julia deserves. "Where did you get that dress?" ask Julia in amazement. Never seen a dress so beautiful. Her short sleeves made Hanna's hands well exposed, showing her smooth white skin.

"Why? is this wrong again? I'm not wearing pants, Julia!" reply Hanna exclaims.

"Not, it's just, it looks so pretty. Where'd you get it? tell me who you sewed your dress for?"

Hanna's smile finally came out. Seeing the reaction of his best friend's face that was really stunned, making him anxious and pinch his cheek softly.

"I made it myself"

"You're lying" Julia's face looked disappointed, sad that Hanna didn't want to tell the truth. Maybe Hanna didn't want her to wear such a beautiful dress.

"Seriously. If you want, I'll make it for you" Hanna bargained, who managed to bring Julia's face back to cheer.

The two friends had already arrived at Malory's residence. As far as they knew, William was an only child, but why did his house so many young men that none of Hanna knew.

"Didn't Will say yesterday that he didn't have a show today so he could take us around their horse farm?" hanna whispered as she had just set foot from the carriage.

Julia simply nodded, still continuing to cast her gaze toward the majestic mansion.

Some girls even look new coming like them. "Daisy, is the Malory family having an event?" ask Julia who knows the girl who just arrived.

"Oh, Lady Kate is having an outing on their land. To show their collection of pet horses" the girl glazed over her eyes. Hanna observes that the girl is not the type of brave girl, but when there is a gap, then she is ready to enter, even though she is not confident.

"Who's Lady Kate?" hanna whispered closer to Julia.

"Hi, Hanna, nice to meet you," said Daisy smiling shyly. From the look on her face it was seen that the girl was eager to greet Hanna, as if it was a pride to be able to talk to a Hanna White Jhonson.

"Hi too, Daisy," replied Hanna.

"Lady Kate is William's mother" Julia said briefly.

"We better get in, more people are coming" Hanna continued when she saw two more trains arriving together.

"Will invited us, remember?" Hanna had already pulled Julia and Daisy's hands together entering the mansion.

The atmosphere in the house looks crowded. Many invited guests then pass in and out of the back area of the house.

"Lady Clifford, Lady Weasley, Lady..?"

The waiter stopped when he looked at Hanna, apparently not knowing Hanna very well. "Lady Hanna White Jhonson" Hanna said confidently.

The servant immediately bowed respectfully. She knew the Jhonson family, she also knew that her master was friends with Hanna, but that made the maid confused at first because she did not know Hanna's face.

"Young master is on the farm with other guests" he explained showing the way back that has been attended by many people.

"We'd better get out of here." Hanna hurriedly turned her body, as her gaze met the man she wanted to avoid the most in this Holy village.

Julia who was still confused, only followed Hanna's steps because the girl had already pulled her hand.

"Hanna, Julia," called Will who was half-running over to them with all the gazes of the people present.

"You didn't say you were going to have an event at your house today. If I had known, I wouldn't have come." said Hanna. His movements became not free when talking to Will, especially because of Alex's sharp gaze on him.

"I'm not a year either. My mother held this banquet without my knowledge" he argued.

One thing Hanna realized, Julia was lucky to ask him to change his riding clothes earlier. Just imagine, how he became the laughing stock of others, coming in with those knee-length pants.

"Oh, we better go home. Come on, Julia," Hanna had already turned around, but her footsteps came to a halt as the voice she hated the most echoed nearby.

"We meet again, Miss Jhonson. Don't tell me you're going home, 'cause you don't dare meet me. People will argue that you haven't moved on, after you've been engaged to me," said Alex, who tried to provoke Hanna, especially with a mocking smile.

It had occurred to him to practice the martial arts that he had learned while in school first, although it was still a basic technique, but Hanna was confident, it was able to cripple the arrogant master at this time!
