Outside the corridor, Hanna stood there and stared at the oak door. Her throat hurt her eyes, but she did not cry! the more Hanna tries to calm Alex down and talk to the man, the more cruel and irrational Alex becomes.
Stiffly, Hanna walked down the long corridor to meet common sense.no, not common sense, this is all crazy...!
Mery and Corazon were working in the master room, moving Hanna's clothes to the next room and things fell apart. "If you don't mind," Hanna said as she took a trembling breath, "I want to be alone for a while. You can finish this later."
They both look so sad and sympathetic that Hanna can't take it anymore. After they left, Hanna looked around trying to digest what was going on with her.
Alex completely gets rid of it because their romance ends in pregnancy.
For the first time since last night, Hanna felt a sense of anger. When did pregnancy become a woman's fault? And what would Alex think would happen if they made love? Although innocent, Hanna knows this is how babies are made!
Hanna wants to storm back into Alex's room and tell the man about this.
The longer I thought, Hanna was getting angry. With his chin raised, he rushed over and called out to Mery . "Please iron my blue silk dress" she ordered. "And prepare the train after dinner. I'm gonna go out."
Four hours later, Hanna walked into the dining room. Her hair was tied into a beautiful bun decorated with a series of sapphires and diamonds, with soft curls around the ears.
If they will live as strangers, then they can live as familiar strangers. But if Alex thinks after Hanna gave birth to the boy herself, then allowed to visit Hanna's bed again, and continue what they left behind, well, Alex doesn't know Hanna very well!
It was just that when Alex automatically stood up as Hanna walked into the room, Hanna looked at the man and felt a jolt of longing and need that was so strong that Hanna felt careless.
Alex is so amazing, so handsome that it makes Hanna think, if Alex just smiled a little at him, he would immediately scatter into his arms and beg him? Apologizing for loving Alex? Or is it because she's pregnant with Alex's child?
Several times during the dinner that took place in silence, Hanna realized Alex's gaze was glued for a moment in her payu*daranya that stood out above the sapphire blue dress. And every time Alex turns his face away, Hanna feels Alex is more angry than ever. Hanna was almost wondering if maybe Alex was a little jealous.
After all, this was their first time attending a different event tonight. When Alex's gaze returned to Hanna, the girl asked innocently, "You like my new dress?"
"If you intend to show off your charm to the world, the dress is a perfect fit" replied Alexis.
"Are you in your new room?" ask Hanna.
Alex pushes the plate to the side as if Hanna's conversation has damaged her appetite, then gets up from the chair. "I feel like my bedroom is a lot more fun than the one I've been in before" Alex replied coldly.
Without saying anything more, Alex turned around and walked out of the room. A few minutes later the front door closed behind the man, and Hanna heard the sound of the train speeding away.
Hanna felt devastated, nauseous and languished. But she goes to Wilson's husband-and-wife party and accidentally stays there until late at night in the vague hope Alex may not like her leaving until late at night without the man and will accompany her next time.
Hanna is very tired, but suddenly wakes up when the train stops in front of Claymore, just as Alex gets off the train.
"I won't be able to get out again if my condition starts to look clear" Hanna said, then stubbornly jerked her head and added, "After all, I'm having fun!" Hanna wasn't too sure, but she felt like she heard Alex swearing slowly.
***
The next morning, Hanna went to the stables and was refused outright when asking for a horse, she was hurt, confused, and angry. He was also ashamed, just as the steward told Hanna that it was His Grace's order.
Hanna was too depressed to think about her actions. Without saying anything, and looking very much like the young duchess, she turned around and rushed towards the house, passed the front door, and down the corridor towards Alex's study, where she was working, hanna entered without knocking on the door first.
Alex was in a meeting with a group of men who were sitting in a circle at the man's desk. They all rose to their feet except Alex who stood up with stern reluctance.
Smiling sweetly at the surprised men, Hanna said, "I'm sorry, gentleman, I didn't know my husband was receiving guests." Then to Alex Ferguson who stood stiffly behind the desk, "There was a misunderstanding in the stables. No one seems to know that Buckbeak is mine. Do I have to tell them or do you prefer to explain?"
"Don't try, think of riding that horse!" her husband said in a horrible voice.
"I'm sorry for interrupting your meeting" said Hanna, her face hot from embarrassment as Alex spoke to her in front of strangers in a condescending tone.
Hanna ran to the room. It's crazy, cruel, and absurd. Now Alex wants to ban him from doing anything to fill time.
Alex wants to take away every pleasure Hanna has in her life. Hanna took off her riding hat. He hated wearing that silly hat while half of the pleasure of riding was feeling the wind blow his hair. He took two steps forward into the clothing room, intending to exchange clothes, but changed his mind.
He stormed back to the stables, casting a very haughty look at the steward who first stepped before Hanna until the young man retreated, then Hanna walked into Buckbeak's stable.
He brushed Buckbeak himself. He put on Buckbeak's own harness, then walked to the shelf where the saddle was stored and pulled it down.
Hanna is getting brave. After all, no one dared to touch Hanna to prevent her from doing anything she wanted to do.
It took three attempts to swing the heavy side saddle over Buckbeak's back, but Hanna finally succeeded.
He tightened his harness and led Buckbeak out of the cage.
Hanna rode for no hours. He was tired after the first hour, but did not want to return. As soon as she drove away with Buckbeak, Hanna knew Alex would be informed of this action, and Hanna was afraid to face Alex.
Hanna had imagined the confrontation that was about to happen. He had not expected to find Alex waiting for him at the stables. Alex stood there with one shoulder rested casually on the whitewashed fence, the man's countenance serene as he spoke to the head steward.
Inwardly, Hanna frowned at Alex. Hanna knew that relaxed and lazy appearance was just an outward calmness, behind it, pent up dangerous anger that Alex would vent to her.
While Hanna galloped past Alex, the man reached out and in a casual feigned gesture caught Buckbeak's harness, jerking the horse until it stopped. Alex's gaze looked terrible and his voice was so cold, so soft that Hanna's heart was pounding in fear. "Down!"
