Moving to Raden Van Nijhof
CPTR IV: Family

It was Saturday morning. Mona doesn't have to go to work, but she still has to get up early, tidy up her room, and have breakfast before she starts her activities.

Mona is the type of person who is easily dizzy when starting the day without breakfast. He had to fill his stomach with whatever it was, bread, porridge, whatever was important was filled or he would drown all day.

Out there the cold air is still blowing. When Mona came out to the balcony to enjoy her warm tea plus a piece of fresh bread, the sky was gray and it was like it was going to rain. The cold air that blew brushed everyone's face until it hurt.

Mona glued her hands all over the surface of the cup absorbing all the warmth. It made her feel a little warmer and more comfortable.

After feeling pretty steady Mona was about to go back into the room before her phone finally rang. It was a call from Gama.

“Hai, Gam.”

“Let me guess, definitely again on the balcony drinking hot chocolate.”

Mona chuckles, “Teh is not chocolate. Chocolate lo abisin that time.”

“Ah. Ntar night yuk road. I just found a nice cafe.”

“Sorry, Gam, let me know my partner and be forced to meet tonight. What about tomorrow?”

“Bby anyway. But tumben bokap lo interfered. Isn't he slow?”

“It seems because of the rumors anyway.”

Gama. He then said, “I'll find out who's spreading.”

“Still. It is the best deh.”

“Yoi, see you tomorrow, deh.”

“Iya.”

Mona is a type who values time very much, she is always very punctual and rarely late. When he reached their place of appointment, Majapahit House & Resto, the time had already shown now at 06:00 p.m. This restaurant despite being in the center of the city where it was rather secluded, and it was a very classy place, not many people knew of this place except the elites.

Mona entered the restaurant and was immediately escorted to a special room where she met. Upon arrival, the waiter who accompanied Mona politely knocked on the door before opening it and entering. The delicate, delicate aroma of the tea quickly spread across Mona's nose.

Mona looked straight ahead and what entered her line of sight was the silhouette of a man. The man was wearing a blue denim shirt with dark jeans. Looks very relaxed and does not try to look like he is showing off his wealth.

He was extremely handsome with deep black eyes that were like an ocean, bringing incredible depth and wisdom within. He also had a pointed nose, thin lips, and an extremely warm aura around him, making the man extremely conspicuous. He looked quiet and gave off a hint of gentleness and seemed apathetic.

The waiter closed the door and Mona looked at the man and vice versa. Both of them were silent and seemed confused to start how. Mona quickly regained consciousness. Her pretty and slightly flushed face was stunned for a moment against the good looks of her date's face.

The man looked up and calmly looked at Mona who was taking a seat in front of him. Mona was wearing a white casual shirt complete with brown toad pants that looked smooth and elegant. Her beautiful, short hair was already neatly laid out, while a few thin strands of hair fell on her forehead in an unruly manner. She had clear eyes and looked quite charming.

“Halo, I'm Mona Atmadjaja Princess.”

The man politely poured a cup of tea for Mona. His handsome face looked up when replying, “Halo, Mona. I'm Devin Dubois.”

Mona smiles. He took his cup, took a sip, and then asked, “Are you waiting a long time?”

“I also just arrived too.” replied Devin simply. Then his long fingers pointed to the menu beside them. “Want to order something to eat? Their fish menu is quite popular.”

Mona glanced at the food menu that opened lazily featuring all kinds of heavy dishes. He lightly shook his head and said gently, “No need. I'm not hungry.”

“How about we order ice cream?”

“For dinner?”

“Why not?”

Devin smiled broadly as he said so. Seeing this Mona felt something familiar towards this man. He was still not sure what the feeling was but for sure it attracted him.
