CPTR II: The Pride of the Wicked

Towards the end of the year, the cool air from the mountain makes the city atmosphere rather cold. Perhaps it was because this year so many extraordinary events that the entire city was immersed in bustling excitement. Although the cold wind continued to blow on this metropolitan city, it did not dampen the spirit of everyone. The night sky was foggy as it began to drizzle.

A black Honda Civic slowly exits the underground parking lot of an apartment located in the city center. The black sedan went through a long and wide road and headed straight for the city center. The streets look very bleak at night. It was influenced by the drizzling rain that fell since this afternoon, this drizzle also made the street lights on both sides appear slightly dimmer.

In the driver's seat, Mona Atmadja Putri or commonly called Mona steadily turns the steering wheel with one hand while the other hand is busy gulping down a soda bottle that has been sitting in her refrigerator since noon. A cold wind constantly flowed in through the window, ruffling his bob-modeled shoulder blades.

Tonight Mona decides to wear a black shirt and black trousers. Since childhood Mona has always hated using bright colors. All of that was influenced by his gloomy childhood. To keep from catching a cold Mona finally decided to bring her brown cardigan.

After driving for 30 minutes Mona finally arrived at her destination.

Mona parked her car in the provided parking lot and got out of the car immediately. Arriving inside Mona can see this restaurant filled with guests. Mona walked with graceful steps, her cold gaze observing the entire contents of the restaurant closely.

After a long time, Mona's sharp eyes were finally fixed at a certain angle that was somewhat quieter than any part of this restaurant. Mona walks towards the table where there is a man who has been sitting there since, waiting for her while on a phone with a client and then immediately hangs up his phone when he sees the figure of Mona.

The man looked at the old Mona and Mona asked first, “Master Terry Aswin?”

Mona's voice that seemed hostile and a little hoarse due to gulping too much soda immediately stole the attention of the man named Terry. Mona's empty, uninterested gaze continued to watch the man's face while waiting for his reply.

Mona estimates the man in front of her is about 10 years older than her. The man was wearing a black suit and had the typical appearance of an office man. Although the man looked friendly Mona did not feel comfortable with the man in front of her.

Instead Mona was annoyed with Terry's gaze. When Terry saw her there was a small smile trying to tease, but Mona such behavior looked a little tacky. The man nodded and quickly stood up. “Yes, I'm Terry Aswin. Are you Miss Mona?”

Mona gave a small nod then she pulled the chair in front of her and sat down. “Sorry for being late.”

Terry sat down again. “It's okay. I am used to waiting. I'm sure we're both sitting here not on our will. But how else. It is better if you introduce yourself first Miss Mona.”

Mona nodded indifferently. “Good.”

Mona signals the waiter to take their order. “My name is Mona Atmadja Princess. I work at my father's own company as a consultant and am now 23 years old. Actually I remember seeing you at a charity event that my grandfather did a few months ago. My

heard that you are a domestic top university graduate and a hobby of investing in small businesses in this city.”

Terry suddenly remembered something. He tried to focus more, then looked sharply at Mona again, then said, “To be honest I am a hobby of investing, I like to see the development of strong-willed people. But we are not here to discuss business. We're both sitting here because your Mother wants me to be your future husband.”

When she heard this, Mona's beautiful eyes flashing suddenly revealed a harsh chill. He suddenly felt annoyed with the arrogant nature of the man in front of him.

While Mona's expression did not change as she stared heartlessly at the arrogant man in front of her, Mona chose to remain silent.

“You've dated before, haven't you? Are you still a virgin?” terry asked casually, not feeling awkward at all.

“From the looks of it, sorry, but it looks like Miss Mona is no longer a virgin. But that's not a problem. I do want an obedient wife and would rather spend time at home. But rather than fuss over virginity I prefer an honest woman than to be cheated after marriage, after all an experienced woman is much more attractive”

Terry continued to speak without hesitation, looking as if he had experienced a lot of things like this. Terry again said, “I don't deny that I'm an ambitious man. I've been through a lot. You could say that I have done all that a man can do, and have gone through all the things a man can experience."

Terry meal. "I want to find an experienced woman to spend the rest of my life together, even if I can be honest I hate women who are too innocent. But I also don't like being too wild, I want things to stay balanced. But looking at the looks and profiles that people mentioned seem to you an extraordinarily wild type, Miss Mona.”

Terry continued to speak when he saw Mona remain silent. “I understand you're the type that doesn't like to be regulated. But understand, when we already have children there is no way we will continue to live wild like that. You cannot go to a disco while holding a child or breastfeeding him while buying alcohol. So please understand.”

After quite some time, Mona finally smiled coldly and said in a much colder manner, “Isn't your view of me overstated?”

“No need to say that. I'm just as bad as you are, right now I have a boyfriend but I'm having an affair with the wife of one of my co-workers. Not to mention I'm here to meet you to talk about matchmaking. I'm a bad person too. So we can understand each other.”

Terry looked haughtily at Mona as if such a thing should be proud of.

“Alright, then what does marriage mean to you?” Mona asked in return.

“Saling trust and can be responsible for the actions of the couple.”

“Then, what do you do now including Mutual Trust and can be responsible for the actions of the couple? Because since then it seems that you are trying to boast that you are a man of great interest."

Mona continued, "Master Terry, I can only say that you really have quality as a businessman. However as a couple you are much worse than all my ex-ex.” Mona spoke without much emotion, but her eyes remained sharp staring right into Terry's soul.

“I admit what I did was wrong. But I am not looking for a simple woman. I need a woman like Miss Mona who is equally knowledgeable about something like this. We can both work together and we both have children. Well, here's my opinion of you. You have a special relationship with your friend."

Terry smiled slightly, "You're not dating, you don't love each other, but you're still doing***, aren't you? Isn't that awesome? Isn't that the same as what I do now?” Terry seems determined. Her eyes seemed to be filled with determination as she looked at Mona, yet Mona caught the flash of light hidden in her eyes.

“It seems from the beginning you already know about my special relationship with my friend.”

“Your special friend was my former co-worker. Not difficult to connect it.”

“Once, yes.” Mona was casually smiling. Currently, the waiter is serving dishes. Mona kept staring lazily at Terry.

“Are you angry, Miss Mona? I can't deny that the things you said before also make sense, but this is just a universal pattern. My life experience tells me that women like you can be invited to work together.”

"Mr Terry, I don't think you need to explain these things to me right now. Ever since I sat down, I've noticed that you're not someone I'm looking for. The husband I wanted was not chatty and could only boast of himself. After all, for the size of your entrepreneur, there is nothing. That means you, Mr. Terry, your qualifications don't suit me, Princess Mona Atmadjaja. Oh, yeah, I forgot to say.  From the beginning I was actually recording the conversation we both had. So you better keep this a secret and talk good when you meet my mom. Just tell him we're both no match or whatever. If you're still insistent on complaining about my special friend to mom or someone else, I'll make sure your affair appears on the front page of this week's paper. Please enjoy your meal!”
