“Thank you very much Ms Frita and Ms Rani are willing to meet us here. We also apologize if we did not give you news in advance,” said Mr. James.

“We got a call from an unknown person who is from Indonesia. He said that some cosmetic products produced by Glow & Shine Co. contain harmful ingredients.”

“Sorry in advance Mr. if that's the case it would be nice if Mr. James contacted us first before deciding to rush here.”

“I'm sorry for that. We also intend to ask the truth of the rumor directly to Glow & Shine Co. But before we could ask, there was an incoming email containing photos and videos of victims of Glow & Shine Co. cosmetic products. He said if Glow & Shine Co. couldn't possibly admit the incident.”

“Now I just need to send a report to Dad all the suspicious emails that Mr. company receives. James.” said Frita while sending an email to his father.

Pandu Saputra is leading a meeting related to several Glow & Shine Co. clients who are demanding compensation. Pandu asks for an explanation from the marketing and production section. Pandu wants to make sure that the perpetrators who intend to disrupt his company are not from within his company.

Pandu also asked for an explanation of the service section related to the chronological events that happened to his clients. After hearing the explanation of the three parts, Pandu concluded that the perpetrator did not come from an insider.

If the culprit was an insider then this incident should have happened earlier. This is reinforced by evidence that all of these events occurred to large clients only. If the culprit is insiders then it will be difficult to target the poisoned product to certain clients.This incident will also be experienced by small clients.

“I believe the perpetrators who spread rumors at once who put poison in our cosmetic products come from outside the company,” Pandu said.

“I agree with your opinion. Right now the most important thing is how to say this to the clients?” deputy President William Janaka said.

“What is clear at this time we need to contact the police to investigate the mastermind behind this incident,” proposed a staff.

“I agree with that, but of course the client who is also demanded by his customers will not wait until the investigation is completed. Therefore we still have to meet their compensation wishes,” explained Pandu.

Pandu also showed the email Frita sent to the police. They were asked to investigate who the perpetrator was sending photos and videos of the incident to Mr. James.

After getting enough information from the Glow & Shine Co. company, the police began their investigation. Some of the Glow & Shine Co. clients who had experienced the horrific incident were immediately investigated by police.
