Chapter 200

Aditya fell asleep while on a plane to Jakarta. He was dreaming at the time. It was as if he had become a child running around the streets of the village. It feels like it all feels real. Aditya can even inhale the wet smell of rain while in the dream.

In the dream, Aditya finds someone he did not meet for a long time. He seemed unable to name the person, but still stuck in his memory. His tongue was speechless.

I don't know what that means. When he woke up from his sleep, Aditya felt panic until he rose from his chair and locked himself in the toilet of the plane. It made Nancy and Rudi look at each other in astonishment.

“Loe dream yes?” ask Nancy.

“Perhaps due to lack of rest.”

“We can ask for a long holiday to the Commander after this,” cut Rudi who did not observe Aditya's expression too much.

Nancy kicked softly the shoes of Rudi who was sitting on the other side, gesturing not to say much. Didn't they know Aditya was asking for early retirement? Rudi did not speak and made slow movements as if locking his own mouth.

Aditya did not answer. He kept looking out the plane window. There is nothing to see out there except the sky. That day the sky was really bright. Aditya begins to be able to think clearly after staying in the toilet for the last fifteen minutes.

The dream made him remember his uncle. How many years did he leave the village? How long has he cut ties with his only remaining family?

Suddenly, after many things have passed, after all the missions that endanger his life, Aditya misses home. Really missed him. He wanted to be a little boy who lived without burden in the village. He never talked to anyone about how full life is.
