Moon In Hugs

Moon In Hugs
Chapter 202

Aditya carried Uncle Salim into his humble house on the edge of the field. The people follow them. Malik tried to ask the neighbors not to interfere with the family reunion.

“Well, you all know since when Aditya left. So please understand. Mr. Salim also definitely needs to talk alone with his nephew,” that's how Commander Malik talks to the citizens.

“What do you say, Mr. Army,” replied one of the residents, who then invited his neighbors to go home alone. “There is still plenty of time for us to say hello to Aditya.”

After the entire citizens came home, Uncle Salim who was laid on the living room chair finally sat up straight. He even began to stand up and put a sour look on his nephew.

“So how many years did you leave, Le!?” tanyanya while pointing at Aditya's face.

“Six annual, Uncle,” replied Aditya lowered his head.

“You don't know how anxious your uncle is! Uncle thought you were dead in town! You know Uncle as sad as anything if you remember Uncle's promise to your father?!” Uncle looks angry, but he seems not as angry as Aditya had imagined before.

“Excuse Aditya, Uncle.”

“Sorry, sorry! You think it's easy to apologize to a niece like you who doesn't know yourself!” Uncle Salim stepped into the living room and took a broom, then hit Aditya's foot as if his nephew was a little boy who had just run away to play in a dangerous place.

Seeing that, Commander Malik and the helicopter owner tried not to laugh.

Aditya also seemed to want to laugh at his uncle's behavior, but not until he returned to say sorry, there was a knock on the front door.

“Pak Salim, this is my favorite rawon Mr.”

I heard the voice of a girl. Serempak Aditya, Commander Malik, The Entrepreneur, and Uncle Salim turned their heads. At the door is a girl who stands in confusion while looking into Aditya's eyes trying to protect herself from her uncle's broom attack. He did not know why the one he was staring at at at that moment was Aditya's eyes.

The girl looked quite surprised, and turned to the courtyard of the house, then realized there was a helicopter there.

“What is this?!” ask her anxiously.

“Mbak don't worry. We just drove Aditya here. He is the nephew of Mr. Salim who did not go home for a long time,” said Malik explained to the sweet girl.

Uncle Salim said, “Nah, this knows her name Diana. He's a good city guy here. It's been over a year helping your sickly uncle!”

Aditya felt sad and uneasy towards Diana. A good city guy? He did not know who Diana was, but hearing that the girl was helping his uncle, he felt he had to thank her.

“Sorry, I just got home. Thank you for taking care of my uncle, Diana,” Aditya said.

“Yes, your uncle told me a lot about you. I think I should excuse myself, Mr. Salim. I boiled water at home. Excuse everyone!” the girl said and left.

“Beautiful to Diana?” uncle Salim suddenly asked Aditya.

“Eh, what, Uncle? Yes, of course beautiful him it is,” reply Aditya confused.

“Diana is the author of the research here. Coming from Surabaya. I do not know what he wrote the book about,” said Uncle Salim to Malik who just nodded his head to hear the explanation.

“Oh, yes? Actually you guys are Aditya, huh? And, how can my nephew go home in a helicopter all?” uncle Salim asked after finally realizing he did not know who Malik was.

Commander Malik glanced at Aditya, then the young man nodded. He immediately replied, “He's an exemplary security guard at a bank in Bandung, sir. It just so happened that he just foiled a robbery. Well, the businessman sitting next to me is Aditya's boss. Pak Bos took the initiative to take his security guard who wants to go home because it has been a big contribution to him.”

The businessman who owns the helicopter can only smile grinningly, between confusion and shame, but understand the situation.

Uncle Salim just nodded slowly. It was unexpected that Aditya could become a savior for the people.

“Oh, so. Kok there are soldiers who also deliver,” murmured slowly.

“Yes, I just control it,” reply Malik short while smiling.

Uncle Salim asked his guests to sit and wait. He wants two Aditya introductions to be entertained as best as possible here, although the situation is very simple.

He told Aditya, “Later we need to talk again.”

“Ya, Uncle,” Aditya replied briefly.

With Diana's help, Uncle Salim's guests were treated to a delicious home-cooked meal, rawon. Diana is a smart girl who cooks. For the past year, he has been helping Uncle Salim who is old and living in a village. To be honest, he was also annoyed at his nephew who stopped by.

When Malik, the Entrepreneur, the helicopter pilot, and Uncle Salim are engrossed in chatting at the dining table while enjoying Diana's rawon, in the kitchen Aditya holds Diana back from thanking him personally for whatever he has done for his uncle.

“I don't know how to repay your kindness,” he said.

“I didn't do much. What matters is that you are home now. Mr. Salim always mentions your name every time we talk,” said Diana.

“Yes, I'm a lousy nephew. After this I'll stay here and look after my uncle.”

They rejoined the dining table with the others afterwards. In the afternoon, Commander Malik and the Entrepreneur went home.

Commander Malik said, “Well here, Dit. Next time maybe I'll come here. Maybe not. Ah, no need to think about it. Your uncle needs you very much.”

“Thank you, Sir.”

Helicopters flew back, leaving the village to regroup.

This time Aditya resigned invaded the question whether he was married in Bandung there? Is it in the bank where Aditya has job vacancies for the children of this village who are still unemployed? There were also many questions he had difficulty answering. But Aditya was happy to see a warm welcome to her.

And, especially she was glad that her uncle could still forgive her. He knew his uncle had not confirmed anything between them. But it was certain that the old man would not be able to be that angry with her until at any time.

Diana withdrew as soon as the dining table was cleared.

Aditya asked, “Where do you live, Diana?”

“He rents a house has Haji Sanawi. Near the old dam, you know,” replied Uncle Salim interrupted Diana who would just open her mouth to answer Aditya's question.

“Ya, right. I rented that place last year.”

“The haunted one said,” said Uncle Salim. “But Diana has never seen such ghosts. Yeah, right?”

“True, Mr. Salim.” Diana smiled looking at the old man looking much brighter and more spirited. He knew how happy he was because his nephew had come home.

“Well, now you better get to bed faster. Tomorrow you can take Aditya around the village here to see how she is, Diana?”

“Of course you can, Sir.”

“Do not bother,” said Aditya.

“Not really. Already, Sir. Dit, I go home first,” said the girl.

Uncle Salim was somehow smilingly looking at Aditya's face. He knew what his uncle meant. I don't know what's going to happen tomorrow. Hopefully Uncle Salim does not make him embarrassed in front of the girl who has not been known for a day.

Seriate...
