Unilateral Decisions

Alex and his papa stand side by side but the positions of the two are at odds. A few seconds after Om Iwan's step was stopped by Nadia's pomp, Om Iwan could not accept a unilateral decision that was so easily taken by Mr. William. While Alex who is still trying to understand the situation is not good in front of him, looked at his papa questioningly, then turned to look at Om Iwan and Aunt Nadia again alternately.

"Come Al! Our business is done here" said Mr. William coldly, he held Alex's arm and wanted to take her away, but Alex did not budge.

"What's the talk? Can't gini dong Pa, Al don't know what has been done here, papa say anything Al not denger." Alex protested.

The father looked into Alex's eyes seriously. "Do you need to ask again? Papa broke off your engagement with Kayla, officially" she said coldly.

Alex's heart rumbled like it had been struck by lightning, his eyes bulging and his breath choking. The thing he was so afraid of actually happened? That's right, until his papa's heart did that despite knowing how Alex felt.

Alex let go of his papa hand which held his arm, he took a few steps back while shaking his head in protest. His gaze then turned back to Om lwan and Aunt Nadia who stood at the door, the expression of both also showed the truth over the expression of papa Alex just now. But Alex couldn't just believe it, rather wasn't ready to believe it.

"Omm? Aunty?" Alex took his quick steps towards Om Lwan.

"Alex!!" reprimanding the father tries to stop Alex's steps, but Alex ignores him.

"Alex, go!" sir William cried again with a snapping tone.

"Please go home! Isn't our business done?!" sahut Om Iwan was angry.

Mr. William then widened his eyes, feeling humbled by the words of Om Iwan who pitched a swipe. Alex looked back, then turned around to answer his papa.

"Al can't go home before fixing this Pa!"

"ALEXI!" furious Mr. William.

"You don't want to care, please come home" Alex said again then turned his back to his papa.

Mr. William is getting angry. What the hell, his own son asked him to leave?

"Sorry Alex, all the problems have been solved by your papa. Everything was. There's nothing you have to do anymore, nothing to fix. So please come home too" said Om Iwan without looking at Alex's face.

"No Om. No one's done that, I'm here to fix everything."

"Have Al, do not humble your pride by pleading! Let's go!" said the papa again.

Alex still doesn't budge. Actually, Mr. William did not want to go alone without Alex, but apparently his stubborn son instead asked him to go first. But if he remains here, is not his pride has been stifled after being expelled by the host, ashamed if Mr. William does not care about the proposal.

"No, Al will stay"

With a heavy heart because the son did not want to be invited to leave, Mr. William turned to waltz away from Nadia's house.

"Lily, come in baby" said Nadia as she pulled Kayla's hand, but Kayla did not budge.

Suddenly Om Iwan pushes Alex's chest until the young man falls on the floor, leaving Kayla and Nadia shocked. But the next second Kayla turned her face bitterly, she bit her lower lip withstanding the cry even though her crying did not stop as well.

"Let's take care of yourself" said Nadia slowly.

Kayla looked at her mom, then tried to turn her head toward Alex again but then she couldn't stand it. She didn't want to look at the man, not because she didn't want to, but she was sick.. and disappointed. But he still did not want to look at Alex with a look of hatred. Finally he followed the guidance of the mother who brought him into the house.

"Miss Kissable.." Alex, he steps forward to grab Kayla's hand but is prevented by Om Iwan.

Om Iwan was still staring at Alex sharply. "You want to fix your mistake? Talk to your papa, then you can talk to Kayla" he said firmly.

"Good Om. I must be talking to my dad, but I'm talking to Kayla right now. I'm not calm Om, I can't go home from here without giving an explanation"

Om Iwan turned his body around without chiming Alex. "It was as if Om was horrifying me first" Alex said upon seeing Om Iwan rejecting him by walking away from him.

"My mood is not good. I do not want to be rude to you if I face you for a long time" said Om Lwan shortly after stopping his steps.he then continued his steps after answering Alex.

"But Om-." Not to mention Alex had a chance to talk, Om Iwan had closed the door in front of his face.

Alex could only sigh heavily while rubbing his face in frustration. Without thinking again he immediately rushed after his papa, with anger and disappointment that restrained Alex stepped rough and drove his bike at high speed.
