Married Twins Husband

Married Twins Husband
6. Butterflies.

"Mrs. Owen, come home soon again?" Simon, a co-worker and senior lecturer, greeted Owen who was walking down the campus corridor to his room.

Owen smiled. The man greeted Simon briefly, before then answering the man's question. "Yes." Yeah."

"Is there anything interesting? The reason is, you've been home on time for the last week. Not only that, you even refused an offer to gather together," said Simon.

Owen opened the door of the lecturer room and invited Simon to enter first. Since the beginning of Owen joined the campus as an apprentice lecturer, the foster father had actually privileged the man by providing a special room for himself. However, Owen rarely used it. He prefers to mingle with other colleagues.

"Well, I do have interesting things at home" Owen replied when he felt safe from the hustle and bustle of the campus people. Because this room still looks quiet.

Getting Owen's answer, plus the look on his face, Simon was excited. The man in the shape of a bewok began to approach Owen to ask further.

"So, what's that interesting thing?" asked the 45-year-old with a seductive look.

Owen turned to Simon and shrugged his shoulders. "Secret." The answer is short, which immediately provoked the complaint of the co-worker.

"Oh, come! Just let me know a little, so I can share that euphoria as your co-worker!" press Simon in frustration. The man was really curious about what Owen meant.

Owen was silent for a moment. He seemed to be pondering Simon's insistence. Owen actually understands right, Simon is not a person who likes to take care of other people's lives, what else to leak it to the public. Therefore, he felt more comfortable talking a little deeper with Simon.

"Late this month I'll be getting married soon" Owen replied without a burden.

"WHAT?"

Owen was surprised not to play at the screams of someone. The screams came not from Simon's mouth, but from two students who had just walked into the room to hand over their assignments.

"Mrs. Owen, are you really going to get married?"

"I don't accept it! Who's the lucky lady who broke our hearts?"

Owen looked puzzled, as the two students asked questions. His eyes turned to Simon for help.

"Hey, hey, girls, don't push her. Let our idol lecturer be happy, okay? What do you want, he lives single to old?" simon said that indirectly justifies Owen's statement.

The two students looked lethargic. They confirmed Simon's words, and immediately congratulated Owen.

Owen snorted and then smiled knotingly. Simon's move was right, he shouldn't have to hide this happy news.

"Thank you" said Owen sincerely. It seemed, he had to prepare for tomorrow's stir on campus.

...**********...

Owen arrived home at four in the afternoon. As soon as he got out of the car, the man found Chloe and Wayne fighting in the park. Two housekeepers guarding them were seen trying to reconcile the two.

"What's this?" asked Owen as he arrived before them.

"Uncle!" chloe shouted as she ran to her feet. Wayne did not want to lose, the little boy hugged Owen's other leg. Both of their eyes look blotchy.

"They snatched each other the butterflies we caught, sir. Unfortunately, the butterfly went away." One of the housekeepers guarding Wayne finally gave an answer.

Chloe and Wayne looked at each other first, before nodding at Owen.

"Then you have to make up first. Didn't your mother ever teach you not to hurt each other?"

Chloe fell silent. The girl did not try to defend herself because she realized that what she was doing was not right. As a brother, he should have given up more.

Chloe apologizes to Wayne first. Wayne apologized too. Although both of them are still very young, it seems that Caitlyn managed to educate them to be good children.

Owen smiled. Without a second thought, Owen carried the two towards the back garden.

There they could see a large greenhouse. Owen walks towards the place with Chloe and Wayne. The two assistants followed him from behind.

Chloe and Wayne's eyes suddenly sparkled knowing there were many colorful warnq plants there. Not only that, in almost every corner of the greenhouse there are many butterflies of various sizes. Owen then let them down and let the two children run to and fro.

Owen laughed a little.

"You're home yet?" Caitlyn suddenly came after them. Apparently he also followed Owen, when he wanted to follow his two children.

Owen turned towards Caitlyn. "They're funny" said the man.

Caitlyn smiled. "During my stay here, I just knew there was a place this beautiful" he said later.

Owen sighed, then looked at every inch of the place. "This is my late adoptive mother's greenhouse. He was the one who took care of all the plants here with his own hands. This place is also one of my favorite places in the house. However, after he died, I never dared to set foot here again." There was sadness on Owen's face when he said that.

Caitlyn touched Owen's soft arm. "You okay?" tanyanya's worried.

Owen jerks. "Ahh, sorry, I'm being this weird. It's a shame." His laughter sounded forced.

"There is nothing strange about a child who loves his mother so much" Caitlyn smiled.

"You're right. However, it feels quite strange because I don't feel the same way as my real mother" Owen said.

Caitlyn fell silent. The Edmund family relationship was less harmonious. Sean and Owen rarely get affection from both parents. All they can provide is strict rules that must be obeyed.

"You have the right to determine how you feel." That's all Caitlyn can say to Owen.

In order to eliminate the atmosphere that began to feel uncomfortable, the woman also told Owen to enter the house.

"Give me your bag" asked Caitlyn, as the two walked away from the greenhouse and let their two sons play there.

At first Owen seemed confused, but a second later the man was finally able to understand Caitlyn's intentions.

Putting on a smiling face, Owen handed her bag to Caitlyn. Apparently, the woman was trying to get used to being a wife.

"Thank you, my future wife" Owen said sincerely.

Caitlyn is wrong. However, as if unaffected by Owen's words just now, he nodded his head.
