Loving you Painful

Loving you Painful
Episode 5's

The courts....

Aiden was still busy inside the private room that was on the side of the trial room. He is preparing all materials into the map to be discussed later.

The knock of the door sounded and the sound of the door opening made him turn his head.

"Catherin" he muttered as he looked at the figure of the beautiful woman pushing the wheelchair where Marenka was sitting.

Catherin looked the other way to avoid a confrontation with Aiden. Now Aiden's gaze was on Marenka.

"How are you, Mrs. Marenka?" ask Aiden.

"I've been feeling better" replied Marenka.

"Are you ready to face this trial and meet your husband again?" ask Aiden.

"I don't know, but I will try to stay calm against him" replied Marenka.

"In later there will be many things debated, maybe your husband turned the facts and cornered you. I hope you can work with me, you just shut up and trust me with everything."

Marenka nodded her head.

"Emm, Cath can we talk for a while," exclaimed Aiden this time staring at Catherin.

"All right."

Catherin walked following Aiden out of the room.

"How the results of the Doctor's examination regarding mental Mrs. Marenka?" ask Aiden.

"Everything is fine, so the doctor let him out of the hospital" Catherin exclaimed.

"Did you bring the results of the Psychologist examination, as I requested?" ask Aiden.

"There," exclaimed Catherin taking out a white envelope from inside her bag. "What are those results for? Didn't the medical results of the Doctor who treated Marenka already exist."

"Just in case, the suspect is afraid to accuse Marenka of mental illness."

Catherin only heard the call from Aiden.

"Thank you for helping me out" Aiden exclaimed, making Catherin uncomfortable. He turned his face and looked the other way to avoid Aiden.

"No need to thank you, I'm doing this only for the justice of my friend, not for you." Catherin replied so coldly that Aiden made a small smile.

"At least thank you for helping to ease my work" he exclaimed.

Aiden then walked past Catherin's body and re-entered the room.

The trial process was so tense, moreover it was seen that the officers of the suspect continued to evade the allegations reported by his wife, as well as the evidence submitted by Aiden.

"Judges, I've brought witnesses." Aiden.

"Preferred."

Aiden asked Catherin to come forward and testify.

The lawyer of the suspect kept asking Catherin some questions and cornered her a little.

"Miss Catherin, what do you know about marital relations, you just don't have a husband, do you?"

"Mrs. Aundrey, I think your question deviates from the core issue" exclaimed Aiden trying to protect Catherin. "Miss Catherin wants to be married or not, it's got nothing to do with it."

Catherin frowned at the call from the suspect's lawyer, obviously they were trying to slander Catherin.

"Mrs. Audrey, every time you say anything, is there any evidence?" ask Aiden to try to protect and defend Catherin. "Don't forget, if only a remark could be a slander and an accusation against my witness. And you clearly know, what article and what punishment for people who accuse others without evidence. Isn't that the same as defamation," exclaimed Aiden making Audrey silenced and upset.

"Judges, I think the testimony of Miss Catherin is enough" Aiden exclaimed.

"Alright, you may return to the place," the Judge's order made Catherin return to her seat in annoyance.

As the trial continued, Catherin kept staring at Aiden ahead of her. Somehow his heart warmed up and was touched by Aiden's defense.

A tap on the judge's hammer is heard, with a sentencing verdict for the suspect. Aiden really won the case and got the suspect punished. Marenka's delight was so high. He hugged Catherin with relief.

"Finally Cath, I can escape the demon," exclaimed Marenka making Catherin smile in relief. His gaze was fixed on Aiden who seemed to clear all his files.

'Thank you, Aiden...'

A person sitting not far away from them stared with vengeance and hatred at Catherin and Marenka.

---

Aiden escorted Catherin and Marenka out of court and was already on Catherin's side of the car.

"Thank you very much, Mr. Aiden." Marenka exclaimed with a feeling of relief. "I can finally move on with my life in peace."

"Together, Mrs. Marenkas. This is my job" replied Aiden.

"Then we go first" cried Marenka.

Marenka rides in a car with Catherin and Aiden. Aiden put the folded wheelchair in the trunk of the car and closed it. Catherin seemed to approach him.

"As for your defense, thank you," exclaimed Catherin.

"No problem, I should have done that" Aiden smiled.

For the second time Aiden smiled sincerely from the heart to someone. The first was a little girl named Jasmine and the second was Catherin. They were both able to make Aiden's heart calm and warm.

"All right, I'm leaving."

"Cath-" Aiden held Catherin's arm about to step up. Catherin's gaze fixed on Aiden's handrails on her arm made Aiden let go.

"What after this, can we still meet and make friends like we used to?" ask Aiden.

Catherin's facial sharpness turned hard and again showed her flat expression.

"Sorry, but I'm not interested in reconnecting with you. I hope after this, we'll never see each other again." Catherin's words just made Aiden fixated.

"Thank you Mr. Aiden has helped us a lot. Regarding payment of your services, I will contact your secretary. Excuse me," exclaimed Catherin back flat and cold.

He stepped his foot into the driver's section and before long his car moved and left the place.

'Why are you acting like this to me again...?' aiden looked at the car that was getting away.

No one knows the fate of life. The moment they decided they would never meet again, but fate had planned something else ahead.
