Episode 23

Aiden followed Catherine to Catherine's room after the meeting with Alan was over.

"Who is that guy?" ask Aiden to the point when they get to Catherine's room.

"What are you here for, Mr. Aiden's? Is there anything you don't understand about the collaboration?" catherine asked back coldly and was formally staring at Aiden.

"Enough Cath. Don't be cold to me anymore" exclaimed Aiden walking up to Catherine.

"Please go, Mr. Aiden." Catherine turned her face away as Aiden stood before her.

"Who is that guy? Why are you so familiar?" ask Aiden.

"What's the matter with you. I told you not to take care of my life again and don't disturb my life again. We're just here as co-workers, and don't forget Mr. Aidens. I'm your boss!"

Aiden froze hearing Catherine's words just now.

"Go, I want to rest." Catherine turned towards her seat of greatness.

Aiden walked away and was a little loud as he closed the door. Catherine who was still standing by holding on to her seat of greatness closed her eyes with her hands clutching the skin from the chair.

'Stop caring about me, Aiden. Don't torture my heart. I was so hurt because of you, Catherine's inner self and unknowingly her tears fell back down her cheeks.

Aiden punched the steering wheel of his car. It was so burning and so emotional.

What's wrong with him. Why did she feel so furious at Catherine's closeness to Alan. What's problem?

Aiden was pensive as if looking for an answer within him. What's wrong with her?

Aiden held his left chest. Why does it feel so painful.

Aiden came to Harry's club. In the private room there is also Mike Harry who is his friend.

"You're late, Brother," Mike said as he watched Aiden enter the room.

"It's like you're not excited" said Harry, smoking a cigarette in his hand as he crossed his legs. "How about I invite some prima donna in this club to accompany you."

"no need. I don't like to be too crowded" Aiden said, sitting next to Mike.

"Then today you should treat me and give me a holiday voucher with a woman. I've succeeded in blowing up your issue and news about your Catherine" Mike exclaimed.

Aiden smiled at Mike.

"Thanks Mike" he said.

"Don't forget the payoff" exclaimed Mike.

"Just calm. I'll prepare a check for your vacation" said Aiden.

"Once dong," answered Mike looking pleased.

"You're crazy Aiden. In the photo, your face is not exposed. But you're having a hard time getting rid of that news" Harry shouted in mockery.

"His name is also love" mocked Mike.

"Be quiet Mike."

"Are you really in love with your best friend?" ask Harry.

"I don't know" Aiden replied casually.

"You still have doubts about your own feelings. But doing something big like this. Just be prepared to get in trouble with that minister" Mike said.

"Even you're willing to lose your dream for the sake of that woman. That's great" cried Harry clapping.

"You are so noisy" said Aiden, sipping his drink and pouring wine from the bottle back into his glass.

"Hey, do you intend to get drunk?" ask Mike.

"Yes." Yeah."

Harry chuckles. "Just leave Mike. Hopefully, with a heavy hangover, he can realize that he has fallen in love" Harry sipped his drink.

"Ck. I really don't understand his thoughts," exclaimed Mike leaning against the sofa as he ate the snacks available.

"The story just vanished?" catherine muttered looking at her tablet.

"It wouldn't just disappear if it wasn't for someone's hand. Is this because Robert has given up?"

"Miss, Mr. Alan came to see Miss."

Catherine kept her tablet in the desk drawer. "Please come in."

2Nearly after Catherine's orders. The door of the room opened and revealed a handsome figure there.

"Alan, come on in, please" cried Catherine welcoming Alan.

They sit on the couch.

"I came to take you to lunch" cried Alan.

"You came all the way here just to invite me to lunch?" ask Catherine.

"Yes. We haven't seen each other and talked in a long time, have we?" exclaim Alan.

Alan was a friend of Catherin's college in Oxford along with Evelyn.

"True as well. Then let's go" said Catherine, who was taken by Alan.
