Episode 40's

Chaterine pushed her wheelchair towards Mine's room. Since this morning, he had not dared to meet Aiden at all. And it seemed that Aiden also had no intention of meeting him and having Mouli deliver the food into his room.

"Let me take you to your room" said Aiden pushing Catherine's wheelchair toward Catherine's room.

"You also must not have taken medicine" Aiden said when he arrived at Catherine's room.

He hurried to lift Catherine's body to the bed.

"Aiden..."

The call stopped Aiden's movements that were about to carry his body.

"What's wrong?" ask Aiden.

"Thank you for making Mine so happy" Catherine said, looking sincerely at her eyes.

"I'm his father. I should have made Mine happy and you too."

Aiden held Catherine's body and laid her on the bed. Then he took the medicine and a glass of water that was on the nightstand. Aiden thrust it at Catherine.

Catherine received it and then took the medicine.

"I'll be home, tomorrow morning before Mine wakes up I'll come again" said Aiden taking a glass in Catherine's hand.

"The distance of your apartment and this house is quite far. How can you rest" cried Catherine.

"I'm okay," cried Aiden.

"Aiden." Catherine looked at the bead of Aiden's eyes standing at the side of the bed with a doubtful look. "Your words, why do you want to make me happy?" ask Catherine.

Aiden was still watching Catherine.

"Aiden, regarding what happened to me, it wasn't your fault. So don't feel guilty anymore. I don't want you to continue to sympathize with me, I'm really fine. If you continue to look at me with your guilt and sympathize with me, it is I who feel so burdened" Catherine lowered her head.

"Please stop pitying me, it makes me very uncomfortable."

"Take Mine to your apartment for a while, I can take care of myself. I think it was enough that in the hospital you loved me" Catherine exclaimed, turning her face away.

"Can I really not be trusted by you?" aiden's question made Catherine look at him. "Why do you always draw your own conclusions?"

"Then don't keep looking at me as Mine's mother. Let's just say I don't exist and you can get closer to Mine. Aiden, don't give me any more hope. Don't pull my mouth again. Catherine's words stopped because Aiden just kissed her lips as if to silence Catherine's mouth.

Aiden's hand held Catherine's jaw, with one of her legs rising into the bed. He slightly lowered his head and made Catherine raise her head.

Slowly Aiden let go of her kiss making Catherine's cheeks meet red.

Catherine's eyes widened.

"I love you, is that no more reason to make you happy?" ask Aiden.

"Now rest" said Aiden pulling his body back away from Catherine and down the bed. "I'm going home."

Aiden walked over leaving Catherine still frozen in place.

Upon reaching the doorway, Aiden stopped and turned back to Catherine.

"Don't forbid me to approach you. I want to prove to you that if I'm wrong all this time, I'm not sympathetic to you. But I really love you, Catherine. I'll prove that I didn't conclude wrong." After saying that, Aiden left Catherine frozen.

Catherine felt her heart beat faster and the air supply around her was thinning.

"W-what is this dream?" muttered.

Catherine came out of her room and saw Aiden cooking and preparing breakfast with a black apron set beautifully on her body.

"Breakfast for you is ready. I'm just making sandwiches for you guys" said Aiden, serving breakfast on the table.

"Then spend it and don't forget the milk is also in the drink," orders Aiden who is berbuki Mine.

Catherine enjoyed her meal in silence and only Mine's babble was responded to by Aiden who became so crowded.

"I'm finished" said Mine. "Daddy made Mine go to school?"

Now only Aiden and Catherine are both silent.

"I'll take Mine to school. I'll be back later" said Aiden, suddenly walking up to Catherine, and he simply pecked Catherine's head, freezing her and beating her heart faster.

"Don't get used to not locking the room when you're naked. Because I can't guarantee I'll hold back" whispered Aiden, making Catherine's hair bristle. He looked at Aiden who was already standing tall and smiled kindly towards him.
