Loving you Painful

Loving you Painful
Episode 24

Catherine had just returned from her lunch with Alan. They split up in the office lobby. And now Catherine walked into her room after coming out of the elevator.

Catherine walked a little daydreaming until her gaze widened to see someone standing near her secretary's desk. Due to loss of focus, his body suddenly shaken with shock and almost fell backwards if someone did not swiftly grasp his waist as well as hold his arm.

The gazes of the two of them locked onto each other.

Aiden....

As much as his energy suppresses his own feelings and tries to forget, still the edges of his defense fall back and fall back in his own feelings of love.

Aiden helped Catherine stand up straight and let go of her grip. Catherine cleared her throat a little and kept a little distance on Aiden. He turned his eyes the other way. His secretary had not returned from lunch.

"Is there a problem, Mr. Aiden?" ask Catherine.

"You had lunch with Alan?" ask Aiden.

"It's none of your business. If you have any questions about work, you can talk to my secretary" Catherine exclaimed in a formal tone.

Catherine stepped back into her room.

"Cath, does it have to be like this?" aiden looked at Catherine.

Catherine stopped her steps hearing Aiden's question. He breathed and then returned his feet.

But before his feet stepped, someone forcefully pulled his arm to make him interested and hit something hard.

"Aiden let me go!" Catherine tried to push Aiden's chest in front of her. Aiden hugged her forcibly.

"Aiden, let me go!"

"For a moment" said Aiden, hugging Catherine tightly and leaning Catherine's head against the chest of her pounding field.

"Don't make things difficult for me" Catherine muttered, unable to stand up any longer. His defense has now collapsed.

"I Miss You, Cath." Aiden muttered softly and was able to be heard by Catherine.

Catherine closed her eyes feeling something warm into her heart. He wanted to cry and answered Aiden's words. But his tongue felt twisted and his throat felt blocked by something hard.

"What do you want, Aiden? Didn't you say I should forget you and seek my happiness. If you continue like this, you will only continue to hurt me" Catherine said, letting go of her embrace and turning her face away.

"Don't be like this and make it harder for me. I beg you."

After saying that, Catherine walked into her room and closed her room tightly. He leaned against the door by closing his eyes. Tears washed his cheeks.

'I Miss You too, Aiden.' Catherine's inner being held onto her painful chest.

Aiden walked blankly down the office hallway and into the elevator.

What's wrong with her....? does he have more feelings for Catherine or just affection as a best friend?

"Cath...."

The call made her turn her head to look at the door.

"Eve, are you here? Come on in" cried Catherine and Evelyn into Catherine's room.

They sat together on the sofa in Catherine's room.

"It looks like you're happy" Catherine exclaimed making Evelyn chuckle.

"You're like a fortune teller. But it's true, I'm really happy" Evelyn smiled.

"Because what?" ask Catherine.

"In drink," cried Catherine took a glass and brewed it.

"Catherin, I'm so happy" Evelyn exclaimed.

"What's wrong? Not because it got a big tender, right?" catherine asked, making Evelyn shake her head.

"So?"

"I had dinner yesterday with her" Evelyn said with a big smile.

"So you managed to seduce her and invite her to dinner with you" Catherine exclaimed, making Evelyn purs her lips.

"I didn't seduce her. But I think she likes me too" Evelyn exclaimed with great confidence.

"I'm glad to hear that. Congratulations, then" said Catherine.

"Wish this time it works. I'm tired of being alone, especially my mother keeps talking about marriage and prospective husbands" Evelyn said.

"Are you sure about this guy?" ask Catherine.

"Very Cath. I'm pretty sure he's a very nice guy and has great manners. I was always amazed and fascinated every time I was with him," Evelyn smiled as she imagined Aiden.

"Thank God then. I'm glad to hear it" said Catherine.

"Eh I heard that Alan was seeing you?" ask Evelyn.

"Yes, we are working together. It's quite nice to see her again" Catherine said.

"You know, if she's liked you so much since we went to college" Evelyn exclaimed, making Catherine smile as she sipped her drink. "You still can't forget that guy, eh? Mine's biological father."

Catherine was silent before finally answering a question from Evelyn. "I'll try to open my heart to Alan. This time I want to be happy" Catherine said.

"Thank God then. Don't stuck in painful mass" Evelyn exclaimed, leaving Catherine speechless.

Aiden sat pensively holding a small glass filled with brown liquid with ice cubes in his hand. Her memory bares her to some previous event where Catherine meets Alan and they look very familiar.

He held onto the necklace handed over by Catherine and stared at her so intensely.

He closed his eyes as the tightness of his chest tightened. He doesn't understand what's going on with him. Why was it that after Catherine's expression of love and her farewell, Aiden felt so much pain and it felt like something was suffocating him.

Does she love Catherine....?

But that fear still lingered in his heart. The wounds and pains of love still spread and gape wide in the heart.

Aiden opened his eyes and his red eyes held back his tears. I don't know why he feels so bad about love. He drank a drink in his glass.

"How can anyone close an affair case ****** that? Why don't they work!" he threw everything in his study.
