Episode 43
As promised, today Aiden took Catherine and Mine on a picnic to a nature reserve. Tourist attractions are commonly used for picnics together.
During the ride in the car, Mine sings cheerfully which is greeted by Catherine who also sings Aiden. The three of them had truly become a happy family.
Soon they reached their destination. Aiden pushed Catherine's wheelchair with a briefcase. Mine seemed to be running small in front of them.
"Alright, here it feels more comfortable," exclaimed Aiden took out a folding mat that was in the bag he was carrying. Then he kept the briefing basket on that mat. Then he took Catherine and put her on the mat.
"Let's sit down and enjoy our lunch" Aiden exclaimed.
Mine sits between them.
"Dad only makes a few fruits, snacks and sandwiches. It doesn't matter to just bring this," exclaimed Aiden.
"No problem Dad. The important thing is that the three of us have a picnic" Mine exclaimed with a big smile.
"Smart kid."
Aiden gave the sandwich he made to Catherine and Mine.
"Today I brought the provisions made by Dad, my friends tried. They thought I was bringing food from an expensive restaurant," Mine exclaimed enthusiastically.
"Then?" Ask Aiden.
"I'll tell you Daddy's cooking. I told you I had a perfect Daddy. His Daddy Mine is not only handsome and kind, but also a cook," Mine exclaimed.
"You're promoting your Daddy?" Ask Catherine.
Mine just grinned the horse. "And there were some Mommy of my friends greeting Daddy when Daddy drove me to school" Mine exclaimed innocently and Catherine glanced at Aiden pretending not to see him.
"They said that Mine's Daddy was very handsome. They want to be close to Daddy, even if Mine and Daddy get to school, the women immediately swarm in Daddy," Mine said innocently.
"It's like meeting fans well" Catherine said.
"But Mommy take it easy, I've made it clear to them that Daddy I belong only to a Mommy" Mine exclaimed with enthusiasm.
"Smart child," chuckled Aiden rubbed Mine's head and looked towards Catherine who was also staring at him.
After enjoying their food. Aiden plays with Mine, they chase each other, catch butterflies. And Aiden held Mine's body into the air and then took him around making Mine laugh out loud.
Looking at the beautiful scenery, Catherine was unable to hold back the smile on her lips and the tears in her eyes from being moved. His daughter this time looks very happy. It is no longer possible for Catherine to hold back her feelings. Aiden really changed his life and Mine.
Catherine hoped this wasn't all a dream. Despite the dream, Catherine wanted to stay in the dreamland and did not want to wake up again. He's happy, very happy. He felt his life was not like it used to be monotonous and colorless.
"What's this?"
Catherine flinched as she felt a swab on her cheek. He saw Aiden in front of him. "Why are you crying, eh?"
"It's okay" exclaimed Catherine wiping her tears with a slight look down.
Aiden pulled Catherine's chin to look at her.
"Say, what's wrong?" Ask Aiden.
"Aiden, thank you for being with us" Catherine said.
"I have to thank you for giving me another chance. I'm very happy, no matter what happens I will always be with you guys" Aiden said.
Catherine returned Aiden's smile in front of her.
"Dad, hurry!" calling Mine made Aiden and Catherine turn towards him.
Aiden immediately took Catherine into his carrier and played with Mine who was playing with the bubble gun he was carrying.
Mine sprayed the bubble towards Aiden and Catherine. Aiden took Catherine around.
Then Aiden helped Catherine stand up straight by letting Catherine's two legs step on her feet.
"I'm afraid of falling" cried Catherine.
"No, I'm with you. I'll be my leg" whispered Aiden right in Catherine's ear who hugged Catherine's body from behind.
Catherine turned towards Aiden with a warm feeling.
"Take the ball Mine, and throw it here" cried Aiden.
Mine runs to pick up the ball and throws it at Aiden and Catherine. Aiden moved Catherine's feet with his feet to kick the ball. The three of them played together and laughed out loud as Aiden's leg, which Catherine stepped on several times, failed to kick the ball.

The three of them had just arrived at Catherine's house. Laughter still accompanied the steps of those who were about to enter the house. But instantly their movements and their laughter stopped when they saw the figure standing upright in front of them.
"Grandpa.." cried Mine running towards William with pleasure who was greeted by Grandpa.
"Hallo my dear," cried William pecked Mine's head. "How are you?"
William looked at Aiden and Catherine. Both Aiden and Catherine could see William's dislike gaze.
"Get into the room first, Grandpa has a need with your Mommy and Daddy," he stressed.
Mine turned to Aiden and Catherine, then he followed and entered the house.
"We're talking in my study" Catherine exclaimed.

They arrived at Catherine's office. Aiden and William were already sitting on the sofa and Catherine was still sitting in a wheelchair between them.
"So it's really this jerk who's been impregnating you?" Ask William to the point.
"Yes" replied Catherine. "After all it's not her fault, I gave myself up" Catherine exclaimed, making Aiden look at her.
"Cih, very troublesome. I'm not going to talk about what happened in the past. For now I want you to get away from my daughter Catherine and my granddaughter Jasmine."

"Dad!"
"Silence Catherine!"
"I won't leave them," Aiden exclaimed in a calm tone.
"I've guessed," exclaimed William with a cynical smile. "You keep clinging to my daughter because now you're unemployed. Heirs who have been removed from the Wiratama family list because of the behavior of your parents, you are also fired from the law firm because of the attitude of not knowing yourself. Now you're trying to stick to my daughter to hitch a ride. I've read all your intentions" exclaimed William.
Aiden knew this was going to happen, he knew who William was. It must also have been William's search for information about himself.
"If I could prove that I could support Catherine and Mine without your help, would that be enough?" Ask Aiden.
"Absolutely not enough. I'm afraid this is just your first move. Even if you find a new law firm. Being a Lawyer has not been able to coexist with my daughter" William exclaimed haughtily.
"Dad, what are you saying? Didn't I tell you, this time don't interfere with my personal life. Let me choose my own partner" Catherine protested.
"Catherine, look at this kind of man you chose, huh? He's just an unemployed man hitching a ride on you" exclaimed William.
"Sound the young. I want you to be equal to my daughter, and that's fair. If you can't, leave my daughter and my granddaughter. Don't dream of being with them" exclaimed William.
Aiden was silent.
"Dad, why is it just material that I always think about. Don't you think about my happiness?" exclaim Catherine.
"It's for you too!" William moved from his seat. "So quickly you leave this house and stay away from my daughter and my granddaughter. I'll give you time in two weeks. If you are unable, then go as far away from my daughter and grandchildren as possible. Don't expect you to stick around and rely on them like a parasite!"
After saying that, William passed away leaving the two of them speechless.
Wh why? Just now that happiness came to them, now it must be taken back. Can't they enjoy this happiness for longer.
"Aiden, don't listen to my father. He was so greedy and always put business first" Catherine exclaimed.
"Cath, can you help me, please" cried Aiden.
"What?"
"Look about your father's company's cooperation with WT Corp" Aiden exclaimed, causing Catherine to turn wide.
"A-do you intend to return to WT Corp? but aren't your parents?" Ask Catherine.
"I still have shares there. Maybe I should go back to WT Corp, this is the only way" Aiden exclaimed.
"Isn't your dream to become a lawyer? Don't listen to my father. I'll help you find a law firm that suits you and you can go back to work as a lawyer there without having to go back to WT Corp which hurts you" Catherine exclaimed.
Aiden stepped up from his seat and sat down in front of Catherine. He held Catherine's hands.
"My dream right now is you and Mine. And I won't be able to get far and let go of you."
"Catherine, my life changed drastically after being with you. There are many new things that I have discovered and for sure I have found what is called happiness and life. Then I will never leave you at any time. I will fight anything to be with you and Mine."

Hearing Aiden's words just now, Catherine's heart warmed greatly and she felt deeply moved. He felt loved and fought.
"I'm always with you and support you" Catherine said.
"That's what I need. I love you" said Aiden, closing his face to Catherine's, then tucking Catherine's lips.
