Loving you Painful
Episode 22
Aiden is currently meeting Evelyn at a restaurant in their apartment.
Aiden was walking towards the table where Evelyn was already sitting gracefully and smiling towards him.
"Hi" Evelyn said, making Aiden smile and sitting in front of Evelyn.
"Have you waited a long time?" ask Aiden.
"No. I just got to 5 minutes ago" Evelyn exclaimed.
"Have message?" ask Aiden.
"Yet. I'm waiting for you. Okay, what's the message?" evelyn asked as she waved her hand at one of the waiters.
They both ordered food to the waiters.
"Don't forget one bottle of the best wine" exclaimed Evelyn, who was moved by the waiters and passed away leaving them both.
"So what are you working on now?" ask Aiden.
"I went back to my previous job. But not as an assistant desaigner anymore, now I'm the designer" Evelyn exclaimed.
"Thank God. I told you you're Eve's talent."
Evelyn smiled blushingly. "Then how are you? Have you found someone after 3 years?" evelyn asked desperately hoping that Aiden would still be alone.
Aiden just smiled a little.
"Nothing has changed with my life, Eve. I'm still the same as before" Aiden replied, which made Evelyn very happy to hear.
Their orders came. Two steak plates were now served in front of them. The waiter now poured the best kind of wine into the legged glass.
"Let's toast first. For the meeting of the two of us," exclaimed Evelyn raising her glass.
"All right," cried Aiden, raising his glass, and they toasted together.
After sipping a little wine, the two of them enjoyed their meal with various chatter about things.

Aiden had just arrived at her apartment after enjoying dinner with Evelyn.
He landed his ass on the couch. Ringing cellphones resuscitate it. Aiden picked up the phone.
"Yes Mike?
"......"
"Have you been able to handle the news that is currently tranding it?" ask Aiden.
"....."
"Why difficult? You're usually very capable of solving problems like this."
"....."
"Then, try to find more useful information to defuse the news about Catherine."
"......"
"Ah, I have some information about one of the ministers who has a scandal. I want you to spread this information."
"......"
"If anything happens, I'll take responsibility."
"......"
"I have to help him. Please do this for me."
"....."
"Catherine's nobody."
"......"
"I care about him."
"......"
"Yes, I know the risk of dealing with a minister. I don't care if I have to quit the law firm."
"......."
"....."
"What's? No Mike, I don't love him."
"....."
"Have not asked much. You just do it, and I'll email you later."
"....."
"Well this weekend we meet at Harry's club."
"....."
Aiden hung up his phone and paused for a moment.
You're crazy, Aiden. Why do you want to do all this for that woman. Did you love him....
You could even be dismissed from the law firm because of this.
Aiden thought about Mike's words. Does she love Catherine?
"No, that's impossible" Aiden muttered his face. "I only care about him as a friend."

Catherine is currently having a meeting with one of her clients. Aiden appears to have come in the meeting room along with Catherine is also one of the Managers.
Catherine tried to ignore Aiden's whereabouts and talked some things over with her Manager. Aiden occasionally looked towards Catherine who was clearly evading him as well as keeping a distance from him.
Actually this cold Catherine's attitude hurt her. But Aiden himself did not dare to step up and take a stance. He was afraid of himself and his own feelings. He did not dare to make a relationship again. There was doubt in his heart. But this condition also makes him uncomfortable.
"Excuse Mrs. Catherine. Mr. Alan from Qla's company has arrived."
"Please come in" said Catherine.
Three men entered the room.
"Good day" said one of them.
"Alan?" catherine exclaimed up from her seat and approached the man who was Ceo of the Qla company.
"Catherine's. How are you?" exclaim Alan.

Aiden froze when he saw Catherine cuddling and even kissing Alan's left and right cheeks without hesitation.
"I'm good. I didn't expect our company to finally work together" Catherine exclaimed.
"I've been waiting for a moment like this" cried Alan.
They sat together, and they were close to each other. Aiden's sharp gaze could not be separated from the two of them. I don't know why there's a burning sense of him seeing all that.
"I just moved in and started managing that company here. That's why I called you and invited you to work together" Alan exclaimed.
"I was also surprised to get an email from you" Catherine exclaimed. Catherine's face changed instantly.
That was so cold, now it looks so friendly and friendly. Aiden was very upset about it.
Who is this Alan? Aiden's mind was seen clenching both of his hands.
"Can we start the meeting." Aiden's emphatic remarks made Catherine and Alan look at him.
"alright. Mr. Alan, this is Mr. Aiden, he's a lawyer at this company. And this is Mr. Sihab is the head manager here," Catherine said.
Alan began to introduce anyone who was with him.
After the introductory session. They also talked about their collaboration.
Aiden was back in the air and burned at the sight of the two of them who were very familiar with each other. Even Catherine was without hesitation to smile and laugh. Even his hands occasionally patted Alan's arms softly looking so familiar.
Aiden turned his face away and breathed in the air to calm himself, which he was eager to throw his fist at Alan's face and keep Alan away from Catherine.
