Bela can't afford to see that again. He moved back his wheelchair.

"Will he be fine and recover as before?" bella asked everyone there.

Bella didn't realize she was holding her breath until her chest felt like it was burning. He slowly exhaled and forced himself to relax his hand.

"It all depends on these three days. If he can be conscious in time then most likely he can survive but if after three days he is not aware the doctor will examine and evaluate again the presence of complications or not post-surgery," bright Mr. Robby.

"The doctor's advice is that we should talk to him and motivate him to survive. I thought you were the only one who could do this, Bella. You must encourage him to wake up from his sleep," Setiawan said encouraging his son.

Bella nodded her head. He recalled the time when David almost lost his life yesterday.

"But what if I don't make it? Will he stay that way?" ask Bella.

"You have to stay optimistic, honey," Riska said.

Bella then nodded her head. Riska wanted to push her wheelchair inside but a rejected her. He then stood up and took the infusion bottle from Naura's hand.

"I can be alone and I want to talk to her alone" Bella said. For a moment he was silent looking at the door of the room, he was too afraid to go inside. His fear of the Hospital comes back to his feet but David, the man he loves the most, is in need of him. Bella closed her eyes. Grief and regret for what happened to them struck his heart. If only he could forgive David a long time ago then this would not have happened. David proves his love for Bella is so great that he is willing to sacrifice his life.

Finally he opened the door and entered. The room was so big and dark only in the bright light of the bathroom. David lay on the bed various medical equipment were at his side.

David's chest barely moved due to his short breath. Suddenly everything that happened yesterday shut Bella in a painful blow.

He will never forget the face of David who still had time to say his love when his life was on the edge. Stupidly, he did not answer that. Bella was supposed to express her love for David but because of her selfishness and arrogance she was reluctant to say that she loved him so much. Bella drops her face on the edge of David's bed, tears full of regret running down her cheeks. He then overtook the fingers under David's hand and kissed him slowly.

"David, wake up, me and our baby need you right now. I love you and miss you so much, '" said Bella rasping. He could no longer continue his words.

Slowly he felt the movement from David's hand. Bella laughed in tears. David's eyes were opening. She smiled seeing Bella by her side and survived.

Then his eyes closed again. Bella who saw it panicked. He removed the infusion needle from his hand so that his blood splashed on the floor and part of the bed and went running out of the room.

"Doctors are coming! She ... she opened her eyes and then closed again," cried Bella frantically, who was immediately greeted by her family.

Setiawan then cupped Bella's cheek.

"What's wrong?" ask Setiawan. Naura who saw immediately ran called the Doctor standing guard to come.

"He opened his eyes and closed them again. I'm afraid if he'll leave me, Daddy help him! Wake him! I don't like to see it that way" isak Bella in her father's arms. He was so scared that David was gone.

The doctor came and examined David. The nurse told them all to get out of David's room. Not long after that the doctor came to see them.
