"No please don't do that to me, you have to hang on!'' bella said with tears.

" I'm sorry Bella" David said before his body collapsed and closed his eyes.

"No... You can't leave me like this?" bella shouted while hugging David's body tightly. "Hua. hua .. " cried Bella. His heart was deeply shaken to know this reality. He didn't think anything bad would happen to him.

With trembling hands he put his finger on David's nose. He could breathe a sigh of relief if the man simply fainted unlike he had expected earlier. A wide smile in the tears painted on his face. David can't die until he finds out that he loves her.

Bella then sees David's car in front of her. Bella then braced herself and put David on the paved road very slowly. David's blood soaked his body and clothes. But he had no idea what he cared about was David's safety at the moment.

He got into the car and started turning the car keys hoping that it could run as it should.

There should be vehicles passing by on this road but the truth is there is none. Bella was getting frustrated turning on the vehicle that wasn't even on.

"Come on, '" said Bella panicked and nervous, if Bella doesn't immediately take David to the hospital at this time maybe the man's life will not survive.

"Yes, God, I need a miracle right now." That was the prayer that Bella said from earlier.

The car finally lit up. Bella then runs the car close to David's body to make it easier for him to put the man in the car.

He immediately came out of the room later and pulled David's hard-earned body in order to get into the passenger seat. He expended all the energy he had and raised David's body the size he had multiplied from his own small body.

There is no time to cry, Bella thought. She must be strong for her husband to survive. After he sat David in the passenger seat he then took off his own shirt wearing only the inside shirt, and put it on the abdomen of the man. He then installed David's seatbelt and ran to close the car door and circled the car and sat in the passenger seat.

For a moment he saw Roni's blood-soaked body on the asphalt. He did not want to help her at all and did not want to see her situation.

Bella started running the vehicle and plugged in the gas as fast as she could. He's David's hand he always held during the trip. The man's face looked very pale. Various bad thoughts stopped by his brain making him increase his speed continuously without looking at the argo.

All he has in his brain right now is how he can get to the hospital as soon as possible.

"You have to survive David for me and Beautiful. You promised you wouldn't leave me!" bella yelled in frustration.

"You should look at me when I say I love you so much Hu... Hu..," she said softly later while wiping away her tears. This trip was long and hard for him. Occasionally his hands wiped David's face and his focus returned to the streets that began to be crowded because it had entered the urban area.

He honked loudly at all times warning other drivers to step aside. He did not care about everyone's insults for his actions driving the car recklessly and did not care about the warnings of the police behind him who followed and gave warning.

Until he saw the sign that read the hospital his heart began to feel a little relieved. His fear of the hospital he fought. He hit the road making the person who was standing guard shocked. Bella doesn't care, her husband's life is in danger if not helped immediately.

Bella stopped her vehicle while on IGD's doorstep. The nurse ran and Bella opened the passenger seat.

"He's alive" the doctor said. Bella groans with relief. The doctor then removed the seatbelt in David's body and saw a lot of blood seeping from his stomach.

"He why?"

"Shoot," replied Bella shaking. He did not realize that the police who were after him were now behind the doctor and saw this incident.

His body feels weak. Another nurse approached Bella's chair and told her to open the car door.

Bella opened it. The nurse then helped Bella out of the car and her red approached David who had been laid on top of the nurse's cage, pushing her in for emergency surgery.

"You are very brave, Miss, "praise the Police on duty. Bella just smiled wryly and walked inside the hospital.

Instantly his vision began to blur when he smelled the typical carbolic aroma of the hospital. The nausea attacked him. His illness which was afraid of the hospital caused him to stop his steps when he was about to go inside. But he had to go in to make sure David was. He must fight that fear.

Bella sees nurses and doctors running from and to the action room.

"Patients need a lot of blood and unfortunately only one bag we have to get it before this surgery is done because the patient has lost a lot of blood" shouted one doctor.

Panic and anxiety again attacked Bella. He then ran to the room where David was going to perform the surgery.

"Doctor pulse so the patient is unstable!'' shouted one of the nurses.

" No. You must save him... He must live!'' bella exclaimed loudly so that it sounded in every hallway of this hospital. A nurse blocked Bella's path as she was about to approach David.

"Let me be with him!'' fight Bella hard. His chest was already feeling very tight from his eyes flowing profusely from the ceaseless river saplings.

"Madamu you have to be calm if you make a fuss in this room we can't immediately perform surgery on the patient, " said the doctor trying to calm Bella and told her to come out.

David's body seemed to be lifted up and his breath seemed to be wheezing. Bella shook her head looking at that. Fear of losing the most precious thing of hers.

"The patient's doctor experienced shortness of breath and his pulse was getting weaker," said the nurse looking at the monitor whose movement was getting lower.

Bella's face looked white instantly. His body froze and his breathing stopped seeing all this. He sees the doctors and nurses running and tries to save David. Time seemed to stop spinning for him he just silently stared at David's convulsing body. His hope seemed to be destroyed instantly and the shadow of David hugging and kissing her passed in front of his eyes.

It's not fair to him. When he was starting his happiness why God even wanted to take the most valuable treasure in his life.

"I love you so much, Bella," David's last words rang in his ear.
