The line on the monitor screen becomes straight.

Bella's heart stopped beating for a moment. He stared at the panicked doctors. His eyes looked at all that. David must not leave it a second time because he will not be able to bear it again.

The doctor began to attach a heart shock device to David's chest as soon as David's body moved upwards.

"There's still no movement of Doctor Faisal!" another doctor looked at the monitor screen.

"Two more times or we lose him," said Dr. Faisal who holds the defibrillator.

"He's lost a lot of blood!" said another doctor.

Bella advances forward to surprise the Doctor and the nurse as they forget the presence of the wife of the patient.

One nurse wanted to prevent her from approaching but Doctor Faisal gave a sign to let her approach.

"You can't leave me!" bella said with a hoarse and raucous voice.

"You promised to be by my side and take care of me forever!" said Bella.

"Then how do I live without you. If I know this, I'd better just walk out of your life so you can stay alive! You're cruel.You're giving me new suffering! If you want to see Beautiful and I'm happy wake up! Don't you want to see me carrying your child, our child, with me when I give birth. Don't leave me David when I need you" Dara said. He looked down and kissed David.

Her tears dripped her deathly pale face.

"I love you, I love you so much" said Bella. He could not support his body anymore all of a sudden it felt dark for him. His body fell to the floor.

"Mrs...!" it was the last call he heard after he fainted unconscious again.

I don't know how long Bella's been asleep. He opened his eyes when he heard some people start talking nearby. The sunlight glazed his gaze.

"Where is this?" bella asked who was looking at the room with white paint and the window next to her. She looks pale with pink lips.

"I'm glad you survived" said Naura who was beside Riska wiping her tears. He could not bear to see Bella's current state.

"I'm sorry you had to go through something so heavy like this" he continued. Naura's hand caressed Bella's hair.

"Mom, what happened to me" asked Bella. He felt pain all over his body. His feet are hard to move. And his hands are connected by an infusion hose.

Bella held her head that felt dizzy. The nausea began to attack him. The smell of hospital carbol always makes him nauseous.

"Uwek. uwek." Bella rose up to go to the bathroom. But Naura quickly brought a small basin from the bathroom inside the treatment room.

Bella vomited up the contents in her stomach only in the form of yellow liquid.

The doctor who had just entered saw this incident. He smiled and approached.

"This is common in pregnant women" the doctor explained.

"Pregnant?" said Bella wiping her mouth with a wet tissue given by Riska. He was shocked by the news given by the Doctor.

"My mother is pregnant! I have to tell David this news. He will be very happy" said Bella.

But his smile slowly faded. He began to recall the last incident between himself and David.

The man was lying in the handling room without a heartbeat and what happened. Don't tell me that man is gone. This can't be happening. He cannot live without his love. This is the boy David's been waiting for should he live without a father beside him.

"Davids... David!" bella said stammering with tears that began to flow.
