Anton's Testimony

"I said if Madame Naura came and scolded Sofi for it. He should have been the one in charge of paying all that gambling debt instead of Sofi. He denies that Sofi himself did the gambling. Sofi bet because of her invitation. If he hadn't invited her that wouldn't have happened! And then we finally argued. Sofi who had just had a fight with Madame Naura heard our quarrel and came."

Anton then cried. And rubbed his face again.

"He defended Roni and said that I had no right to rule his life because I was not who he was. He also said if I don't like it I can get out of his life." Anton breathed deeply.

"It was our last meeting and I didn't expect it to be our last, if only I knew I'd stay there to protect it with my own life," anton ended his story.

"Sofi should be happy to have a man who loves him like you" David said.

"For me Sofi is the only person I have and love. I have no one but him. He is everything and I am willing to do anything for his happiness."

"The funny thing is that life is playing us. You love other women while your wife loves you and I love her" Anton continued.

"You're right we can't control life but we can learn from mistakes and try to fix them" David said. The two men were silent.

"Is there anything you know that can lead us to the real killer" David said. He did not believe in Anton's story completely, but it was time for Anton's exit after his mother was not only ten minutes long, there is a possibility if what he said is true.

"I don't know but Sofi's ownership papers are in the safe in the room. Only three people know where the safe is, me, Wati and Roni. I'm not sure if you know that either."

"Then where is the safe?''

"On the back wall of Sofi's photo, inside her room. But the lock of the safe nobody knows the password, only Sofi knows it" Anton said.

"And the killer must have been looking for a way to get back into the house and open the safe" David said.

"Your father was brilliant. I'll announce it in front of the reporters."

"I just hope the real killer gets caught quickly" Anton said.

"I hope so too. I'll hire a lawyer and help you this time if you're not the killer."
