I wondered why Gafi suddenly hugged me like this after seeing me. Hugged me tightly without loosening that hug. The repeated words of apology spoken from his lips added to my list of confusion. “ Gafi, what is it?” The question was only answered with a smile that confused me even more. “ What happened something?”

Me and Gafi immediately told the big family about my pregnancy. They were very happy especially papa and aunt Liz. My mother-in-law and sister-in-law were certainly not happy to hear this news. After all, what do I expect from their reaction.

Papa's words are right. Sherin was taken by her parents abroad. But before that it wasn't Sherin if he didn't do something to stay here. He threatened to kill himself if forced to leave.

Sherin can't speak anymore. He seemed to think about what Gafi and I had said. Without a word, he cried. The cry that was so stifling from her.
