Hanum's Surprise

I spent thirty minutes changing my clothes. A long time because of the noise that Gafi made earlier. If only he hadn't teased me earlier, I would have been done with this outfit of mine.

“ Mbak, where are they?” I asked because aunt Liz and Gafi are no longer visible in this place. I looked around looking for their whereabouts, but I could not find them.

“ Mrs Liz and Mr. Gafi are in the room next to Miss. I'll take Miss there later.”

“ Oh so, alright. Thank you.”

I looked around while waiting for the clerk to drive me to where Aunt Liz and Gafi were. Take a look at some of the dresses on display at the place. One of the dresses in this place will be the dress I wear at the wedding. A dream dress that will truly come true.

I looked back as soon as I heard my name being mentioned. I was surprised to see a woman standing there. With big steps he came to me.

I just smiled at their words. Once again I floated to hear Gafi's beautiful-sounding words. A simple word but very meaningful. Though he should not say such a sweet thing in front of the crowd because it will create expectations that are too high with this relationship. And I also don't want to get stuck with the feeling of love or anything that might come up someday if I get carried away.

I nodded my head. “ I'm happy, Hanum. Very happy.”

I put on a smile.
